Stretched my carpet and was honest about the quality. It looked amazing. Told us we couldnt do the upstairs stretching because it was in a bad place. At least he was honest. Floor cleaning came out amazing and clean. A few stains he wasnt able to get out. Not at all worried. Good deal and honesty. Friendly and hardworking. Yup, worth every penny!

So professional and friendly. Loved the online calendar to book appointment. Follow up phone call for exact service was warm and welcoming. Listened as I pointed out trouble spots for the carpet cleaning. Gave great directions for care afterwards. Efficient too. Got right to the job and was thoughtful with care of furniture etc. Highly recommend.

The team from Steve's did an amazing job in my rental home cleaning the carpets as I was on the way out. Got back my full security deposit after leaving some decent foot traffic and animal stains on the carpeting. I would definitely recommend Steve's for the price and service. Did 5 rooms for about $200 and done in less than 2 hours.
