My home looks spectacular after the pressure wash by Veterans cleaning solutions. Jack and Evans did a phenomenal job all around. I'll post images of the final results when I get a chance but that just shows you I wanted to leave this review even without pictures (take my word). Shingle roof cleaning complete. The process was explained in detail. I was told up front it may take a couple of trips out to complete. Pricing is at the low end of the national average for this specific soft wash service. My eight year old roof now looks like it was installed yesterday. All office and work staff were very professional, friendly, on time, and made it clear they value me as a customer. Thank you Veterans Cleaning Solutions.

My experience with this company was definitely above my expectations. I must admit, I was a bit concerned when I kept getting phone calls that they needed to reschedule me for various reasons, but, David & his team didn't disappoint. I'm still smiling. It feels sooo good to drive up & not have to look at a filthy roof. Oh & the guys were friendly & professional. Will definitely use again & will recommend to others.

Joshua did a remarkable job cleaning our carpet, tile & grout. After all the dirt tracked in by 3 dogs it was a unbelievable difference, Joshua was purposeful and courteous. We are traveling vendors at the Renaissance Faires. We got set up but it rained that Thursday night and soaked the rug in our tent. I called and spoke to John who was so gracious and wonderful to do the water extraction and dry it over night for a reasonable price. He went above and beyond to set up a time on Saturday morning, when their shop is normally closed, to meet us so we could pick up the rug and still make in time for the opening of the Renaissance Faire! Did a great job - vacuumed and cleaned the carpets. Put what few pieces of furniture on blocks so it wasn't touching the carpet once they were finished. We had a walk through - and it was nice to see that they got out the high traffic areas and a few stains in the dining room. Professional staff who were also very polite.

I paid about $155ish for carpet cleaning and sanitizing of 3 rooms. They arrived in the morning and cleaned and sanitized the carpets, I had to work but there was an adult at the house. When I returned home at approximately 2:15 pm, the carpets were still wet. I mean wet! As in, I stepped on the carpet and left footprints on the paper mats they placed in entrance of each room.
The carpets remained wet well into the night and after 11pm. I was very upset about that. AND in the Living Room the entire outer edge of the carpet which is a light sandy brown in color, was still noticeably dirty (darker and a slight reddish from clay) about 2 inches into the carpet from the edge connecting to the ceramic tile in the Dining Rm. The 2 bdrms were clean but still extremely wet; as was the living room, even w/all the windows up and the ceiling fans on all day.
This volume of dampness had to settle well beyond the cushions into the subfloors which aggravated the heck out of me. Once the carpet finally dried (by the next morning), I slowly got over the aggravation of experiencing subpar carpet cleaning or should I say carpet drying and a slight absence in attention to detail. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced.
