Amazing cleaning of my home ahead of the holidays! I booked this clean for my mom before the holidays because she was stressed out at the state of her home. Vicki was outstandingly thorough, asked questions, and followed directions. She really made me and my mom feel taken care of, which made a huge difference. They were also super flexible and right on time for the time we agreed. I was so pleased!

We had our first house cleaning last week, just in time for family to visit. The website was easy to navigate, clearly shows everything that's included for every "level" of cleaning requested. Fiance took the dogs out and ran an errand while she was there and it still smells clean five days later. Everything I expected was done and little things like folding the dogs' blanket and rearranging the pillows were a nice touch. I'll definitely hire them again and get the deep clean this fall.

I booked this service because of the high reviews on Google and Yelp for as a 10 year wedding anniversary present to me. I'm an ICU nurse so long hours and really wanted reprieve. I contacted the company with no response via email. But I came home from a shift to find q-tips and trash around the toilet, all the trashed full, toilets visibly not cleaned, mugs on the counter, smears on the mirrors and smudges on counters.

So after a 12 hour shift I cleaned because I was hosting family the following day. When I booked and paid $250 for a 4bed/3bath house, I requested a deep clean and at check out it stated "6-7 hours"- the two ladies that came out were gone in less than 3. There were so many imperfections and this was totally not worth the money.

Vicky was wonderful! She arrived on-time - very polite and professional. She's an extremely diligent and efficient worker. Most importantly, our home is absolutely spotless. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend to those needing a deep clean.

Hired these guys to do a deep clean of a 2 bed 2 bath 1400 sq ft for $225. I expected at least 2 to 3 people to show up but got 1 instead. She was done in 3 hours. At first look it seemed ok but after doing a more thorough walk through realized she didn't do any of the deep cleaning. They came back the next day and tried to leave after only an hour. I had to go through each room and point out the work she was supposed to do. I finally ran out of time and told her to leave. I Do Not recommend this company.

An employee from Emily's has cleaned my apartment 3 times. The first two times were okay but I am a clean freak. Therefore, I spoke with Emily and she changed our maid to Vicky without a fuss. The first maid was sweet and did a good job BUT I am much happier with Vicky's style of cleaning. The company has many wonderful employees. I paid for a standard clean for my 1-bedroom apartment. I have a cat, so there was cat hair and litter everywhere. The maids came, were professional, quick, and friendly. They completed cleaning the entire apartment faster than the quoted time allotment, and my place looks great! They got all the hair/fur out of my carpets, and even on the sofa! My apartment looks like the day I moved in. Thanks!

I just wanted to leave an update that after about 4 cleanings so far, the quality is consistently impressive. Thank you Emily’s Maids and Eva for the care you take! I have tried many home cleaning companies and had resolved to the fact that no one will clean the way I would. And that the quality deteriorates as getting in and out quickly to get to the next job takes precedence.

When I hired Emily's Maids, I was skeptical. They are not the lowest priced but I've found that price and quality don't often correlate. I am happy to say that coming home to my first Emily's Maids cleaning delighted me. I had intended to clean my shower tiles before Emily's Maids were scheduled, as I had grown accepting of doing it on occasion given no one ever really cleaned it.

I just didn't get to it, and I was completely shocked when I came home to see my shower and tiles had been thoroughly cleaned. I mean truly thoroughly. No one had done that before. I didn't even expect it anymore. My house actually felt like it had really been cleaned for the first time in ages. I am very pleased with Emily's Maids and am remaining hopeful that the first cleaning is the standard that will continue to be met with every clean.

The service has sent me the same maid the last 3 requests. I love her! She is so nice, respectful, and a hard worker. I like having the same person, but if not available would be understandable, because she knows what I expect and follows that. She even found my lost wedding ring while cleaning!

I'm updating my review, Emily's Maids did reach out to me after learning of my dissatisfaction with the service I initially received and they were very apologetic and refunded me for the extra charges. I'm glad that they care about customer service.

I used Emily's maid this week and it was above and beyond of what I expected. Elaine was extremely friendly and professional. I came home and everything was sparkly and shiny, she took no short cuts. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Another updated review. The company has improved and we are happy with their service now. The maids are courteous and do a thorough job, especially in the bathrooms, which I think is important. They bring all their own supplies, but if you like a specific cleaning agent or vacuum, they are accommodating. The maids are trustworthy and we have never had issues in that area.

Communication with the company has gotten better - they have improved in this department. Also good with ease of making appointments and showing up, which has improved a lot. Cost is also very reasonable, and its a good deal especially given how thorough they are. I would recommend them now - I had some concerns initially, but they have addressed them appropriately.

We've used Emily's Maids for the past year or so and I could not be happier with the service we get from them. The prices they charge are at or less than others, and they do a better job. We've tried other maid services and we were always left a little disappointed, but Emily's maids does a great job. The one time that something was done wrong I emailed and the next day they were at the house to fix it before I even talked to anyone. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a good house cleaning at a fair price.

Definitely ask for Eva. She has been on time the both times I’ve had her and she has done above and beyond what I expected. Every request I made, she met. She is punctual and thorough. If there were 10 stars for this review, I’d give them to her.

Claudia was amazing. She did a deep cleaning move in service on a new home I bought. She spent over 6 hours working on everything from baseboards to cabinet shelves to ceiling fans. She was absolutely fabulous! The service for the price was 1000% worth it! I will definitely be using them again!

I am very pleased with my first cleaning from Emily's Maids. Having a large dog who sheds, drools and track mud indoors, I was constantly cleaning and decided I'd rather spend time doing other things. After researching house cleaning services, I chose Emily's Maids because of their number of high reviews and they delivered. I will continue to use them on a regular basis to keep my house clean!!

My cleaner did the greatest job on my place. She easily found the way inside (w/o calling me and asking me), then she got right to work in a hurry! I appreciated how she also straightened up various things, and she also cleaned underneath knick knacks. Yes, they are pricey, but they do the job right.

They were available to clean at last minute for me, and did a FANTASTIC job. Seriously such a great value for the price. I will definitely use them for all future cleaning needs. I highly recommend them. So easy to book, great job, great price.

The cleaning was great & maybe even more surprising the scheduling was really easy. I needed to have a full clean done before we had photos taken for selling the home and they managed to get in the very next week at a convenient time for me and then kept me informed about everything including letting me know that some items didn't need to be done and deducting it from my total. Awesome! They also have the best appointment scheduling online!
