Ultra Clean will not be held responsible for damaged (missing, cracked, or loose) grout. If grout is any of the above, it is a high possibility that out high powered vacuum could remove.

I hired Ultra Clean for grout cleaning and caulking for 2 bathrooms. The price was reasonable and the work was so amazing! My bathrooms were disinfected and are now sparkling with cleanliness. The grout was restored to its original color without the addition of new grout and saved money. Hire this company for sure!

Very responsive and professional from my initial encounter with Travis through the completion of the project. Price was competitive. They stayed very late to make sure and finish my project of cleaning 2000+ sq ft of tile that was in HORRIBLE shape, and the results are stunning. Travis was probably by far the most professional person I have spoken to in a while. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. When I called I needed someone immediately to come and doctor up our carpets due to my dog bleeding everywhere. Travis moved his schedule around to help us. I highly recommend Travis and the company! Travis and his crew did an incredible job on taking all imperfections out of a Carrera table top and polishing it to perfection. It truly does not look like the same table, which is really a good thing. They took extra effort in prepping the dining room so that there would be absolutely no mess from their work. I was very pleased with Ultra Clean Floor Care. Had some bad pet stains and Travis and Gary worked very hard to remove them. Then carpet was cleaned and raked. It looks very nice and has no more pet odors. Furniture was moved and protectors put under furniture legs to protect them from wet carpet.
