We just hired Patty’s Cleaning Service for a first deep clean prior to starting regular recurring cleanings with them and we are really happy with the service they provided. The house looks amazing, and they paid attention to the little details. They were able to squeeze us in same-day as well, which was great, and the cleaners were also very efficient. Would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. It’s clear why they have such great reviews.

First time using Patty's cleaning service, I must say they live up to their reviews. From communication over the phone to the professionalism in person my experience was nothing but amazing. The ladies came 10 minutes before expected time and got right to work. Every detail I requested was received and beyond. I've had other cleaning services before and NONE has left my home feeling cleaning and light not just "smelling" clean for the moment. It's been day two and my home still smell and feel clean just as if Patty left. I will be booking again, no doubt.

We called a few days before the New Year and Patty was able to sent two cleaning ladies to help us with our move-in cleaning. We were very pleased with the quality of work we received, and we appreciate the time and effort they put into cleaning our new home! They needed extra time to finish the job, due to the condition of our house (post-construction), and we gladly paid for the extra hours.

They encouraged us to check out their work after they finished, and we wandered around the house marveling at how clean everything was. We have nothing but praise for this company! Excellent attention to detail. Worth every dime!

I had a wonderful experience using Patty's cleaning services. I was just moving into my new home that was left trashed by the previous owners. I needed It to be cleaned ASAP but i didn't have time to do It myself. I luckily found Patty's who was able to go get my entire place cleaned within the next hour for about 300$! Upon arrival kenya (my maid), made sure she understood my exact expectation and ensured she would have It looking brand new within the next few hours.

I stepped out to the local mall and let Kenya get to work! She called me just 10 minutes before she was finished so that i could head over and make sure everything was as i expected. Upon opening the front door my jaw dropped. I was so over joyed at how quickly and beautifully Kenya was able to turn my new home into what I could really call HOME. I couldn't thank her enough and will definitely be re-using Patty's services in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.

Patty's Cleaning Service personnel are professional, friendly, flexible and you can tell they care about their clients. Clara showed up when scheduled and got the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. She was pleasant, personable, and very thorough tending to every little detail. Also she didn't touch some personal items, but she did organize where she could. Surfaces were sanitized and my bed was made. Overall Clara did an outstanding job!

I am updating my previous review about the cleaning services. This is to reflect the customer service provided to me by Damien and Patti. As stated in my previous review, Damien was both kind, patient, and accommodating. When I was not satisfied with the clean provided, I was offered a full refund. I did not ask them to do that. I'm giving them 5 stars due to the customer service provided by them and for sticking by their business promise.

We called all over and couldn’t find anybody to clean for us on a Sunday. Not only did they come out on short notice on a Sunday but they were on time. The work was exceptional. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone that we know. Patty’s Cleaning Service gets 5 stars from us. If you want the job done right call them.

My husband and I were working from home when Ana and Cynthia arrived to clean our home. They were very careful and respectful of our space, and they went out of their way to be as non-interruptive as possible. We had build up from dust, dirt, and dog hair and they did an amazingly thorough job upstairs and down. Our place looks and smells great, even our dog made it through the experience just fine.

We haven't seen our house this clean in a long time and we've used other cleaning services in the area. This was our first cleaning with Patty's but certainly not our last. Thank you so much ladies for your hard work and professionalism

Patty's is such a great cleaning service company. Everyone from Damien (who is the owner's husband) was super nice and very quick at replying to me. He was very accommodating and listed everything their company does. My parents and I were extremely impressed by their work. My mom didn't feel as if there was clock nor did it feel like the cleaning lady (Kenya) was rushing. She was very thorough in her deepcleaning. She even helped clean under some of the furniture. Well worth the money! Thank you so much!

Original Post: If you're anything like me, you want to tidy up before you enter the New Year. With me being on the go majority of the time with 2 busy girls, it was nice to take the load off myself. Communication was outstanding, called Tuesday evening for availability & was serviced Wednesday morning. I had already been shopping around for cleaners.

Although they were priced a little higher than some of the others, their availability and communication is unmatched. I was serviced for for a Deep cleaning by Samantha & whatever additional concern I had she completed. It's just something about a clean home that makes your naps better! Updated 12.27.2020: I've had the time to actually inspect my services 3 days after actual service. Services for deep cleaning, I would now consider I had more of a regular or surface clean maybe.

Some things were favorable for me such as the tubs and my microwave which were cleaned well, but there were some key points missing. Damien has done an amazing job at finding a solution to whatever problem that I may have had. Thanks for the great communication.

Patty's Cleaning Services was not only as good as it gets in the cleaning department, they also showed up PERFECTLY ON TIME. We are a house of two guys and we just live very busy lives and do not have the time to clean as well as we should. Our house is very disorganized and Gabriella was still wonder woman cleaning and cutting through all of the aggravation and hassle of cleaning it all. The price was more than fair for what she had to do and I WILL be using them again. I can not recommend them enough.

Needed an apartment cleaned urgently but thoroughly for move in. Called three places. Patty's was the most responsive. They returned my call promptly. Cleaner showed up punctually. Service was efficient. Would definitely use them again. Forgot to say, I meticulous about cleanliness.

I contacted Patty's cleaning service to come do a move in cleaning. They had someone come out within less then 2 hours which was very impressive. The ladies that came did an impeccable job, I've never seen anyone clean as good and as fast as they did! The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I needed my vacant condo thoroughly cleaned immediately in order to have it ready to be shown to potential buyers. They were able to arrange a next day cleaning for me. I was told that they would be at my place the next day between 8am and 9am. The cleaning employee was at my place by 8am!

My place was very dirty and dusty from the remodeling. When the cleaning lady was done, everything looked really good. Especially the bathrooms. The only thing that I noticed that wasn't done was none of the windowsills had been wiped down. So they were still dusty. But that was an easy fix. I would totally recommend Patty's Cleaning Services for anyone looking for a friendly reliable cleaning service.

We used Patty’s when our tenant didn’t do a move out clean and left the unit very dirty. It was like night and day when Samantha was done! Impressed was an understatement. Very happy with Patty’s Cleaning Service. We used them to clean our house after we sold it so it would be nice for the new buyers. Damien was very responsive and was able to get Gabriela out to us the next day. When we moved into our new house, we called them again to do a detailed clean. Damien and Anna did a great job and it felt great moving into a spotless house. We even received a tutorial on how to clean wood floors! Highly recommend.
