What to expect:
Preliminary Inspection.
A walk-through inspection is done of the area to be serviced. High volume and problem areas are identified.
Pre-treatment
Problem areas such as pet urine and stains are pre-treated.
Application
Carpets are sprayed with solution to loosen and dissolve dirt.
Raking
Stubborn areas are addressed with raking to further loosen heavy soil.
Extract and Rinse
AquaSteamer's state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction system works to thoroughly clean and freshen your carpet leaving no cleaning residue behind. Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent your carpet from becoming saturated. Drying times vary but average 2-6 hours.

Great experience! My carpets look almost brand new and they are well over 20 years old. The odor is gone and the technician knew exactly what he was doing. Nelson from Aquasteamer did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was on time, very personable, and our carpets looked brand new afterwards. I was happy to use a small local business as opposed to a national chain like Stanley Steamer, which quoted almost double to do the same job. We'll definitely be calling him again in the future.

So impressed with the results of the Aqua Steamer cleaning! I've had many different companies clean our carpets but none has been as thorough or effective as Aqua Steamer. The owner actually does the work and makes sure that the whole process is done with precision. He took care to ensure that the equipment did not adversely affect the house even put up a temporary cover on the front door while the equipment was in place! Pet stains and odor are GONE!

Nelson is not only such a nice guy and so professional, but he is the best carpet cleaner we have used by far. We had so many pet stains that he was able to get out, including stains that other cleaners could not lift. Our carpets look great and Nelson is so knowledgeable that he was able to give us advise to keep the carpets clean in between visits. He truly took the time and did a great job for a very reasonable price!

We have a business in Cherry Hill, NJ. After the recent snow storm, our roof had a leak and the back office carpets were soaked. We needed a quick fix, and of all the cleaners I called, Nelson came to the rescue. He was responsive and professional. He told me his quote would be higher than normal carpet cleaning services, as it's considered an 'emergency service', since he clears his regular schedule to come out quickly.
I know this, because other cleaners were quoting above $1000 just to come out. He drove to the site, evaluated the damage and gave me his fair quote before doing the work. It was several hundred dollars less than neighboring chain services would charge. After cleanup, he also left fans and humidifiers to quickly dry out our walls and ceilings to prevent mold. I've already recommended Nelson to two other business people in the area. Great to find a local business doing good work!

Our carpets look INCREDIBLE! I was blown away at the difference. I really wish that I had a before picture of our office carpet because it was like night and day.
Nelson was so pleasant and professional. You could also tell that he was very knowledgeable of his trade. He was honest, straightforward, and his rates were extremely reasonable. I should also add that we have dog, who joined our family a year ago and had a few accidents at that time.
We had treated these accidents with a bunch of random products and our success was spotty. Nelson took care of all of it and now you can't even tell the stains were there, much less the smell! I highly recommend AquaSteamer if you need your carpets cleaned. I will use him again next year and see how he does cleaning my sectional coach as well.

I've now used Nelson for 3 different cleanings. 2 were for carpets, and they looked fantastic when he was done. One had a wet dog smell when he walked in to start the job. No longer after he was done. The other had been "cleaned" just weeks before by another company. No question that Aqua Steamer rescued me on that one. The third property was for cleaning tile and grout, along with hardwood floors.
The results were amazing. The mold and stains were gone, and the hardwood that I thought might need sanding looked great after. Thanks for your friendly and professional service, Nelson! I look forward to working with you again.

In just about an hour, Nelson (the owner/operator) had our pet-stained carpet looking and smelling great! What's more, the service was very professional. Nelson was here on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very neat and considerate: He took great pains to make sure our furniture was protected as he worked and he cleaned up before he left. We are very happy with the work Nelson and AquaSteamer did and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had my love seat, sofa and carpets cleaned by AquaSteamer (Nelson) last year. The sofa and love seat had some really tough stains from our dog on them but Nelson was able to get them out and the furniture was looking like new again. He is very professional and pleasant. I just had him come back out and clean the sofa and love seat again, and received the same results. I would highly recommend using AquaSteamer for all your carpeting/flooring/furniture cleaning needs.
