Arthuza's team did an absolutely outstanding job with the deep clean of our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. They were thorough, efficient and left the apartment spotless and gleaming. They were also receptive to what our expectations were and tailored the clean to our specific needs, including organizing our closet spaces. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Everything was so clean and fresh and she went above and beyond my expectations (I.e. folded some laundry I had left out, made the bed, changed the sheets etc. ). We had Reinaldo and Marci's team clean our home after a major construction project. They were incredibly thorough. I can't remember the last time my home was this clean. It wasn't cheap, however I feel like I got a great quality cleaning so it was worth it. The office staff was great as well, quick responses to everything and helped us reschedule without issue twice.

They were great! My client was extremely satisfied with their service and is looking forward to booking Marcia's team again! They were very kind, attentive to detail, and very professional. Marci was our cleaner, and she did a superb job. She was punctual, pleasant, worked hard, and did all the specific cleaning tasks that we asked her at the beginning to do. By the time she finished, several hours later, our home was spotless, with all windows and mirrors, all stainless, all brass- spotless and shiny. She dusted everywhere, even tiny nooks and crannies. She pleasantly worked around our own schedule, doing rooms in an order that was not obtrusive. We have high praise for her work and professionalism.

I'm echoing other reviews that this company turns sketchy after your first time using them. The first time I booked them they cleaned my father's whole house (3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms) for $120 and did a fine job, everything went smoothly. I booked them a second time for an identical cleaning, they charged $120 but only cleaned the first floor of the house.

My dad called me wondering why they abruptly left without going to the second floor. I then proceeded to spend hours of my time arguing with the coordinators, who tried to tell me my dad instructed the cleaners not to go upstairs. That lie was quickly debunked. They then told me they could re-schedule a cleaning of the upstairs, charging me the full $120 AGAIN.

I told them this was irrational; I had previously had the entire home cleaned for $120 just some months ago. When I explained the absurdity of this they said that different cleaners need different amounts of time to complete a whole home, and so perhaps this team needed more hours and therefore would cost double the first time I booked. It's not unreasonable that different cleaners may need different amounts of time to complete a job, but one team needing DOUBLE the cost of another doesn't really make sense, and none of this was communicated to me at the time of booking.

After all this they offered a 10% discount to complete the upstairs, so $108 on top of the $120 for the first floor. I want to stress that I believe the cleaners themselves are wonderful and honest, it's the management of this company that has severe communication (and possible dishonesty) issues. I do not trust them to use them in the future.

If you use this company I advise you be extremely clear directly with the cleaners about what you booked/expect from the appointment, don't assume that the management has communicated properly with them.

I previously used another cleaning company that was located in Back Bay and they often didn't show or were early/late. I switched to Cleanzen and have been thrilled-- they are worth every penny and then some. Always on time, flexible with scheduling changes. I feel Marcia's team goes above and beyond just cleaning. My couch cushions are smoothed and pillows arranged, my bathroom counter items are neatly straightened, the hand towels are folded as though it's a luxury hotel. I could go on.

I'm moving to an apartment which needed a deep clean to remove cat hair. Graziela and her team were on time, responsive, and cleaned the apartment very thoroughly. I called Cleanzen for a same-day service after Handy.com cleaners did not show up for three time in a row (DO NEVER USE THAT WEBSITE, it is absolute trash). They were very efficient and found me a cleaner for the same afternoon. Patricia, the cleaner, was fantastic. She thoroughly cleaned every corner of my place and left it spotless. She was very careful with cleaning appliance, windows, kitchen stove, closets and cabinets and she even found a better positioning for some of my stuff. Awesome job and great service, really really recommended.

Had a mixed experience. The cleaners were very nice and did a very good job for the spots that were clean. Unfortunately, there was a few issues holding them back from more stars. In the end I was made whole, but what it took to get there and some of the issues along the way prevented more stars. First, it was not made clear to me at any point that parking cost was a responsibility of me. Received a text from the cleaners the morning of that they could find parking and asked if I would pay. Second, there were a few spots that didn't get cleaned at all.

Any area, which was 97% of the apartment, that got cleaned was done very well. Weird spots like the coasters on the table that was cleaned were left dirty and there were some clunks of collected filth leftover. Included pictures. Lastly, and probably the most notable was a collectable item of mine was broken. I didn't discover this until after they left and was not made aware of it when it happened.

There was several back-and-forth emails ranging from being told the item was already broken to it was broke when I asked a specific area to be cleaned on the other side of the room. In the end I got reimbursed for the item which wasn't very expensive, but just that it happened and everything to follow damaged the reputation in my view. I wanted to leave a strong review and maybe this was a one off experience but for how much it cost I expected more and may look for someone else next time.

No showed on me when I indicated my date was not flexible. I had a mid afternoon cleaning and the cleaner reached out to let me know early in the day that she was running late and offered to reschedule or come at 4pm. I reiterated my date wasn't flexible and 4 was acceptable, but instead of reaching out to cleanzen and allowing them to timely replace the cleaner, she no showed.

I had to follow up myself after she missed the new time she said she'd be here. Now it's too late to get someone new since we have kids that need to go to bed and so I'll be up cleaning til midnight when this was supposed to be checked off my list. I wouldn't wish this predicament on anyone. Unreliable, no proactive communication. Cleanzen should have reached out to me not the other way around. They should have found someone new in the morning when they ran into an issue in the first place. Do not trust this business. I don't understand the 5 star reviews.

We had Cleanzen help with the move in cleaning. Danielle's team was very thorough and sweet! We met them at the door and left for a few hours to run errands while they did their magic. Danielle called me once they were almost done, and we did a little walk through the whole house - she showed us the results and we were very pleased with how clean everything was. Booking was a breeze, the website is very easy to navigate.

The move in cleaning already includes inside cabinet and inside fridge cleaning. I really liked the transparent pricing, no hidden surprises and you can just get a quote through the website - no need to call anyone and wait for them to estimate anything. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Lincools' team did a great job. The young woman was thorough. I usually opt for a deep clean and she did not disappoint. Since my mobility is limited, Cleanzen has been my 'Go to' if my chores get to be too much. I recommend.

Danielle and her team were great! She was an hour early but it actually worked out perfectly for us. We requested for a move in cleaning and they cleaned it all: inside of the fridge, inside of the oven, bathrooms, spider webs, base boards etc. When we did our final walk through, the previous owner left the place absolutely disgusting (a pile of powder in the kitchen cabinets, frozen veggies all over the bottom of the freezer, little hairs all over one of the bathroom cabinets. seriously nasty stuff).

It took Danielle and her partner exactly 2 hours to clean our 2 bed/2 bath and it was completely brand new when we came back! I wish I took a before picture because it was like day and night. There were a few spots inside the fridge and kitchen cabinets that could have been cleaned a bit better but overall really satisfied with this cleaning. I would definitely use CleanZen again and request for Danielle!

Marcia and her team did AMAZING! i have had a hard time finding a reliable cleaning team for my house in South Boston. I requested a deep clean and baseboards - and i COULDNT be happier. My boyfriends bathroom (use your imagination) really required the most attention - and she made it look like new! We also have large open space with hard wood floors throughout and she took her time to make them shine.
