Over the years the company, spun through great relationships, into a little more than your average cleaning company. As my clients referred us out to friends and family, our schedule quickly filled up. Because we are a small company I was able to find other ways to help. They quickly started having me walk their dogs (which I love!), running some errands, and checking on their homes when they were away for long periods of time. I LOVE Less Mess with Jess! I can't recommend her and her team enough! I have tried several other companies around Grand Rapids and they don't train their staff as well as Jess does. She hires hard workers who have a great attention to detail and who are dependable. I'm so happy to have her help keeping my home clean!

I was so frustrated with other services for being flaky (not agreeing to show up at a set schedule or just not showing up at all), but I am thrilled with the consistency and professionalism of this company. Less Mess with Jess is a professional and reasonably priced cleaning service. Jess works with you to find a good fit of a staff member to clean your home based on your frequency, location and preferences. Her communication is quick and easy via text, email or phone and she addressed any changes or concerns I had. Her staff clean quickly and all of the ladies were super sweet to my little kids who ended up following them around asking questions.

I used a different cleaning service for a year before switching to Less Mess with Jess. I am so happy that I made the change. With the prior service, I was constantly on the phone with them because the employee that had been coming to my house had quit or couldn't make it and the service had to be rescheduled or postponed. In contrast, with Less Mess with Jess the service has been professional and consistent over the course of the past several months. It's a pleasure to have Alecia come to my home and I completely trust her. Plus, I love supporting a woman-owned small business!
