This is my third review of this amazing company. At this point they feel like family. I have once again entrusted them with something precious to me, and they treated it as if it were theirs. Reuven, Jen, Lisa, Harrison - everyone is wonderful. And - your rug will be like new.

Great service. I knew my floors were in bad shape. And even more so from recent renovations and construction dust through the apartment. Lisa was very helpful to coordinate my service especially after I had to move the date twice. Harrison arrived on time. He was thorough in explaining what he would do. It was done in less time than I expected. Outstanding staff and service!

This company is a pleasure. We use them once a year to give the rugs and furniture a deep cleaning. They are friendly and reliable and they do a great job. Highly recommend!

They showed up ten minutes before our appointment, which I love. They were very courteous and nice. Got right to work, and even finished the job in no time. Just had my sofas cleaned after years of abuse. I never thought in a million years that they would be able to be that clean again. The service was incredible, they showed up on time, were polite and very professional. It's nice to see a company that continuously provides wonderful service again and again, after using them many years ago!

Hire them. The positive reviews here match my own experience. This is a terrific team: They're professional, on time and they go above and beyond. I had all my carpets removed from my apartment while we did some renovation. After 15 years of NYC living, the rugs had gotten a bit of city grime. As promised, they came back looking better than ever. All the interactions with Reuven and the team have been nothing short of stellar. Why didn't I do all this sooner? Stop the research. Call them. Start your project.

OnTime Steam cleaning was quick, professional and personable. They got out a huge stain on my little rug! I thought I was going to have to throw it out. It looks terrific! I unrolled them, checked them and rolled them back up. They did a great job and they stuck to their estimate and they did as I had asked which was to keep them rolled up and wrapped up for easy transport. They even made a hole at the top of the bags to let the humidity out to help preserve the rugs. Yep, wish I had known about them soo

The bad news is that they weren't able to get the huge orange NyQuil stain out of our cream-colored kilm rug a word of advice - keep liquid cold medicine in the bathroom - but Reuven was so easy to work with and - get this - didn't charge us for the cleaning since they weren't able to get the stain out! We ended up using what we saved to buy a new rug, which at least was on sale for half price. I will gladly call on the company again for cleaning.

I was very pleased with Reuven and his communication skills. He was prompt and very professional. He scheduled the service very fast and he also let me know when his worker was late. The steam worker was friendly and he worked fast. He cleaned our fabric coach with lots of pillows, an area rug and bar chairs. After everything was dry, the coach and the rug developed a stinky smell that didn't go away for a week. Reuven was very accommodating and arranged for his team to come back and deodorize the items to remove the smell free of charge. He explained that some natural fibers tend to react differently on the steaming treatment. Great service! Will use them again.

Rueven, the owner, is a class act. I've worked with him twice (once on a Sunday!) and found he's very responsive, takes his time to answer all questions thoroughly, and really aims to make the experience pleasurable. And thankfully the final results of the actual cleaning are top notch. Oh! And the prices are on par with, if not cheaper than, the competition. There's literally no reason to go with another company. I would highly recommend OnTime Steam Cleaning!

They were in fact on time and did a great job cleaning our very dirty cream colored microfiber sectional. The price was comparable with other quotes we got in the area. We will use them again.

At first I was a little skeptical of OnTime's perfect Yelp score but after using their services I know it's well deserved. I bought a Beni-Ourain rug from a women's collective in Morocco and had it shipped over - the only problem was that when the rug arrived it still had dirt, etc on it and smelled like the animals that the wool came from. Reuven and his guys turned the rug around in about half the time that other people had quoted for a very reasonable price.

They had to do dry cleaning techniques due to the natural dyes and brushed out the pile. After their work the the rug looks, feels, (and smells!) fantastic. I was very happy with the communication throughout and result that I have received.

I recently used OnTime Steaming to remove a massive coffee spill, or more like explosion in my apt. I had a full cup of coffee literally explode and it got all over my rug and a cloth chair. My apartment smelling like a Starbucks! OnTime Steaming came to the rescue! They were easy to communicate with and very professional. The cleaning was reasonably priced.

I had checked a few other places beforehand. I was given an arrival time frame of 1:00-3:00pm. They were earlier than expected which is a plus! No one likes to wait around for these services. They respected my home by removing their shoes at the front door or wearing booties over their shoes. This was a big plus for me! The cleaning was very thorough and zero mess. My home smells brand new and not like a coffee shop. The rug and chair look as good as the day I purchased them. I highly recommended these guys! Very professional service!

I still can't get over how clean my mattress is! Really professional & quick. they came on time and called ahead to give an estimate of arrival. These guys totally know what they're doing. My sofa had food stains & pet hair (2 cats!).pretty embarrassing but All gone! It's like new even after stains completely dried. Don't get me started on my mattress. It's a few years old & awful spills from late night snacking- refreshed and super clean! I'm glad I got the deal & upgraded the service. Took some time for everything to dry but that's fine since I was busy sprucing up the rest of my place.

Guess whose 20 gallon fish tank exploded on her prized Agra.this girl's! So I did what any intelligent woman would do, bring it to the roof to dry- but then it rained.all night. Cue to the superhero music. I spent my sleepless hours trolling Yelp and Groupon to find Reuben and Dave. Despite it being a Sunday morning, the guys came out and picked-up my carpet to bring to their facility.

It would have been great had the very basic steam cleaning offered in the Groupon been sufficient to bring my angry Agra back to its beauty, but let's face it.it was water logged and needed the love, expertise and time to be restored. I was unable to shop around for prices, but knew how much an old roommate had paid for similar services a few years ago.

Their price was fair- period. Reuben and Dave delivered. The carpet looks gorgeous! As a former NYC business manager, you realize that quality service and products come with a price. Luckily, the cost wasn't the health of my 15 year-old Agra.

These guys were great! They came and piked up two rugs to take away and have cleaned. When they brought them back they looked like new! I also had my bathroom tile cleaned which looks amazing and my upholstered bed which also looks like new. I would highly recommend them. They were super easy to work with!
