We continue to be a family-owned, full-service rug and carpet cleaning company here in Salisbury, North Carolina. Aaron Mini, the current owner, has been in the industry since 2014. He worked for another professional carpet cleaning company based out of the Lake Norman area until fall of 2017.Aaron worked as a rug cleaning technician, worked his way up to lead rug technician, and then landed the position of operations manager one year later. Aaron’s knowledge of the carpet cleaning industry grew substantially in those three years. His industry experience combined with his degree in business management from Appalachian State University made for a perfect business opportunity. As of November 2017, he and his family are now the proud new owners of Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning.

At Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning, we have developed a unique process that will give you the results and experience you deserve for your home in the Salisbury, North Carolina area. Our 11-step residential carpet cleaning process is a cut above what you might expect. 
Here at Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning, we care for the finest to the most basic rugs from around the world. Having your rug cleaned in our plant allows us to give it several treatments for a more thorough cleaning, controlled drying, and the use of various tools that are not available on location. 
Our 11-step upholstery cleaning process is extremely effective for removing dirt, spots, stains, and even odors. 
Our technicians will conduct a walk-through to note problem areas and make a plan. After this, we’ll prepare the area to protect furnishings and other types of flooring. The third step in our process is known as the strategic pre-treatment spread and scrub. This involves treating problem areas with specialized tools, including soft- and hard-bristled brushes and edging tools. After allowing the cleaning solution to sit for five minutes per area, we’ll begin our high-pressure hot water extraction and rinse all treated areas.
It is our goal to take care of your investment like it is our own. Starting with our free on-site estimate, we will walk you through our commercial carpet cleaning process, conduct an inspection, and focus on solutions for any problem areas so you are more informed of what to expect.

I enjoyed doing business with Salisbury Rug and Carpet Cleaning. When the rugs were being returned (early) my dog had an accident on the floor just as he was coming in. Oh, no! Well, my goodness he cleaned it up using his own chemicals. Great Service. I will use them again. Services: Area rug cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

Professional, on time, reasonable and thorough! After years of build up, I couldn't keep my tile floors clean, no matter how much or how often I washed them. Bob steam cleaned them and they are 100% better. They clean up and stay clean so much better. AWESOME job! If you need carpet, upholstery or tile cleaned, this is the place to call!

I moved into a previously used home that had some existing pet odors and just a slight overall funk. The carpet looked to be in pretty good condition overall, so I called Salisbury Rug and Carpet. They did a great job and made everything smell fresh and renewed. Very polite, professional, and happy people in general. Recommended them to a family member. I would not hesitate to ask for their services again.

From scheduling, to cleaning and billing, the process was smooth, easy, and professional. We couldn't believe how quickly both our area rug was cleaned and returned, as well as cleaning our tile. After cleaning both the rug and tile, it is as if they are brand new. Salisbury Rug and Carpet Cleaning tackled our area rug twice: once after beer was spilled the second after our youngest had the stomach bug.
Each time, we were able to schedule, get it cleaned, and returned within a week or less. As far as the tile, it was obvious that the tile had not been deep cleaned for a very long time, if ever. After being cleaned, it's almost as new tile was put down, even in the tight areas behind the toilet and in the corners. We will definitely use them again. They come highly recommended.

We were about to move into a really big "new" 1978 home & there was a thick layer of dust, dirt and grime from the house not having been lived in. The kitchen tile, entryway flagstone flooring, living room & bedrooms' carpet, and bathroom's tile were all cleaned. They were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable and speedy. Their products are green, which was amazing (my family has asthma and allergies), everything smelled really fresh (like oranges), clean, and no chemical smell whatsoever.
The carpets were dry surprisingly fast. I wish we had before and after pictures, but we were in such a hurry to move in! The floors were absolutely stunning, we didn't think it was possible for them to look as good as they did! After seeing that tremendous difference, we had our area rugs cleaned and we were really happy with how those turned out.
We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned before, I always imagined it was too expensive. This was so affordable and worth every penny. I'm kicking myself for not having my floors professionally cleaned sooner! I look forward to having Salisbury Rug & Carpet Cleaning professionally deep clean our floors a couple times a year!
