House Cleaning Summary

Loading the dishwasher, disinfecting the counter tops, cleaning the outside of appliances, cleaning interior of microwave.
Bathrooms
Disinfecting the vanity area, cleaning the toilet the bathtub, cleaning mirrors and glass.
Living & Bedroom
Dusting the ceiling fan and furniture, cleaning all the mirrors.
Throughout the home the mini blinds, the windowsills and the baseboards are dusted. Any cobwebs will be removed. The floors will be swept and mopped; the carpet will be vacuumed. We will empty all wastebaskets and remove the trash when we leave.
Regular housecleaning can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (every four weeks) , or just one-time. In addition to Regular Cleans, we also offer Detail and Move In/Out house cleanings. We are capable of handling any cleaning job. Should you desire detail cleaning, carpet cleaning, or have special requests, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

We have been long time customers of Dallas Maids and unfortunately have noticed a significant decrease in service standards, professionalism, and customer service. The last few times we have booked with them, they have attempted to change the time, have arrived at the wrong time, and completely cancelled an appointment because they were "too busy." When they call, there is zero customer service outside of "we can reschedule you for XX date, " sometimes a week or two away. Highly disappointed as of late and would not recommend Dallas Maids.

The service was fantastic. My place was a mess, with tons of pet hair, built up grime, dust, dishes, you name it. My maid took the time to get everything done the right way and I was so happy with how everything turned out. She was very polite and friendly as well. Will totally be using this service again. I scheduled a deep cleaning and window washing for my 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Liliana, the cleaner exceeded my expectations. She made my house look brand new! I've never seen the tub and sinks so white before. She also wiped down the lightbulbs which had a lot of dust. She took her time and the attention to detail was amazing. I requested her for the biweekly cleaning. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!

The quality of this business has declined tremendously so don't even waste your time trying them out. I've used them for over a year and over the last month they have been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They never show up on time and when you try to call to get an ETA it's always "30 minutes". I waited for over 2 hours for them to show up today (after I had to reschedule them because they didn't show up on time yesterday either).
I've had to ask them to make sure they pay attention while they're cleaning because there have been multiple times that they leave and I have to go behind them to clean areas/places they missed or didn't think I would notice. Mind you, we are weekly regulars and this is how we get handled as clients. If I could give zero stars I would.

I requested for a one time deep/move-out cleaning service in order to have my apartment ready for move out. Dallas maids responded swiftly and handled my requests (such as calling 30 minutes prior) so I can open/close the door while I worked throughout the day else where. Reina was sent and I had no issues with the quality of the cleaning, everything went smoothly.
I also requested for a carpeting service that they seem to contract for (Don's Carpet Cleaning) and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned more carpets in swiftly and the carpet looks fantastic. He was also friendly and answered the questions I had in regards to carpets. If I ever move back to Texas I would definitely re-use all the services they provide.

Have been using Dallas Maids for about 6 months. I tried a few other services first, and I feel Dallas Maids is the best value for the money. I usually have Susan as my cleaner, and she's fantastic! Very thorough cleaning, friendly, fast, and works quietly. I am amazed at how nice my place looks after a Dallas Maids clean, and by how efficiently they work. Very happy customer, and plan to continue to use their services. I have them clean once every 2-3 weeks, and i can make changes via the online portal.

Great customer service! I needed a clean within just the next four days, and they scheduled me quickly and easily. The website is clear and easy to use, and I got three very clear reminders of the upcoming service - two email and one text. Two cleaners arrived - early! - and worked hard to give my house a good basic clean. When I had a couple of things afterward I felt needed attention, the management team was responsive and took care of things to make sure that all was right. This customer service team will take care of you well.

I've been so impressed with the staff sent to clean our home. (Especially compared to other companies/individuals we've tried in the past). They are so thorough & still manage to get it done quickly. I sincerely don't know how they get it so clean so fast, even as a team of 2 or 3. It's obvious that this company only allows staff that are truly good at what they do. Having our home cleaned bi-weekly has made it affordable & it's nice to have the consistency as well. If you have high standards for cleanliness and order, but don't have the time or energy to do it right, I highly recommend Dallas Maids.

Delfina always does such an amazing job in my home and I know it's hard because I have two young children. She's so kind and considerate about my belongings. I just had my second of every 2 week cleans. First was a deep clean and inside oven, this time I got inside cabinets and refrigerator along with standard clean of every other room. It took me so long to pull the trigger. Hiring a maid service felt like a failure. When I tell you I have NO regrets I am serious. Everything is SO clean. I manage to keep it tidy between and then get a fabulous reset. It is worth every penny. So very happy with the service. So grateful to have these hours back.

Rosie and Maria arrived on time for my initial deep cleaning. They did an admirable job on my awfully dirty (dusty!) house in record time. They happily touched up a couple of difficult spots for me before leaving. It was delightful to come home to a clean house that smelled wonderful! They are now on an every two weeks schedule. I highly recommend Dallas Maids.

Because of the pandemic, my home had not been professionally cleaned in over a year and only very sparsely by me during that time. The cleaner spent a great amount of time (5 hours) and effort to do a deep clean, plus windows, and she did an excellent job on some very difficult areas like the stove and the entire kitchen. My home now is sparkling!

This review is about a year overdue (it was pre-Covid). I was out of town and wanted to help someone book a cleaning service And pick this place based on all the good yelp reviews.they did a good job with cleaning the windows and cleaning out the fridge and dusting etc. but the main reason I booked the service was to clean the hardwood floors I emphasized that in my request. that the main goal was a deep cleaning of the floors.

I contacted them to let them know and they said sorry we can't do anything to help since it's been almost a week. They also broke a lamp and I know accidents happen, it just didn't help the situation.

We were getting ready to sell our house and asked Dallas Maids for a deep clean to make sure our house looked it's best. Mida and Anna showed up up and throughly cleaned Everything! They sent 2 excellent ladies to clean my 3 bed 2 bath house. Communication was not a problem they spoke and understood English with no issues. This had been an issue for me with other companies. Dallas Maids is a local company. We live in Garland and needed some help. I shopped for a reliable service. When I read Jana's review and the press in DALLAS Magazine I thought we'd try them once to tackle some of the tough jobs. They did an outstanding job. Our home has never been so clean. I used to own a business. I know when I read company reviews that are 5-STARS and glowing, and then I read a couple bad reviews that are just too negative to be real the truth is obvious. Competitors write BAD reviews when they can't compete in the marketplace.
I had that happen in my business. I PROMISE you I am not affiliate with Dallas Maids except as a customer. These guys did a marvelous jog. My house sparkles. GIVE THEM A TRY and follow the only opinion that matters. YOURS! I wouldn't let anyone else clean our house. Try them!

Dallas Maids is a life saver. I'm preparing to sell my house, and the problem was I had not done a touch of cleaning in over two years. Two years with a messy seven year old child and a dog who loves to shed. Suffice it to say, it was a big job. But, Dallas Maids handled it quickly and with great skill. They accepted the job on short notice so my house could be clean when the realtor visited and sent a team two days later.
I don't know how long the clean took but it must have been hours. When I returned home it was spotless. I highly recommend Dallas Maids for your cleaning needs. -Tabor D.

Wish I could say I still felt the same, sadly things towards the end with Dallas maids weren't good at all. Broken items, not only that I wasn't told about them I'd find them much later (including a few very sentimental items) & the cleaning just wasn't as great. Had to switch to a different company.

Dallas Maids is absolutely awesome! I had given up on cleaning services because they left me disappointed. I found myself in a bind and needed cleaning before we had weekend guests. The ladies from Dallas Maids showed up on time and systematically cleaned my home from top to bottom. I added for deep cleaning and I am so happy I did. My house sparkles.
Every surface was touched. They did such a great job I honestly can't say enough good things. Both ladies were nice and extremely professional. I now feel comfortable that when I need cleaning services I have a company I can count on!

If you have any special needs or requirements, just tell the office before your Frisco Maid comes. And something else that I think is special: If you're happy with the way your maid cleaned up, call it in or email the office and let them know, because that results in a bonus for your maid.
