I wish I could give a higher rating. Veronica was a pleasure to work with. I called and had an estimate in two days. I had a few questions about some logistics and called, I was pleasantly surprised that the technician had taken photos and my questions were answered. The technicians arrived on time and did a wonderful job. My house, deck, pavers, shed, windows and awnings are sparking clean. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

Pleased with the overall appearance of house, porch and deck. Especially impressed with tech who caught 3 baby bunnies and who offered to care for them til old enough to survive on their own. Only downside was there were 2 plants around foundation that died

My house has not been as clean as it is after the Ocean Waves Softwash for a long time. The house is washed annually, Some years, I pressure wash it myself. Other years, I have local 'pros'. No one was as attentive to detail or does a better job than Ocean Waves.

Very professional service for house washing (NOT "power" or "pressure" washing). Company was well organized, on time for estimate. Complete explanation of available services, and clear, detailed listing of prices for each element of service. Scheduling of service was excellent and easy. Performance of service occurred exactly on time and exactly as described in advance.

Crew was friendly, efficient, well-equipped and professional. Crew took careful care of plants around the house and electrical fixtures on the house. Results for us were exactly as expected, no surprises. Soft washing with soap and bleach removed stains and dirt without pressure. Concrete sidewalks and wood areas also were carefully and well cleaned. No surprises, either, in billing and payment. Definitely would use this firm again, and would recommend to others.
