Let us help you start off your spring cleaning. For some reason cleaning is usually contagious. A good carpet cleaning will spark the cleaner in you. I've seen it a thousand times. We also start with a proper measurement and evaluation of the task. Then seek approval from you. We will always use kid and pet safe products in your home. Your furniture will be treated gently and replaced to it's location, and carpets generally dry within 2-4 hours. Flood Damage in your home can be covered by your home owners insurance if you included it, you may have just building or building plus contents which is much better for you. Just building would only replace floors if wooden, floor covering, walls, roof and anything perm innately attached like the a/c unit.

Carpeting is designed to hide dirt. Once you can see it on top the damage already started. Steam cleaning rinses all that out. If you wait to long dirt will crack the fibers, and embed in the fiber, and cannot be removed. That is called greying or shading. It is visible on your traffic lanes first.

I was a loyal customer of a carpet cleaning company that is no longer in business, so I was nervous about finding and using another service through a business I was unfamiliar with. First time using Rug-Ratz to clean carpets in a new home. The service man was nice and it seems like he did a great job cleaning the carpets in multiple rooms for a good price. However, he was 2 hours late. and kind of blamed being late due to being a "family-operated business." I would use them again, but more communication would be better- I had no idea they would be so late.

My tile floors are transformed! I wish I had taken a before and after pic to see the difference. We purchased a 15 year old home and altho the tile areas in the kitchen, baths, etc didn't look bad I decided to call Rug-Ratz to have them professionally cleaned. I never expected them to look this amazing! And didn't realize how bad they were. Crazy good job - like new! And Bob is the nicest guy to do business with. I'd give 10 stars if possible. A+

Oh my goodness! I’m so happy with the job they did! Super clean, efficient, professional with reasonable rates. I didn’t think some of these stains would ever come out, I would’ve been happy with just clean. My carpet looks like I just had it put in, new, clean and soft and smells great! Highly recommend this company! They were able to get out stains that had been there for years that another company wasn't able to get out at all. Our carpet was nearly dry by the time they left and our house smelled fresh-not an overwhelming chemical smell like "the other guys". It also helped tremendously with my allergies (I'm allergic to our dogs). Thanks again! :)

This Company is Just the BEST! They showed up on time with a courtesy call to confirm. The techs were Very professional in uniform and polite. After a walk thru with my husband and I.they got to work. And I mean WORK! Stains that previous cleaners left behind were Gone. Honestly, Our carpet has never looked better. We were shown pictures and received a demo (Free) of the Tile & Grout cleaning they do and scheduled it to be done for next month. Finally a company you can trust. I called a different company in Shreveport prior to Rug-Ratz. They told me over the phone that it would run about $52.00 for carpet cleaning. When they arrived no measuring was done. He just looked around and said that it would actually be $240.00 and he couldn't get some of it out. Well when I called Rug-Ratz they told me it would be between $85.00 and $115.00.They showed up and measured everything to be cleaned and it was $92.00 for everything ,and they got out the spots the other guy's said wouldn't come out. Thanks!
