This company cleaned several area rugs for me and did a great job. I had the rugs for about a year, and despite constant vacuuming, the amount of filth that came off of them from this professional cleaning was incredible. Prompt, professional, and easy to schedule. Not nearly the headache I thought having rugs professionally cleaned would be. I'll be calling them again!

Excellent service! They fixed up my oriental rug that my subletter spilled on and roughed up. In addition, they went above and beyond the call of duty, and fixed up a few extra things without charging. I was nervous to let this rug go to a cleaner because it is the last thing I have from my grandma, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I am a repeat customer. Two wool rugs perfectly cleaned including one which had a very noticeable large stain - now gone! Also had two couches steam cleaned and they turned out great. David is very helpful and always on time and courteous. Recommend!

We've decided it's about time to clean our oriental rug. We looked online and came across NYCleaners. The reviews were wonderful and we decided to give it a try. The representative was very accommodating and set up a free estimate for that same day. The technician was super nice and professional and the price was fair And picked up the rug that day.

When the rug was delivered back, I was impressed! It looked brand new! the stains and smell is gone and overall I'm very satisfied! I would definitely recommend this company again!

These guys are the BEST! I've used them for about 6 years now and I'm extremely satisfied every time. The service is great, and always timely and very pleasant. The prices are fair and better than anyone around. I've had them clean in my apt and take other carpets out for a "pool" soaking and they always come back looking and smelling great. Most recently, my dog got sick all over the rug while I was at work and it sat there all day and was dried in by the time I got home.

I also got a new puppy who had bad aim when peeing on the wee-wee pad and peed on the rug a lot. It was definitely time to get it cleaned. David came to pick it up and it came back perfectly clean and smelled fresh. If they could handle the stains from two dogs, they can take on anything you can throw at them. I highly recommend them.

Had a fantastic experience with them cleaning my 6x9 White Rug. It had 2 years of deep traffic marks from my dog tracking in new york city little by little. It slowly blended from white to medium-grey in heavy traffic areas, and I thought it was probably going to have to get thrown out soon. They came, rolled it up, took it away and worked on it for 2 weeks and when they brought it back it looked silky and brand new.

They did a really professional job folding it back out, positioning it just right etc. I suspect my dog will track in another few years worth of dirt and will immediately call them back if I need anything again!

NYC Cleaners did an amazing job on my rugs and couches! David came by promptly and we discussed the many ways of cleaning our rugs. He knew carpets and let us know that we could refresh our small Persian rug with trim. They came back beautifully cleaned. We had more business with NYC Cleaners to clean our two couches. He returned promptly and again did an amazing job cleaning them. I would highly recommend NYC Cleaners to work with. David was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. His work was impeccable! Kudos!

David was great to work with! Arrived on time, provided fair and free estimate, and completed the cleaning quickly and did an excellent job. He was very friendly - he provided tips on how to maintain the couch on a regular basis so that I wouldn't need another deep cleaning and offered to clean our carpet, ottoman and throw pillows in addition to the couch for no additional charge when he saw that we had a newborn and wanted things to be as clean as possible! Great service. He did an excellent job and would recommend him to anyone!

My dog dug a hole in a silk wool carpet that was un-hideable, NYCleaners picked up the rug and moved all of the furniture for me. The carpet came back like new, and the furniture set back into place. Great job & like new!

David was amazing. Excellent service, booking the appointment and following up was very easy. David even sent me a text message the night before confirming address and time. I had three rugs and a carpeted area cleaned. One rug was high end and David picked it up and then brought it back cleaned. Perfect! The rest of the job was done on site. Once David showed me the dirty water coming from the rugs, I decided I will have him come back on a regular basis for health purposes.

In essence all the dirt that we pick up from the street and the subway comes back home and stays in the your rugs/carpets FOREVER until you clean it out. David's process makes sure that all that stuff comes out. Again, look at the dirt he will remove from your rugs/carpets and you will be convinced.

Great service, excellent results. We bought a couch second hand and these guys got it in tip-top shape. An in-home estimate with multiple options left us feeling like we were getting an honest deal, and they were able to clean the couch the same day. I would definitely recommend them for upholstery cleaning.
