First Up Cleaning Services

There is a space near my attic that I could not get clean for years! Just the fact that they were able to do this, is enough reason to sing their praises! All in all, they did a fabulous job of cleaning my home and I plan to order service every other month.

I had to have a lot of trash removed from the den area which is near our garage. After the trash was gone, I called First Up to come clean the areas, They did a fantastic job, and now the space is able to be lived in and redecorated. Would definitely tell anyone to give them a call.

The girl from the office was nice and explained which services I needed and which I didn't. I really wouldn't have known what to book for the cleaning appointment if she didn't assist me. The team was prompt with supplies and worked hard, They finished the job and I was very pleased and would call them again in the future.

Called because we needed cleaning after we did some remodeling in our bedrooms. They got all the dust from the floors, windows, walls, and closets. Their service was actually a game changer in getting things back in order quickly. It felt great to be able to sleep in my bed again!

Ordered a cleaning for a Mother's Day gift, and was pleasantly surprised. They cleaned all the hard to reach places and were very thorough, Everything was fresh and clean when they were done. I would suggest them to others to use.

One of my tenants moved out and I needed cleaning to try to get my place ready for showing again. The mess they left behind was too much to tackle. They did a very good job with the fridge and oven. I'll be using them for any move out cleaning I need done.

We have a small real estate office that needed cleaning only because we bounce around to different locations and don't have much time for upkeep. First Up Cleaning was able to adjust the cleaners to fit our schedule so that we have a freshly cleaned office whenever we arrive. They're very professional and make sure we're very satisfied. We moved in a few months ago and we were finally ready for a deep clean of the bathrooms and guest room. The cleaner was super friendly, took her time, and everything was shiny and beautiful when she left! She got into the cracks and crevices and hard to reach places that I had been ignoring!

I am absolutely displeased with the "deep cleaning" service I paid for. I paid for a rush job on an older relative's home for the Christmas season. The company required the deep clean service for the first job, which was understandable and necessary because the house was in real need of some TLC. I paid for 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and open concept living room and paid extra for the baseboards in the bedrooms.

It required two people for the 3 bedroom, one floor apartment and about 3.5 cleaners. Upon returning to the home the next day, I could not believe that I paid $300 for what was done. The bathtub walls were not scrubbed and still had mildew, the corners of the rooms were not attended to, the kitchen floor was sticky, around the fridge wasn't cleaned, under the table wasn't swept- the pictures will tell you more.

I don't see how, in any capacity, this could be considered deep cleaning. I called with my concerns, the rep only made excuses for the horrible job on behalf of her two cleaners. I was only offered a 20% discount on my NEXT SERVICE. I don't see how I could ever have enough confidence in this company to waste more money with them. So disappointed to have to experience this during the holiday season.

What was meant to be a Christmas present, ended up just being a huge embarrassment and me going over their "work" after already paying them. I do not recommend. Invest your money elsewhere.

Excellent services. I called at 10am for a move in move out cleaning and they were at my door by 1pm. The tenant left the house a complete disaster and by the time the crew finished it looked and smelled like it did before the nasty disgusting women moved in!

I don’t know where to start ! My experience was great ! My stove has never looked cleaner, floors spotless . Bathroom spotless . She even organized for me . She took her time and brought my apartment back to what it was ! I am very pleased
