They were able to schedule me quickly. Nate arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The carpet looks great. He was able to remove all the pet stains from my carpet. I also appreciated the texts which kept me informed re: the appointment and the time of arrival. I will be using Steve's on a regular basis. I needed my carpet stretched and the Steve's people did an excellent job. What really stood out for me was not only the quality of the job, but the concern and care the Steve's employees showed me with regard to my desires and expectations about the job. They did their very best to fit the carpet to match up to the carpet's design. They worked very hard and I know they wanted to leave me happy - and they did.

These guys are so nice and have always done an amazing job! We've used them 3 times and each time they have been amazing with time, professionalism, quality and cost. We have 2 young boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats that just run our carpet ragged so we call on Steve's at least once a year so they can make it look like new again!
