We have an elderly cat who has gotten frequent UTI's over the past couple of years, so we have had J Curtis out twice over the past year due to her not using a litter box when she has an infection. We have been incredibly happy with the cleaning job on our carpets. Our carpets look new and the underlying old urine smells are gone! Jeff is very friendly and we are very comfortable having him in our home. We highly recommend!

We had a big coffee stain and called big well known cleaning service who came out and said there was nothing they could do and that we needed to replace that portion of carpet. We were then referred to Jeff who responded quickly and came to look at the carpet and said he could get it out. 20 min later the carpet looked brand new! Jeff was quick, friendly, professional and does an awesome job. We will definitely be using him again and referring him to friends!

This carpet cleaning was far superior to any cleaning my carpet has had previously. The entire experience was professional from scheduling to check in, and the carpet looks incredible. I had two senior Labrador retrievers who left their marks on the carpet. The "reminders" are no longer visible, and my ten year old carpet looks like new. Thank you very, very much!
I had Jeff return for a second visit which just confirmed the excellence of his work. This time he repaired a small hole made by my new Labrador puppy as well as making his "house breaking" reminders disappear. Thanks once more.

I have had my carpets shampooed before with largely known carpet cleaning companies. JCurtis FAR surpassed what I had expected and did a better job than the well known companies have done in the past I would give them 10 stars if I could. I plan on having them come back, again and again, at the carpet needs it. I would 1,000,000 % recommend this company and will be sure to tell anyone considering getting their carpets done about them.

A few years ago a friend referred me to J Curtis Carpet Cleaning Service when i asked if she had a good source. Knowing her husband does extreme due diligence before purchasing or hiring anything, anyone or any service, I felt really good about her referral.

This guy is not only excellent at his profession but he is a really good person. We asked him to come out to clean the carpets in the basement and up stairs of our recently purchased home and after he did a brief inspection with some fancy gadgets he told us that he thought only half of the carpets were worth cleaning and that we should save our money on the other half and just replace them instead of pay him to clean them.
He could have easily just cleaned all the carpets and gotten twice as much money from us but he's a honorable man and he told us his honest opinion. It's nice to know that there's still decent people out there in the world. Really impressed with the work he did upstairs too. I highly recommend him.

I have a baby, a toddler and two cats Believe me I have a lot of stains on my carpets. J Curtis Carpet Cleaning Inc was able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. They were very patient and polite. There's nothing better than a clean carpet.
