Neat Cleaning Services sent two lovely women to clean our 4 bedroom place and they honestly did a WONDERFUL job! The place is spotless - kitchen, bathrooms are like brand new - and they even made my bed and folded my pajamas. It was super easy to make the appointment and the ladies were friendly and on-time. I would absolutely use them again.

I have been using Neat Cleaning for a few years now and they're great. Their prices are competitive and we always get the same cleaner, Barbara, who is amazing. She's almost become like family to us! My toddler daughter gets excited when Barbara is coming for the day, and she's good with our somewhat crazy dog too. The company owner coordinates the scheduling of the cleanings and she is always very easy to reach via phone call or text.
There have been times when I've had to make changes to my cleaning schedule and she's always been flexible. I was always hesitant to go with a company who had a zillion cleaners on staff and would just send a random cleaner for the day, because I like knowing who is in my house and also my dog doesn't respond well to new people. So Neat Cleaning works really well for us with the consistency.

We used the service this monday and the lady was so slow and cleaned only the bathrooms and the wooden floors had floor cleaner wax all over. she did not clean the kitchen or the livingroom which is most dirty. It was so sticky that we could not walk with bare feet and all the evidence of the stricks on the floors where she cleaned. I called the owner to redo and fix the problem.
She didn't call me back so I had to call back a few times to finally get another lady out thursday. I assumed that it would be complimentary as she would be addressing the problem but she wanted full day charge. I would not recommend this place as very unprofessional and unreliable work. We have to reclean and try to get the wax out. She also broke my favorite shaver.

I am absolutely going to recommend this company for your cleaning needs. They are super reliable and extremely easy to work with. I have worked with several other cleaning companies before employing them, but have had to change the so many cleaning companies often, that is until I started working with them. They have been cleaning our house from five years now and there is absolutely no complaint whatsoever from the past five years. In 2007, I contracted Neat Cleaning Services to clean my fleet of hundreds of rental vehicles across Chicagoland. Waldo and the team came to the project with tremendous experience and a clear drive to exceed my expectations even though our fleet was spread across a huge geographic area and we required any new vendor to go to the cars, not have us bring the cars to them.
In addition to adapting to this distributed way of cleaning, Waldo and team spent many hours working with us to develop an environmentally friendly, 'waterless' wash system that was integrated into the new cleaning protocol that we rolled out to all North American fleets. I can't stress enough how tenaciously Neat Cleaning attacks a challenge and always with the goal of exceeding expectations. Neat Cleaning was still our preferred cleaning provider in 2011 when I left the company and it is my understanding that Neat Cleaning still provides services for them.
