I have loved my experience with Maidsway so far. Our first cleaning was good and discounted heavily. Our second cleaning was phenomenal! Savannah took care of our home like it was hers and was so detail oriented. I 100% recommend Maidsway and they give a discount for a monthly service so go ahead and do that if it makes sense for your home! I used to use another service and they got lazy. So far, so good with Maidsway!

We have had a wonderful experience using Maidsway. We used to only hire home cleaners by word of mouth and do scheduling on our own and it was so messy and unorganized, not to mention there was no accountability if it was done poorly. With Maidsway not only do they do ALL of the scheduling and dispatching, you get a discount for regularly scheduled services.
We also love that you get a text alert and can set a regular cleaner if they did an amazing job. We also have NEVER had a problem with a cleaner under their company. 11/10 recommend for anyone- WAY better than hiring someone on your own.

I'm so happy to have Maidsway to help me. I need them to clean 2 of my apartments on recurring but different schedules. Perla is great. She arrived on time, followed my directions for a few things I didn't want done and when I got home everything was nice and shiny. The office was very friendly and thorough in addressing a few issues that are of particular importance to me. The website makes it easy to schedule/change and communicate when you want something specific. I am excited for Maidsway to come again next week.

We are regular folks that wanted a little help with spring cleaning. Please be careful with these people. When the cleaners showed up, they walked into our home (a day and an hour late) like they owned it and started taking pictures and telling us about additional costs. We felt very uncomfortable. We have dealt with bad moving companies before and we started to feel that vibe again with this company.

UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE: I did NOT demand the workers to stay for 3 hours. What I told them is I was surprised they took just over 1 hour to clean a home that was twice the size of my last home and took 3 hours to do. I emphasized to them I don't care about length of time but quality of cleaning and apologized several times for asking them to reclean areas they allegedly cleaned. Additionally, your time clock and GPS must be wrong because they arrived right around 8:40 (my window for them to arrive was 8-9 am).
They left at 10:05 and I know this because I had to cancel a meeting AND join late to my 10 AM meeting due to the number of follow ups we had. It's sad that the owner tries to rectify this by critiquing the customer who had the poor experience and providing false information to others online. Lastly, I have texts with my husband of the images and saying how "cringey this is" referring to my experience as they were about to leave my home.
You can see in the newly added screenshot that this was 9:55 AM. again a lie from the owner and workers on how long they were at the home. I feel bad for their payroll lol. Ps. I still tipped them for their service even after this awful experience. so who do you want to trust? After spending a couple hours on the internet reading reviews and answering calls from cleaning services, I landed on Maidsway. They were responsive and on time but the quality of the service was at best a 1 out of 5. The two cleaners finished my 2,000 sq foot home in just over an hour, which the time I don't mind but the depth of cleaning I do.
When I asked if they finished the upstairs, they said yes which I was shocked. As you'll see in just a few example pics, the floor looked like it hadn't been touched. the countertops still had marks on it where I had to ask multiple times to reclean the surface. The staff was nice and agreed to reclean but the quality even after wasn't worth my energy.
I ended up missing work meetings because of advising on areas that needed more attention as the cleaners would ask me to relook at areas. They also didn't mop the bathrooms and explained their process is to use a spray because its "more shiny". To top it all off, they told me that they weren't informed this was the first cleaning, aka the cleaning you're charged MORE for.
This whole process and experience was awful. I immediately called and cancelled my reoccurring cleaning. The most they could do for my experience was charged me the "one time service" price which was still $157. I hope whoever reads this has a real idea of the service level and quality, because if I had read one like this, I would've gone with another company.

Michael left my business a bad review after I had a bad experience with his maidservice and reviewed them on google. My business that he has never used. He left the review from his other business Craving Kratom. DO NOT EVER USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE. worst people I have ever spoken to, Worst cleaning service I have ever had. They also tried to charge my credit card after I left my review... Not even joking. Completely unprofessional!

I did a lot of price and review research of Austin based cleaning companies before I hired Maidsway to do a cleaning of my house. They came this weekend and were responsive, professional, timely, and did a thorough job for a reasonable price. No hidden costs or hourly basis charges were a BIG plus for me. No cleanings are perfect, but I'm planning on having them return on a bi-weekly basis to keep my house very clean!

I paid extrat for wiping down baseboards and communicated with the clearning person to make sure we were onthe same page. I will be booking again in the future.

DO NOT USE This company has still not refunded our money. They acknowledged that the service was not acceptable and promised another team to make it right. However, when I called, the owner tried back peddling. Then when I argued my point, he hung up on me and repeatedly sent my calls to voicemail. I will continue to post this review until they have refunded our money. There is a string of reviews just like mine. We also contacted the BBB to report this company that does the same thing to people over & over again.

I've had 2 cleanings with them and both times were very thorough. The last time, I accidentally gave the team the wrong code to get into my front door. While they waited the 10 min for me to respond with the correct code, they got to work organizing and cleaning my front porch. It hasn't looked this nice in a long time!

I was able to schedule a move-out cleaning a week before my move and they were able to push it back a day when I wasn't quite ready. They did a great job at reasonable cost. The first time I hired this company I was not impressed with the level of service I received. I booked a deep clean and did not receive what was guaranteed in that package. My carpet stairs were not vacuumed very well and my bar cart was left untouched and still dusty. I took photos and reached out to the team (but weeks had gone by because I kept forgetting to reach out - however the photos were time stamped).
The company did not want to do anything to remedy the situation because it had been too long. The second time I hired them I did so because I needed a cleaning done that week and they were the only company that had availability. I was very pleased the second time. Everything was cleaned very well and every little nook and cranny was touched :) I loved the two people that did my second cleaning so I would definitely hire them again if those two maids were available.
The company did not want to do anything to remedy the situation because it had been too long. The second time I hired them I did so because I needed a cleaning done that week and they were the only company that had availability. I was very pleased the second time. Everything was cleaned very well and every little nook and cranny was touched :) I loved the two people that did my second cleaning so I would definitely hire them again if those two maids were available.

I could have hired a monkey & it would have provided better cleaning services than these clowns! Totally incompetent owner Michael Benedict refused a refund after video footage proving the apartment looked as if it had been cleaned by a couple of 10 year olds looking to earn their allowance. actually, 10 year olds would have done a better job than Maidsway did. Trust the negative reviews! Total crooks & scam artists! Could have made things right but the owner had zero fucks to give about screwing me over!

I have had the same lady for 2 weeks now and she is always punctual and professional. She cleans quickly and works independently. I only wish the company would allow a little more flexibility re cleaning. I have weekly and some weeks need certain areas but not exactly the same week to week. It would be helpful to be able to take a room or area away and give her another area to clean. It is not customized in the way I need. The office manager is excellent and communicates regularly. I love the on line option too.

NO NOT USE! RIP OFF ARTISTS! I explained that I was out of town and I needed a move out clean. I arranged for my son who was driving in from out of town to meet the maid at the apartment at noon. I told them all this. Maidsway no showed. No call. Nothing. They finally showed up at 4. But it was too late in the day for my son to stay until they were finished so I had to trust that they would do what they said they would do and were charging me for; a move out clean.
When I was able to return to the apartment a week or two later, I found a dirty uncleaned apartment. Floors were filthy. Shelves were not wiped down. Baseboards were not wiped down. Window sills were not wiped down. Fridge was not cleaned out. Oven wasn't cleaned. Just a horrible job to be charged 180 for a small 1 BR apartment. When contacted to fixed it. Maidsway told me tough shit and laughed their way to the bank with my $180. DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS

BEWARE-Do not use them. They came to my house for 2 hours and I couldn't even tell it had been cleaned. I had a flip I needed cleaned and paid extra for post construction and heavy buildup. I have photos and videos of dust everywhere. They didn't even wipe down the counters and they broke my kitchen faucet. When I call they tell me I need to talk to Mike but he's apparently never there-even though I can hear him talking in the back. Mike has never called me back.
Someone called me and said her supervisor said I couldn't have a refund but they would do touch-ups for me-I will never let them back in my property. I had to pay another company to re-do the entire thing and they did an amazing job. DO NOT USE THEM.

Incredibly disappointing service. Booked a deep cleaning for 11am. The first cleaner showed up at 11:55am. The second cleaner about a half hour later. I had paid for a deep cleaning to include cleaning the oven and the refrigerator. They did neither. I also paid for the baseboards to be cleaned and several of those had been missed as well. The owner then had the audacity to email and let me know I was being charged an additional $139 due to "heavy buildup." This was after I had already booked a $400 deep clean. They only want to clean already clean houses otherwise expect the additional amount. Avoid them like the plague.

Don't use this service. Booked a week in advance. Had a 11AM to 12PM window on a Saturday. I paid for my dog to be in daycare to make the cleaning experience easier for them and informed the manager of this ahead of time. They called confirming they would arrive in the scheduled window. They then called at 12pm saying they would arrive in 20 minutes.
At 12:30pm they said they were in a little traffic but would be here soon. I texted and called multiple times after that and received no response. I then canceled my appointment around 1:30pm with the main office. Worst part is the continual lying about how far away they were, again wasting my day and my money waiting on them.

I've been using Maidsway for the past 6 months now and I'm always impressed by the quality of work they do after each clean! Before I chose to go with Maidsway, I gathered quotes and information from 4-5 other top/recommended cleaning companies in the area and Maidsway was by far the most reasonable priced, but just because they have good prices doesn't mean their work is lacking - they do a phenomenal job!
I do think some cleaners are better than others, but the great thing is you can choose who you'd like to have as your cleaning team. Val and Cindy are the best! I highly recommend both of them. They are very thorough and have great attention to details. They are also so nice and a pleasure to have in our home. Maidsway is always very quick to respond to anything I need.

The first team sent by Maidsway were thorough and meticulous. Unfortunately, this wasn't a consistent experience as the following visits were quite sloppy with their work. The ladies were climbing on top of our furniture(beds, sofas, etc.) with their shoes to dust the fans instead of using the step stool/ladders we provided for them. In our most recent visit, our light switches were stained and most floors needed to be re-mopped.
If you do choose to try their services, I would encourage you to avoid appointments with Dayle. She was constantly yelling at her partner and most of her work had to be redone by either us or her team members. It is a bit strange that maidsway charges extra for changing bed linens given other service providers all have considered this as standard for a regular cleaning. We will be looking for a new team to work with consistently.

Today was my first time using Maidsway and I was not impressed. I had a cleaning scheduled to start between 2-3pm. At 3:30pm nobody had showed up and I had not heard anything from anybody. After speaking with Michael he let me now they were running late and should arrive within 15-20 minutes. Even then the cleaners did not arrive until around 4:15pm.
They only took about an hour to clean. The counters and stove were streaky, the blinds were rolled up instead of being dusted, the floors had various spot where they missed and when I slightly pushed the ottoman in my living room there was a bunch of trash underneath. The cleaners obviously only cleaned where they thought one would look but they did not do a thorough cleaning.
Not at all what I expected. I will definitely not be using them again and I would NOT recommend. Update: adding 1 star because the business owner did reach out and offer a free touch up cleaning. The gesture was appreciated.

We've been using Maidsway for the past year, and are very pleased with the quality, and consistency of the service. My wife and I both work full time, and we have 2 children, so having a housekeeping service has been essential for us to maintain not only our home, but also our sanity. Sharnice has been our housekeeper now for about 6 months, and we are always excited to see her.
She visits us every other week, and always does quality work. She takes proper precaution inside our home. She works quickly, but also somehow manages to get all of the details right. I'm sure that its partly because of the pandemic, but she has become like a part of our family. (At every other week, we see her far more than any of our friends or family these days!) This is my first time using their cleaning services. I went ahead and started with a deep clean appointment as I became a new mom during covid and had not use cleaning services for a while so my home truly needed it a fresh start. I am shocked by how amazing the service is. The house is spotless! As a new mom during covid, I just don't have time to deep clean anything.
Now my bathrooms feel fresh and clean, beds are made, dust is gone from every window shade and counter tops, oven and fridge are clean and smell nice, baseboards don't have bunny dust in them, etc. I have experience with previous house cleaning services here in Austin and so far no one comes close to the level of cleaning these team of two did for us. We were told that the housecleaners from Maidsway - Austin House Cleaning and Maid Services would arrive between 11am-12pm, and there was no communication until a call at 1pm, even though we were trying to call and had left a message. At 1, we were told the cleaners would arrive at 1:30pm, and it's already 1:54pm and there are still no cleaners at. the house.
What poor communication. I hope the cleaning is worth the wait. UPDATE: it wasn't worth it. They did a horrible job "cleaning" as well. There are dust bunnies in the closet shelves, windowsills were left untouched, and hair in the drawers. This was just poor service overall.not an almost $700 deep clean. Ugh. Such a disappointment. They had such good reviews I'm surprised at the lack of attention to detail and the poor communication.

They are always punctual, thorough and ask for feedback before they leave. They are quick and efficient and polite. Maidsway lets me cancel if I have work conflicts at the last minute and reschedules promptly after. They respond quickly by email and paying is simple. I am a very pleased customer and when it comes to cleaning, I am not easily pleased! Keep it up MAIDSWAY!

Was researching a local cleaning service to clean our home before we hosted a large gathering. Great service - punctual, friendly, and cost efficient. I loved our cleaning team, Tanya and Maresa. They both worked hard and made sure everything was spotless. Will definitely be using Maidsway's cleaning service again.

These guys were absolutely awesome! Mike, the office manager, was continually gracious with me even though I had to make some last minute timing changes. He was always positive and made moving out that much better. In addition, the wonderful cleaner Dayle, did an UNBELIEVABLE job cleaning my home. She went above and beyond all expectations I had to. do an incredible job.
I cannot say enough about how great her work is and how hard she worked. Kitchen, bathrooms, and both carpeted and hardwood areas were scrubbed clean. Immaculate! Maidsway restored my faith in cleaning services. All my previous cleaning services did a rushed job. Arrived late or not at all. Maidsway arrived earlier than expected, fully prepared, and were so thorough. The wiped and dusted hard to find areas. They went through a printed check list of tasks. The work was impeccable and they had great attitudes as well. It was really relieving being able to find a service we can depend on!

My house looks and smells wonderful when Maressa and Tanya have cleaned the floors, made the bathrooms sparkling, and dusted every surface. They honestly make my life easier! They are always on time and thorough with their work. The scheduling app lets me monitor and adjust the schedule if need be which is very convenient. I have them set up for monthly visits and I look forward to it every time! Maidsway is the way to go!

We have used Maidsway twice now and both experiences have been excellent. Prior to moving into our house we scheduled a move-in clean. We had done some renovations and there was a lot of dust. The cleaners did a great job cleaning all the little books and cranies and made it feel like a brand new house. Most recently, Donna did a regular house. clean.
She was in and out in 3 hours (we have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house) and didn't miss a thing. We also really like their online scheduling, so easy and convenient. We'll definitely continue using them in the future.

We've had one cleaning from MaidsWay so far and it was a great experience. It was a thorough and quick clean for a competitive price. Before hiring MaidsWay, we had 2 cleaners do less work than this in the same amount of time that it took 1 person from MaidsWay to clean our house. The online scheduling option is also a huge plus.
