We had cleaned our house of all its contents and it was severely filthy with dust, debris, mold, insects and other waste. This team came into the house and cleaned it thoroughly from top to bottom. Literally, they even cleaned the ceiling. I did a walk-through when they were finished and they thoroughly cleaned anything that I pointed out to them. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend hiring this company for your deep cleaning needs.

I would definitely recommend this company. Besides being pleasant to deal with, they are very accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy, and I really appreciated that.

Palmetto Commercial Services is truly impressive! I had a bit of an emergency and was unable to find a company to help. Someone suggested that this company does a lot of unique cleaning services so I did some research and found that they did exactly what I needed. Each person was patient and understanding and made me feel like they could handle getting the work done. The cost was much less than I expected and they take credit cards too. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know they can handle it.

My experience with Palmetto Commercial Services leaves me with just one regret: I am limited to only 5 stars. After I was finally able to rid my house of the multitude of cats that had taken up residence there (long story, don't ask), I was appalled at the devastation they had wrought and I knew the cleanup job would require not just professionals, but super-heroes.

Enter Mike, Brian and Kat. Although they arrived in a truck instead of a jet helicopter and wore corporate t-shirts and not capes, they CHEERFULLY AND WITH GUSTO (caps lock intentional!) leapt into action with a skill and enthusiasm I frankly did not expect from a "cleaning service" - I almost expected to hear a rousing orchestral soundtrack. Going far beyond the merely "professional" and "courteous", they seemed genuinely happy to be there doing what they were doing.

I was particularly impressed by their punctuality; despite the fact that my house is out in the country several miles from anywhere, they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would. They did everything from scrub the toilet to wrangle heavy furniture and left the house not only looking but smelling as though nary a cat had ever set its paw inside the door. Highly recommended? Yer durn tootin' they're highly recommended.

Talk about an amazing job they did. We had to push our real estate closing because the other company did not finsh the job. We called Mike and his team and they finished the next day so we can closed. Thank for a wonderful job and we highly recommend you guys.

Palmetto Commercial Services and team were such a blessing. My rental home in Lexington SC sold and my renters were hoarders and turns out drug users. Mike Y went above and beyond with the clean out of the home and property. He worked closely with my realtor by meeting her at the property when I was unable to, due to work restraints. His bid for the project was to remove 12 years of hoarding.

They did exactly what I needed them to. It would have taken me a month or more to get it all removed properly and they did it in less than 2 days.

They sent out a guy this morning to clean my office for coronavirus, Mike I think. He was nice and professional and was finished before we opened. He used a backpack machine and everything smelled clean.

My office had an employee showing symptoms of COVID so I reached out to a couple of local companies for quotes. Palmetto Commercial Services responded quickly and gave me a few options, whereas the other companies we're only fogging. When the test came back positive, Palmetto scheduled the next morning and contacted me when the work was completed. They sent pictures of the workers while they were working and are sending a sticker so we can show our employees what was done to keep them safe.

5 stars all the way. We had a employee get sick during COVID19. We decided to ask around. His name came up 90% more than anyone else. No brainer. We called Mike Young and his team and they came out same day. Explained how they would clean and did exactly what they said they would. I would continue using him for ever. Great job and very very thorough.

I called Palmetto and they showed up the same day, turned in a bid for deep cleaning and contract bid, and started in 2 days. They did an excellent job detailing my office and they do a great job maintaining it.
