My wife and I stayed in a vacation rental and realized after we got home that we left some clothes in the closet. They were kind enough to gather our belongings, pack them up, and ship them to us out of state. We appreciated their selflessness, professionalism, and excellent communication! Plus the rental was spotless and welcoming when we checked in. I would definitely hire them if I needed cleaning services!

Critical: Quality, Value Easy to work with regarding scheduling but the clean itself was very disappointing. More expensive than quoted, yet fewer hours spent cleaning. Left white cleaning residue in showers, tub, sinks. Left hardwood floor soaking wet. Missed cobwebs, which I had specifically mentioned.

We were about to put our home for sale and had Scrub Club come out to do a deep clean. These girls work hard. Despite us trying to do a deep clean ourselves, there was a noticeable difference from our three-hour cleaning appointment. The girls were very kind, polite, and we've since used them to clean a rental unit for us as well. I've already recommended Scrub Club to a few people I know.

We own a vacation rental in Suttons Bay and live 4 hours away from it so we need a reliable cleaning service. It has been impossible to find one that will give you 110% EVERY time they clean.until now! Scrub Club goes above and beyond and has an attention to detail that rivals my own! I highly recommend Scrub Club Cleaning Service! My father has had some health complications over the last couple years and is not able to clean his home anymore. The home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and that is what we got! They did such a great job! The results were amazing! I have enjoyed the services of these ladies for a few weeks now. I do enjoy coming home to a sparkling home! I find them easy to work with. Appreciate their eye for details.
