I’m a mom of 3 and recently got a puppy so my hands are FULL. The cleaning service did a phenomenal job. My house looks so clean. Definitely recommend!

This was our SECOND time using Iva's Cleaning and we were impressed both times. The owner responds very quickly and is SUPER NICE.
She and her team are the epitome of quality work - by not only cleaning but organizing too. Our entire home was immaculate, including window blinds, stove, floors, etc. Surprisingly, they did more than we expected in a short period of time.

My hubby and I were both impressed and will continue using their services.

DO NOT USE THEM! They texted me 10 minutes before they were supposed to come, only to cancel on me! How irresponsible!

It never feels good to give any hard-working person a bad review, however when a company shows such disregard for customer service, especially new ones, that's what this site was created for in the first place, wasn't it? Not only did this cleaning service text us minutes before they were to arrive telling us they would not be coming, without so much as an apology, not only did they not send the correct number of people as per the agreement, they didn't even offer us a discount for referring our neighbor who used them just days after we did.

Below is my girlfriend's Text to them after being told we would be charged an additional $40, simply for rescheduling our next appointment. "Hello. I'm sorry. But I'm not going to continue using your company, while I feel your girls did a wonderful job of cleaning my house, I am disappointed with a few things. First off when you cancelled on me last minute, I didn't complain and was flexible. Secondly, I recommended you to a neighbor who used your company. Thirdly when promised 2 girls and only one came, i did not complain.

I have not received any type of discount or compensation/ benefit for any of these circumstances. Instead | am going to be charged extra for pushing my date 2 weeks later. It doesn't seem like good costumer service policy for me trying to be flexible and recommending you while I get nothing in return for that." Instead of trying to win back our business by offering some kind of compensation, they simply respond with the below, proving they could care less about losing customers. Thank you for using our service. We wish you all the best. I don't care how good they clean. Their bedside manner is for shit.

I have gone through countless services and have been disappointed over and over again. Once I got in touch with Eva, she was very transparent and promised me that I won't be disappointed. Well she was right! I been using her service for the last 3 months. If you want a proper cleaning, then you won't be disappointed. Ella takes her time and gets into every nook and cranny.

She ensures that everything is done properly and goes above and beyond. I have never had a service where every cleaning was done to my standards. I cant recommend them enough!

Iva's Cleaning did a superb job for us! We are in the process of moving into a townhouse and requested a deep move in cleaning since the cleaning company the owners of the townhouse hired did a very disappointing job. I just completed a whole house renovation and Iva and her crew did the most amazing post construction cleanup! I am a fussy cleaner and was extremely nervous about ever getting rid of the fine dust that was everywhere on every wall in every crevice and every cabinet. I couldn't be happier with the result. The crew was very professional and efficient.

I plan to have them return when I am ready to move in and thereafter. I'm so grateful. Don't hesitate to use this amazing team, women like myself who understand what a good cleanup really is about. I want to start by saying when I returned from work to my apartment after their service I was absolutely amazed! My place was cleaned with such care and attention to detail, my appliances look like they did when I first moved in and my shelves were carefully organized and wiped down. The smell upon entering just reaffirmed that they disinfected every nook and cranny.

This is a great cleaning service that you can rely on. The owner, Iva, listens carefully what you need each time before service starts & follows up after on your satisfaction and what could be improved next time. The employees are detail-oriented, courteous and did a terrific job each time, making sure nothing is missed. They also give advices on how to take care of daily cleaning needs in a effective way. This is not a ordinary cleaning service but levels above.

I can't speak for their cleaning because Iva has such horrible communication. She said she'd get back to me with a quote, that was over 4 weeks ago, during which time I have called her numerous times with no response. Unfortunate because I contacted them after reading such high reviews, but professionalism should also be part of it, which she lacks.

I needed a last minute next day service, and Iva accommodated my needs. She provided a great service and get things done beautifully with a reasonable charge. Iva's service is reliable and accountable. I am very satisfied with their service and will defiantly work with them again!

These ladies are thorough, efficient, comparatively priced, and nice as well! I'm so happy I found them. I decided to hire them based on great reviews and decided to become a recurring client.

We had to have our wooden floors redone bc our next door neighbor flooded his apartment and the water came in under our floors and there went my floors. I was so stressed as I was 27 weeks pregnant and I knew flooring would leave a huge mess from the sanding. But Iva was amazing! From the start, she was responsive and extremely professional. She and one of her workers came and cleaned our entire apartment which was a huge mess.

They were so detailed. Dust was removed from walls, light fixtures, cabinets, closets - they even wiped down our dishes and ran the dishwasher and then some. Plus our shades, curtains and windows were also wiped down as the construction left it so dirty. Iva is passionate of her work and her goal is to satisfy her customers. They even bring their own supplies which is great as all our stuff was stored away for the construction.

Her price was also affordable. They do seem to charge a lil more for post construction work but for how clean our home was afterwards, she was very worth it! Iva is detailed, thorough, friendly and most importantly, a true professional. My husband and I would definitely recommend her. She made our home shining and clean so we were able to return home that evening!

I just received my first cleaning and am amazed at the quality of everything. My only complaint is that I wish I had done this sooner!

This is first time I have used a cleaning company for my home and "Wow" am I ever happy I chose this company from a recommendation from my neighbor . Team showed up right on time 8:30 am this morning and were here until 1:00pm working/cleaning the entire time. This home could go on the market tomorrow for sale if I wanted to because it's that clean.

It was easy to call, setup an appointment, give them my information and that was it. When I returned home the next day (I had given the leasing company of my building permission to let the cleaners in) my apartment was spotless. I feel as though they went above and beyond and the price was reasonable for all the hard work.
