Bama Carpet Clean came to our home to confirm their phone estimate to clean our carpet. When we did not agree to pay an additional cost to clean an area rug, they left abruptly, putting my wife in a bind, without time to get some other company prior to thanksgiving. These people are rude and inconsiderate.

I don't normally go thru the trouble of giving out reviews but these guys were great. I had a trashed carpet in my living room and den in a house I just bought. I was going to try and have it cleaned but was worried I would not be happy when it was done and then feel like I wasted my money. So as anyone could imagine my concern was clean and maybe not be happy or replace at a time when funds were low?

I was able to speak to the owner of All Maintenance (AJ) when I set up my appointment he informed me that the last thing his company wants is for me to feel like I wasted my money. Bottom line they came out gave my carpets a good looking over and agreed that yes my carpets were trashed but they were still going to try and clean them up. I was assured that if they could not produce a satisfactory job to my liking they would pack up and I would owe nothing.

They started the job and did a few areas to see if it was worth me cleaning all of it and to my Amazement it cleaned up awesome. Serious equipment too. They used a big diesel truck not a van I was very impressed with the equipment not the usual vans that other cleaners I have used come in. Bottom line great company to deal with and such a great job and top notch service that I felt the least I could do was take a few minutes to give them two thumbs up.
