I was very impressed with Lovejoy Carpet Care today. Not only was John was punctual and friendly, but very knowledgeable and thorough! My carpets look great, and my house smells amazing. I really appreciate the extra steps they take, like the bumper guards on wall corners, stair cases, etc. to ensure no damage when working the hose throughout the home. The new van/machine was very impressive, too. Highly recommend them for your carpet care needs!

Bryan and his team have been cleaning my Oriental rugs for several years now, and I can't say enough great things about Bryan and his organization. Their quality of work, customer service, and reliability is excellent. I understand its a real job cleaning large area rugs, but when they're returned - it's amazing how great they look. I had a family room carpet with a hefty stain from food spill. I has another company try to clean it but the stain remained. This was my last effort to remove it before I had the room recarpeted. I had a great experience with Lovejoy. We had an oriental rug that desperately needed to be cleaned. He did the REAL oriental rug cleaning (see below). He came and picked it up, cleaned it, packaged it for storage, and brought it back. Other places just wanted to run their standard carpet cleaner machine over it. That's fine for your basic carpet or inexpensive area rug.
But a good quality oriental rug needs a much higher quality cleaning - especially if you're going to put it in storage. (Look this info up on the web.) Bryan does that and does it right.

I booked an appointment for my living room carpet to be cleaned, they cleaned the living room, stairs and upstairs hallway to make the minimum payment worthwhile. Not only was Bryan on time, but they had an earlier opening the day of so he reached out to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was awesome. I came home to my carpets looking even better than they did brand new. I would 100% recommend Lovejoy; and with two little ones, I will definitely be using them again in the future!
