I have used them twice and both times my house was spotless when they finished the cleaning. They were very careful about everything in the house but still worked quickly at cleaning. I could not be happier with the service I received from the maids. I will be booking them again for sure.

The two maids that showed up were super thorough with the clean. It was a moving out clean, so it was pretty important that the apartment looked reasonable so we would not lose the deposit. Made it look great and the landlord even commented on how clean it was to us.

Handling two kids and managing work is not easy as you would think. And cleaning is always my weak zone. After moved to this city, Companion maids cleaning service really helpful to me as they are very convenient to schedule.

Very good communication with the office and the maids arrived on time and knew what to do. We had an open house that evening, so getting it clean quickly was important and they delivered.

The maids showed up a few minutes early, which I liked a lot. They cleaned the whole house and cleaned it very well. The booking process was way easier than I thought it would be to use. And they showed up right on time for the appointment and worked very fast.

A very deep clean on my apartment. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a group of cleaners that know how to clean and can do a good job at it. Price was very reasonable for the amount of cleaning work that they did. Can't complain about that, or anything really.

I had filled out the online form in advance with all of the details on my home ( which they had cleaned once before and nothing had changed). They sent a number of texts with follow up questions, which took a lot of time, and should have been a red flag. The cleaner showed up ( only one person, I requested two or more) and told me she was only scheduled to clean the bedrooms and bathrooms.

I called the services and they told me it would be a significant up charge for any additional rooms. Beware. They book you at one price quote and then try to charge you extra to actually clean the house. Poor communication and very misleading. I'll never use them again.

Darren was excellent. He was friendly but quiet and communicated well about what he would do. He did a great job. We only has 3 hours so he prioritized to accommodated our schedule. He asked very appropriate questions and our house smelled and looked great. Darren is a gem. He's very hardworking and dedicated. He seems to love his job. It was a great experience. Thank you.

While I ended up receiving money back and a credit towards my next clean, I will not be using that credit. Within the 24 hours before my clean, they switched the time 3 different times. Of customers can be charged for cancellations, then companies should be charged for changing things last minute on people. While the $50 was nice, I found another company who did a better job -included more services- and coat me more than $100 less.

While they attempted to rectify the situation, I just don't trust the company, unfortunately. They made excuses about what happened. I'll take the blame for one thing, but when you are getting calls from one person, texts from another, and no one has talked to each other, it got extremely confusing. But blaming "new, customer service staff in training" and cleaners who took off due to personal reasons, only to get a text the morning of to see if the cleaner could come at the original time I requested made it quite frustrating.

What I paid was not commensurate to the service I received. However the woman who came to clean was nice and did a decent job, it was clear no one conveyed to her the cleaning requests (for which the company changed the service and price) to accommodate for the additional requests.which weren't unreasonable (e.g., dusting blinds, cleaning inside dishwasher, baseboard cleaning). Would not recommend.

Made the move-in cleaning appointment about 2 weeks ago for today (saturday 8/28) at 10am. I received a call from the Companion Maids 5 minutes past the appointment time that they are running late and will be here around 10:30. No problem. Comes 10:45 no one was here so I called asking if they are coming. They said they are 5-6 minutes away. The cleaners finally arrived an hour later than appointment time at 11:10pm.

I left the apartment and came back around 12:30pm and they were already gone and was just really disappointed in the job they did. My new apartment is 1000sq ft and 2bed/1bath, was relatively clean, but I wanted all the detailed cleaning. They not only did half the job, they left dirty microfibers and magic clean eraser that they used in the kitchen sink!

I left a comment that I wanted the detailed cleaning in the fridge, they only cleaned the part that was mentioned in the comment - inside the fridge. The glass door is left with water marks. I wouldn't spend $250+ for a basic 1 hr cleaning of the apartment. Maybe it's Ok for some people and I'm attaching some photos taken AFTER the cleaning to see for yourself and decide.

The credit should be given to the whole team. From the appointment till the settlement everything was dealt with in a professional way. They checked all the appliances before leaving our home. Such commitment towards work is commendable.

I purchased a moving clean and I don't believe the price was worth the quality I received, and since I was not present while the cleaning occurred, I'm not sure I received the three hours of services I was charged. The apartment required quite a bit of cleaning by myself considering the price that was charged. For example, the cleaning includes appliances and inside cupboards and drawers but there were still crumbs and stains inside the fridge and cabinets, which I was able to remove.

The toilet was also not completely clean, and there were skidmarks/build up that I was able to easily remove myself. The terms indicate the service providers do not clean any items out of reach or that would require stools/ladders, which is understandable, but there were numerous cobwebs that at 5'2 I was able to reach with a Swiffer duster. Additionally, blinds and vents within reach were black with dust.

The only way I was able to confirm that the provider even entered my apartment is that there was a dusty windowsill I noticed before I called the service that appear to have been wiped off. My apartment was left reasonably clean by the previous tenant and I wish I would have just cleaned the apartment myself instead of paying the $300 fee, especially since I ended up having to clean the apartment myself anyway.

It's just okay. I got a cleaning for a one bedroom. They did an adequate job despite the following: 1:Outside of the bathroom cabinet wasn't clean. 2: Moved furniture (of their own volition which is fine with me) but didn't return it to it's original position. 3. I payed for hand washed dishes. They didn't dry them and left some unwashed.-coffee pot, tea kettle. 4.

After they left I realized there were still some stray litter (from my cat I. The ottoman and they left around 2 hours 20 minutes. 5. One cleaner was taken aback when they realized my washer dryer was not in my unit. Otherwise they were pleasant enough and was a significant improvement from what they started with. Would be willing to try the company again but would probably ask for a different team.

Julia was wonderful. She was willing to stay a little longer to get everything done. Between being ill with Covid for almost a month and the depression that followed I had really let my place go. I was so overwhelmed and Julia was super nice and understanding and left my place sparking clean. I feel like I have a fresh start coming out of this last year and can move forward again.

We've been wanting to try a cleaning service for some time and finally used Companion Maids after a recommendation from a friend. Julia did an excellent job cleaning the areas we asked. She even rearranged a few things that are now in better spots. We wondered why we didn't think of doing this sooner lol. As soon as we walked into our condo we could tell a noticeable difference. Would definitely recommend.

We used Companion Maids this week for the first time and it won't be the last! The customer service from start to finish was superb. Karla was on time and she was well prepared for the job. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated! She did an excellent job.

We hired Companion Maids to get our house in top shape before our wedding this past weekend, and I am so glad we did. I booked them about a week in advance and I didn't specify a cleaner by name, but they sent over Karen and she did a phenomenal job. Our house is 3 floors and about 2250 square feet, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 living spaces and she finished the job in like 2.5 hours!

It was amazing - and it looked great. I felt comfortable having our friends and family over to get ready and to celebrate after the wedding. Karen wore a mask the entire time and we were all cautious to make sure we stayed in separate rooms to prevent the spreading of COVID. I had held off on hiring a maid during this time just as a precaution, but I'm so glad I finally just hired someone. I'll be hiring them again soon and requesting Karen! Thank you!

I have been using Companion Maids for quite a while, and the service is always excellent. They are very responsive and scheduling online is quick and easy. I highly recommend Colleen. She is extremely professional, thorough and does an amazing job each and every time.

We paid over $300 for a professional "Move-In" cleaning service, which seemed typical when comparing to other cleaning options. Instead we received a typical maid service for less than 4 hours of work (which would typically cost $150 through this same service), and were denied a refund. The cleaner did a good job with the time she had, but I sadly cannot recommend this service.

We used Companion Maids this week for the third time. Maria did an amazing job as usual! Our place looks fantastic. Maria does a great job communicating before and after the service, and is very professional. Stayed at my cousin's home for a quick weekend trip in Chicago with some friends and created an absolute mess. Ended up looking around online for some cleaning services and found Companion Maids here on Yelp. Decided to go with them and had zero complaints about their work. Very professional, very thorough. It's as if I didn't stay at my cousin's home at all over the weekend. Highly recommended.

Visited a relative in Chicago and wanted to buy them a house cleaning service as a thank you. Best thing about companion maids was their quickness. They were here extremely early in the day and the job was spotless. Passed the information along to my cousin and they will also be using them because they were so happy with the result! Thank you!

Initially needed a deep cleaning for our new home, and companion maids gave us our quote and also the option of a per hour rate in which we could prioritize certain rooms! Maria and Aidet showed up on time and were very professional! They went through the list prioritized by room and were extremely efficient and did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

Needed a deep clean of my 2 bath and kitchen condo. Was fortunate to get colleen and we had a cleaning party as she worked on the above and i worked on organizing my 4yr old toys. Could not get over how clean the bathrooms and kitchen got as it all looked like it was brand new! Colleen has been doing this for years and knows a lot of tricks to get things clean that i thought were stained.

She topped it off with enough time to vacuum and mop all of my wood floors in my 1500 sq ft condo. I highly recommend her and will be using her again regularly. The company has great customer service and I'm sure all of the service professional are great. That being said, do yourself a favor and request Colleen if you want to ensure high quality service. Sadly I can't remember the name of our cleaner but she was super friendly and had a great attention to detail. I live in a 2b2bt with a den with a cat and a dog. I created my own cleaning and the price ended up being over $200, but they ended up dropping it because of the custom requests(we weren't doing the bedrooms) My cat had been peeing on the baseboards since the move, so that was the first reason I got them in here.

And also for the cat hair, its spring and everyone is shedding. Our cleaner did all the baseboards like requested through the booking and Shadow hasn't gone back to any of his spots. Also, she used all natural cleaning products. I don't personally care about that but my roommate really appreciate it. She was on time and here 3 hours. I tipped cash I'll probably have her come back once a month to freshen up

Companion was really great to work with. My original cleaner canceled and they promptly replaced them with someone else at the same time. Communication was great and the cleaning was fantastic. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Unreliable and cancels last minute, which is the last thing you want when you need a move out clean.

Overall, great experience. She did a great job on our two bedroom one bathroom apartment- we needed a move-out cleaning. The only gripe I had is that we had to buy a mop, since they only use wet swiffers. Having said that, it's probably much more sanitary than using the same mop on different peoples' floors, so that's understandable.

They also tried to reschedule the cleaning a couple days before the reservation, but when I advised them that was not possible, they stuck with the original reservation. Will be recommending to friends!

She got all the places that the other ladies missed and claimed they couldn't get. The bathroom and dishwasher are shining. She also got my fans as well. If you use companion maids, request Angelica. Moved into a new apartment this summer and I was in dire need of a deep cleaning and did not have time or inclination to clean it myself before I moved in.

Companion Maids spent 3 hours cleaning my entire 3 bedroom top to bottom and they did a fantastic job. When they got started they did a detailed job in my bathroom and kitchen. Overall the thoroughness, professionalism, and dependability was what I was paying for.

I really enjoyed that their website creating a digital experience as well. I didn't need cash and was billed after the service was completed. In addition, customer service was responsive to a few questions I had before the clean.

We needed our home cleaned for a special event. After researching online and through neighbors, we decided on Companion Maids. We were completely happy with the entire experience. Customer service and contact was quick and friendly. The cleaning crew of 2 arrived just at our specified time. And the cleaning they did was amazing! I mean amazing! ! I don't remember a time my house has ever looked or smelled so clean!! We are absolutely going to be using them again. In fact, I've just emailed for another appointment next month.

The service we got was wonderful. Tom was very professional and friendly over the phone. He was able to answer all of my questions and accomodate to my schedule. Once our cleaner got here, she did a great job and was very friendly as well. Although the cleaning wasn't 100% perfect, she did a damn good job at getting my house back to normal. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.

The lady that cleaned our unit did a pretty good job. She arrived at the our place on time. She wiped down all the dirt and dust on the kitchen shelves.
