Really great experience getting a 15' x 12' area rug cleaned. It is a very deep shag, and I was keen on using this process because it uses so much less water. Great communication with Jessica getting the appointment set up. Very happy with the outcome and I will use them again.

Chris and Lynn did a fantastic job on my sofas and three rugs. They determined my rugs needed to be cleaned front and back due to heavy pet stains so they took the rugs and returned them clean and dry. They are unable to clean padding which I will replace but I am very happy with the results and the service.

Gatorville Chem-Dry did a fantastic job! They came out the day before Thanksgiving with only a 2 day notice. They removed decade old stains that I never imagined could be removed. They were friendly, professional, and fast and the entire house smells fresh and clean! Will definitely call again.

Chris is always so friendly and polite and he is a master when it comes to removing stains from carpets. He made a carpet I thought I would have to replace look brand new and he never over-saturates the rugs.
