When it comes to your Office or Suite, Affordable Maids takes pride in providing the best commercial cleaning service in the Triangle! When you contract Affordable Maids, we meet you at location for a detailed review of your work space. We will review from top to bottom, all the areas of responsibility for your cleaning service and put it in writing. Our management team will then create a custom cleaning package that will meet your needs.

I previously had left them a good review, they did a decent job for a lower price than some of the other quotes. I liked that originally they had a team of several people come so the process went very quickly each week, that was a big selling point. After the pandemic they never replaced their team so the service wasn't the same as I had signed up for which is understandable given employment issues, but when we moved, they gouged us like you wouldn't believe and did a pretty shoddy job. I had to actually ask them to stop cleaning and leave because it was getting so ridiculous.

I found Affordable Maids using a Groupon almost 2 years ago and have used them ever since to do my house cleaning. They are super people! Reliable and trustworthy. Ana and Juan run a truly wonderful cleaning service. We have been lucky to have their services for the last 7 years. They are very reliable. They do good work. They are trustworthy. They also provide these little flourishes at the end of their service, rearranging a few items, like a touch down service at a hotel. It is always a treat to come home to those flourishes on the days they have provided their service. Recommend them highly to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

As a stay-at-home mom with young children and pets, our house accumulates dirt and a mess in a single afternoon. They are reliable, consistent, and professional. The team is friendly and flexible.
The owners schedule well in advance, the cleaners are thorough every time, and everyone is approachable if we need changes or variations to our home cleaning. Their prices are competitive to those in the area, but what sets them apart is the culture they bring into our house each appointment. They are kind and they go above and beyond. If a few dishes are left in the sink, they clean them.
If a shower door needs a little extra TLC, they pull through. Odds and ends are staged nicely, too. Thank you for continuing to provide us with exceptional service. I cannot express the difference your cleaning makes for our family.

Working 80 hour weeks has put a serious drain on home care time. Out of frustration end of this summer I purchased a Groupon for Affordable Maids....I had my reservations as I’ve had family have maid services that did not do a great job, items went missing and precious items got broken. NONE of that happened with our services and our home was immaculate.
The cleaning was thorough beyond expectations and instantly provided so much relief the instant we walked through the doors. We are beyond thrilled with the service and will be looking into possibly retaining them in 2019!!

Affordable Maids are a fantastic group who make our apartment sparkle and shine twice a month. My husband and I are overall tidy people, but with jobs that now keep us at work 60-80 hours a week, we just didn't have time to keep up with cleaning. Hiring Affordable Maids to help us was the best decision ever. Their communication with us is excellent - they are prompt and always confirm when they'll be coming by sending us a text the day before.
The cleaning they do is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. They clean the floorboards, eliminate the dust bunnies and cobwebs under furniture, make the bathroom and kitchen sparkle, even swept our small balcony, which had accumulated dirt and leaves over the winter. The hardwood floor of our apartment looked better after their first visit than the day we moved in. I always look forward to coming home after they've cleaned. Can't recommend them highly enough!
