The kindness of the people who work for Clean Air Pro is amazing. I called the company, mistakenly believing it did AC repair. Tammy went to the trouble of asking the boss, Ben, for recommendations and texted one to me within minutes. I have a disabled child whose seizures intensify with heat, so you can imagine how much I appreciate the gesture.

We just moved into a new home and while everything appeared spotless we just wanted to take precautions and have our air ducts cleaned as my husband does have severe allergies. Lo and behold they found mold and bacteria growth. They recommended installing a UV light to prevent future growth would highly recommend them!

Ben was really great. He gave us a no strings attached evaluation on our house and was friendly & professional. He came in wearing booties and mask which we really appreciated and opened up the phlenum to see if there was anything lurking causing a strange smell. That being said, the crew could do a better job at covering furniture as the house was left extremely dusty. The pricing was a little confusing and the tech wanted to charge something higher than what was discussed over the phone. Tammy and Ben helped clear the misunderstanding. I would use them again, especially now that I know how it works.

Awful customer service. Called for a consultation for some mold. Told I would get a call from the tech. Never did. After I called back they gave me a 12-4 time frame. Then called me at 3:30 saying they were on their way (which is within the time frame and totally fine). Then called me at 4:15 and went to an address about an hour away. I called the office and they texted me they were closed early on Friday before Labor Day.

I called with my other phone and lady picked up and asked how she can help me. I said I thought you guys were closed then she hung up on me. If you are someone who would like quality customer service go with someone else.

They barely got out the stains on my performance cushions but unbelievably they were NOT VACCINATED! Absurd.

I messaged Clean Air Pro through Yelp and immediately received a response which is so refreshing! Ben came to give us a quote and our cat approved as Ben let him sit on his lap. It was pricey so I was prepared for around 1k. Which is about what it was for our two story house. The guys were super thorough and were polite. They showed us before and after videos and I was amazed and thankful to no longer be breathing all that junk in!

My only complaint was there's now a fine mist of dust all over my home office. I wish they would've covered that prior to doing that vent but it wasn't a deal breaker

They also cleaned every vent and cleaned a few mold/mildew spots around where a couple of the vents were.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Clean Air Pro. Honest, hard working and friendly!

Ben and his team were kind, professional and prompt. We even couldn't locate the dryer vent on the exterior and they found it on the top of our roof, probably out of code. I was having a frustrating day and they made it significantly better. I highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Clean Air Houston Pro just finished servicing our house today. The 5-star rating from all the customers is well deserved. If you have any apprehension or concerns, this company is where you want to receive service because they will alleviate your concerns. They made the process easy and straightforward. The service from beginning to end exceeded our expectations.

The customer service representative who took the order thoroughly answered all of our questions. The most powerful part of this process was them explaining Basic, Deep Clean, and Bacteria Clean options per vent, so we knew in advance the approximate amount for the entire service. The estimates were spot on. The second most impactful item was the fact that they did not charge a consultation fee.

This particular industry has a tendency to come off slimy or overinflated, so the transparent and professional service was a refreshing welcome. As a customer, you really hope good customer service is the standard, but here in Texas it is rare. Hence, we welcomed it. Next, the air duct cleaning service was done in a professional and efficient manner.

Our property was previously owned by someone else and the vents were never cleaned. Several years of dirty vents, yuck! Hence, there was a lot to clean. We also had several filters attached to the HVAC that required changing and quickly purchased the filters while they were cleaning the vents. They even gave us insight into the different types of filters, so we could maximize our airflow and save some money with the various filters. Last, but certainly not least, the representatives were professional, courteous, friendly, and worked diligently. They cleaned the heck out of our vents. The overall experience touched on a great price point and great service. We definitely plan to use them in the future.

The initial price quoted over the phone ($29 /vent) was immediately "left in the dust" as the cleaning crew (Ben) arrived and found mildew in several vents (now $39 / vent). Not just the ones with mildew, as was my understanding when booking, but all vents. This was definitely not clearly communicated during the booking. In addition to the $10 up-charge per vent, there was now also an additional $170 to treat both HVAC units in the attic.

This last charge was the one that didn't sit right with me. In all fairness, I believe that they did thoroughly clean all the duct work as my house was full of a lot of dust in every room near the vent being cleaned. Really not much effort was made to keep things clean. They put down a couple of sheets of plastic, but it really wasn't effective.

One last note (and this prompted my review), I went in the attic today and all the panels were off the 2 units just laying there (What?) I did consider reaching out to the manager before posting this review, but after seeing un-buttoned units, I changed my mind. IMHO, I believe that once they knew I was using a Groupon, the additional charges appeared to compensate for the shortfall. Beware that your house will need deep cleaning after they clean your ducts as a lot of the dust/dirt from the ducts will now be in your living area. I decided to use this company after seeing all the high ratings. Maybe I was just the unlucky customer.

We had these folks service our vents about two years ago. So knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. We ended up calling them back for two more jobs. When our A/C was not working we called a repair company (good company also) who said we needed a new plenum. Quoted us $1200. So on a lark we called Ben and he replaced juts as good for less than $500! Really great company.

The cost ramped up very quickly upon arrival but the staff was pleasant and considerate. We seem to notice cleaner air in house after they finished.

Needed help with retrieving a brush that broke from the rod inside our dryer duct. Requested a general quote through Yelp and Clean Air Pro was the first to respond, arrived within an hour, and sucked out the brush with a shop vac w/extra long hose, along with a dense ball of lint, a nest and a dead bird! Cost $198 with the yelp discount (our vent is 30 ft deep and located on the second floor; we had a 12 ft ladder set up); an expensive lesson since this was considered a repair, whereas a regular vent cleaning would've been cheaper. PSA: do not attempt to clean your own dryer duct if it is longer than 20 ft!

The power from the drill simply cannot carry further than that without twisting and breaking the rod inside the duct. Now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Ben advised maintaining it by simply using a leaf blower every six months.

Clean Air Houston Pro did a great job with our A/C, ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Ben was prompt, responsive and worked to give us a quote which was competitive. Once we gave them the green light, they were able to accommodate us in their schedule within 4 days (during the Holiday season!). On the day of the service, their team was punctual and Ben kept us informed of their ETA before arrival.

They started on time, and did a thorough job. We were provided with before and after pictures, and they kept us posted on their progress throughout the day. They were also able to reach a hard-to-access vent on a two story high ceiling. Do they do a good job on cleaning the vents and ducts? Yes, they did a good job. no question about it. They showed me the pics before and after. It was full of dust on the ducts since it was never been cleaned. Also, few of the vents opening have some mold. They cleaned them well. I only requested one quote from them and didn't bother to get another quotes due to yelp review. It was high and eventually they worked with me and made it right.

I had a good experience with Clean Air Houston Pro. Tammy was awesome. I like that she gives straightforward information and over-the-phone quotes that are reasonable and consistent. Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done well. My HVAC ducts and vents were in bad shape. My home was build in 2006. I've owned it since 2013 and have never had this cleaning professionally done.

From the looks of things, neither did the previous owner. Houston is the most humid place I have ever lived, but still there is no excuse. My only areas for growth that I would recommend is to 1) suggest that the technicians lay down a protective cover for any furniture that is directly beneath a vent. Coming home to dirt and mold particles on 2/3 beds was not fun, but an easy enough fix with a linen change and vacuuming. 2) I was a little irked that the tech immediately tried to up-sale to new vent covers for a few of the dirtiest ones before even attempting to clean them.

I could understand if he tried and was having trouble, but it turns out they were able to be cleaned quite well. They look good as new. Also, the offer to install new vents did not reduce the cleaning estimate at all, which it should if they would have been able to just chuck the dirtiest ones and save time on soaking and scrubbing them. These were minor gripes, though. Overall, I found the service to be solid and would recommend them to others.

Ben did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vents and ducts. Before he came, the dryer would not dry clothes at all. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer vents and our ducts - he even climbed up on our steep roof and cleaned the vent out up there! After the cleaning, our dryer works like brand new. CLEAN AIR HOUSTON knows what they are doing! We noticed our allergies being bad, sneezing, coughing more and more lately. We have an infant as well, and noticed their little allergies were not doing well. Decided it's time to investigate, worried about mold and everything else. I called around. Was quoted many prices per vent. Some lower some higher, This company may seem at the higher end yet worth every penny.

From the first phone call I was given thorough details about the process. Their price includes cleaning each vent no matter what is going on inside. Vs others who upcharge for different thingss, So if you have ancient dust build up , mildew or mold in your air ducts it's all the same price here vs many companys that inflate their prices on the spot.

These guys spray disinfectant, apply a protective coating to prevent future problems and make sure the ducts are hospital clean. We added on the additional service of Blower, coil AC cleaning and could not believe what the before pics were like vs the after. Every attention to detail was taken care of. No hidden fees , everything told upfront. I highly reccomend this crew to all reading.

Our house is older and has never had a cleaning since we recently bought it or before. This deep clean has made an immediate different in our sinus allergies. I had a great experience working with this company. From the easy scheduling to confirming my appointment they were very professional. I have a three story townhouse in Rice Military and their two man team made quick work of my vents and dryer vent. They even let me know the we had a gas leak (called the company ASAP) and gave us a great price on sanitizing the mold on the second floor. They worked around my family and our two dogs and my place instantly felt and smelled clean. Highly recommended, great value!

We clean our air duct once a year in the spring due to our allergies, this year I called Clean Air Houston and we were so happy with their work that we decided to use them every year. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and we scheduled an appointment for the same week, the team arrived on time and was very professional and thorough, they cleaned the air ducts and even gave me a few helpful tips about my a/c, they finished pretty quickly and left the house with no mess what so ever. I needed a air duct to be cleaned at my house since I was smelling mold all around. I called Clean Air and scheduled for next day ! The technician arrived on time and explained me very clearly what needs to be done. He showed me the mold and the dirt all across the air tunnels and hour later my house smelled like new! I received an estimate from Ben and Tammy last year, in 2018. After speaking with a couple other companies, we finally went ahead and booked with Clean Air Houston Pro. They truly do live up to their awesome reviews! Tammy is EXCELLENT at communicating everything from their pricing to scheduling. She also provided me with all the information I would need for when the technicians came out to do the cleaning.

Our vents had over 20 years of dust, dirt and mold accumulated in them and my children's allergies and asthma were suffering. Ben and his technician did an AMAZING job!
