It is strongly advised to use this company with extreme caution! 0 of 5 stars if possible. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with. I booked in October 2021 to have my house cleaned in December in anticipation of an in-law visit. Well in advance, I'd say. The day that the house is to be cleaned, they text message me saying they can't make it due to an illness and will be out the next day.

I understand but want to speak with somebody about it. I call four times and leave voicemails asking for confirmation. Nobody pickups; nobody returns my calls. I finally make contact via the chat app on Google. Next day.no-show AGAIN. The supervisor say they'll work to remedy and call me back. Crickets. I call them and nobody answers yet again. They have left me in a huge pickle and now I'm in boiling water with the wife! Go elsewhere for your cleaning needs; this place is a joke!

Every 6 months or when Family comes to visit which is rare as I find myself doing most of the traveling I seek professional services to tidy up after me. With Thanksgiving coming fast & my wife parents making the trip from NY I figured I will hire a professional for my 1000 - 1500sqft apartment. I've used Sparkly Maids & Two Maids & A Mop. Valet Maids was cheaper and fit in my time frame which caught my attention.

The maid that arrived was nice & easy to talk to (understand) "I'm hearing impaired" 2 Hours later with the maid bringing their own items my wife was happy to see the place cleaned top to bottom. As we both work FT jobs it's better to call a professional allowing us to use our time else where. I will keep their number on hand and look up their prices in 6 months for our next clean.

I've never been so disappointed in my life. I had the cleaning services clean one of my apartments while I wasn't home since my mom was ill. When I got back the bedroom still had mess all over the floor. The living room had mess on the couch, the only room that was clean was the bathroom which I cleaned before I left the house. They already drafted. my acorn for the total amount due. Firstly it was purely over charged for a one bedroom And. apartment and secondly the job was not even done. Pure robbery. They cannot be trusted to get the job done if you aren't home to monitor them.

What a great experience! I hired Valet Maids Dallas just before the holidays. They sent over Ida who took care of our home. She was amazing, very thorough, and personable. She took care of everything on the list and we appreciated her attention to detail so much. We plan to have them out again very soon. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. Excellent communication prior to the service, too!

If I could rate a ZERO I would. We were moving into our new home in 1 day, I booked an appointment over a week in advance and they NEVER showed up. I called and some 3rd party company answered and said they couldn't make it but they would have someone there in an hour.3 hours later still no one. I ended up calling another company. Morale of the story, you get what you pay for, Lesson learned!

My sister was having her wedding reception at my house in Dallas and the girls that came to my house did an exceptional job on such short notice. I have a 6000 sq foot home with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and while I know my home is big the girls did not miss a thing. The last cleaning company I used missed so many areas and I paid a fortune. Great service. I made a last minute appointment and they were able to clean my apartment the next day. Everything was spotless. Will be using them again in the future!

The crew was over 30 minutes late arriving for the appointment. I suggest giving a courtesy call to advise of the situation. Also, advise the crew of which services were requested. Other than that, everything else was great. The crew was friendly and made sure I was pleased before they left.

Still not happy about the cancellation fee. But they do provide surperb service the cleaning crew is talented and awesome they have mad skills feng shuing.worth every penny

Great service! I booked a one time deep cleaning and it was great! I don't think I can go back to cleaning my own home again! They were so thorough and really paid attention to detail. I have already recommended them to my friends and I have gone ahead and signed up for recurring service. I like how I can book online but can also talk to a person if I need to.

This was my first time using Valet Maids and I was extremely impressed. Harold was on time, friendly, professional and his attention to detail was impeccable. I'd left some fresh sheets out in our master bedroom and was planning to change them after he left and was pleasantly surprised to find he'd done it for me!
