We've been using Royal since our dog was a puppy. It's been 6 years and every year Dave and team are able to take everything the dog and 3 boys throw at them. My white carpets (inherited from previous owner) and furniture look and smell new when he's done. He's priced a little more but that's because the process is much more thorough than other services we used. Dave is friendly, prompt and professional. I also love that he's 100% local.

Royal was able to fit me in on short notice for both carpet and tile cleaning. They were on time, called ahead, and cleaned up completely afterwards. The cleaning job was excellent throughout the house. The carpeting looks great, even on the stairs, and the tile floors looked like new. Pricing was reasonable. I don't have any complaints.

They are fantastic! As a student, they cost a little bit more but I felt it was all worth it! I have allergies and the previous tenants had cats, so naturally I was reacting to it. I told them about my issue and they catered well to my needs! They were thorough in cleaning and the following day, my carpet felt brand new! I would totally recommend them!

Our home was burglarized, and police used finger printing dust during the investigation. This finger print dust is highly staining to the carpet and would not simply vacuum out. My wife contacted Royal Carpet & Upholstery at 8:30am and they sent out a team by 9:15am on the same day. The carpet looks great, and more importantly, we are not tracking around that black, greasy finger print powder. (Please keep in mind that the dust can leave a permanent stain in some cases). They were polite, prompt and offered a great service, we would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

They did a great job with our sofa, loveseat and area rug. Breathed new life into 8 year old sofas.the (cheap) area rug is wrinkling in our new wall-to-wall carpet but not sure if that's from the cleaning or the rug being on carpet or if it's because it was a less expensive rug! either way, fast, friendly service!
