Allergy Relief Treatment
Report
Exposure to dust mite and pet allergens are widely accepted to be the most important causes of indoor allergies. Now, Dalworth Clean offers special cleaning and Allergy Relief Treatment services which can reduce allergens in your home by 90% or more.
The keys to this amazing process are thorough cleaning and the application of the Allergy Relief Treatment, a solution which has been tested and shown to be highly effective at neutralizing the most common allergens, including those from dust mites and pets.
On average, we spend about one third of our time in bed. Keeping your sleeping area clean and allergen free is essential for your health. According to the Center for Disease Control, a mattress can have between 10, 000 and 10 million dust mites in it. These microscopic pests contain an antigen which can trigger allergy and asthma attacks.
Dalworth recommends that you clean all the fabric surfaces in your bedrooms, including mattresses, carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture. Our powerful steam cleaning process uses hot water to effectively kill and remove most dust mites and other allergens such as pet hair and dander. Next, we apply our Allergy Relief Treatment to neutralize any allergens that remain. Finally, we make sure everything is dry so that you can get a good night's sleep.

I used Dalworth to clean my grout and then seal it. They did a decent job cleaning the grout, but I ended up with spots where the grout seemed to break away. That being said, my house is only 2 years old and my grout was pretty clean to begin with. I wanted the grout sealed to prevent staining in the future. I am not sure what they did, but my grout was not sealed at all.
Water continued to seep in. They did come back to reseal it, but there was no improvement. I am very disappointed. I decided to pay the high cost as I did not have the time to do the labor myself. I would not recommend them for this service at all.

Best service ever! Pasquale did an excellent job of cleaning 2 chairs and a tufted bench for me. They looked brand new. Also had an area rug cleaned. So wish I had done this earlier. Am putting it on my calendar for a yearly occurrence. I suffer from allergies and this went a long way to get SO much dust removed. Thank you so much.

We are moving into our new home in Arlington and decided to have Dalworth come do grout cleaning on the floor. This was a complete was of out time. We were told that they had professional ability to clean the grout and we liked the idea of not having to do it ourselves. We the reality is we can clean the group with steam machine we bought through Amazon better than the "professional" cleaners.
The did nothing but give excuses and wanted to up charge so he could actually clean the floor. Felt almost like an attempt to bait and switch but the guy told use if we weren't satisfied he could just stop for no charge. While not charging is fine in reality we wanted the job done correctly on the price agreed too. Additionally, the guy that came out spent a lot of tile sitting in his truck. Very unsatisfactory all the way around. Do not recommend.

We had our carpets and area rug cleaned yesterday and WOW, what a difference! The whole house smells so clean and fresh and our carpet looks better than it did the day we moved in 12 years ago! Thank you, Monty, for the outstanding job you did! We are so pleased with the results. I'm never using any other company but Dalworth to clean our rugs and carpet. What a difference!

Be very careful with Dalworth. Essentially was not home for a scheduled carpet cleaning service and salesman/technician ended up convincing my wife we needed a service that cost 3 times what was quoted. Small "blonde" wife with a 5 month old baby and dog was simply taken advantage of in my opinion. The end was result was fine minus the "upcharge"

Dawn was super helpful taking my call this morning as I was extremely stressed and not sure how to proceed. She was patient in answering all of my questions and was able to schedule a service immediately. I was very impressed and appreciative of her professionalism and how she conducted herself. I feel we do not praise employees enough for doing a great job and she was wonderful!

I will give them one star because I paid to have the ducts in our home cleaned, and they managed to accomplish that. From the very initial phone call, this company was totally unprofessional. The girl I spoke to when I called for a quote and to make an appointment for service had zero training. She did say it was her first day. I believe I was her first phone call.
I also believe this is probably the first job she has ever had in a phone customer service role. For example, I had to request an email to be sent to me with my confirmation and proof of payment. That is usually something you are given without having to ask, but I digress. I never got an email. I called the morning of my appointment to verify that I actually had one.
I was told yes, that the technician would arrive between 9a-11a that day, and that my card had not gone through so payment had not been processed. Again, no one ever emailed or called to request payment from me. I stayed on the phone with the dispatch person to make sure the payment was successful. I requested and received an email with my receipt showing the bill had been paid in full.
They never showed up to my house that day. I called about 2p asking where the technician was. I was told "I don't know what happened to him, he should be there" I rescheduled for a couple of days later. When the technician arrived we discovered I had been charged for 10 vents, but that there are only 7 vents in the house. When we asked the tech about refunding the 3 vents, we were told that Dalworth has a minimum of 10 vents.
That is not true. I called Dalworth immediately and was told that as long as the technician notates the paperwork that there were 7 and not 10 vents that I would be refunded for the 3 nonexistent vents once the paperwork was received in their accounting department. Total lack of internal communication between the company and their employees. When the tech finished with the vents he asked for payment.
We explained that full payment had already been received. I get a call from Dalworth telling me that the payment did not go through. I let them know that yes, it had gone through and that I would email them with the receipt I received. I waited on hold for them to get the email. I was told yes, you are correct, payment has been received. Seriously?
Bottom line, the vents were cleaned. If you are ok with a total sh*t show.by all means, schedule a cleaning with them. But be prepared to deal with utter incompetence at every turn.

I have used Dalworth for years. first for carpet cleaning, then carpet cleaning with a geriatric dog, and the latest, upholstery cleaning. My experience throughout the years has been outstanding. Quality cleaning, professional personnel. Pricing is reasonable - mid-to-high range - but in this case, well worth it. No problems ever. Will continue to use them. --a happy customer!

I hired Dalworth to clean my entire home's carpets yesterday. This is not the first time I have used them. Mike's team showed up and spent 3 hours doing the large home as a move-out cleaning. They took their time and paid a lot of attention to detail. Mike said he has been in the industry for decades. Some companies rush in and out, but they painstakingly took time to do it right the first time. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Do not under any circumstances have rug repair done by this company! I sent a beautiful rug out to them for cleaning and fringe repair. Their website speaks of "expert" repair and knowledge but I show no evidence of experts or straight forward communication. They said the repair person would talk to me about the rug before the work. After cleaning, they called to tell me re-fringing would be same price as binding which suggested this was not hand fringe repair.
After being sent a picture of their offering for fringe (just trims sewn on, I decided it would be safer to just have the rug bound on the ends.) I was never allowed to speak to the repair person whom, no doubt, is not an expert in oriental rug repairs. The so-called expert in the field also told me things that I've since found out were probably completely made up (I had showed her fraying on sides and she said "we can just shave that off").
In any case they didn't do it, thank God. When I received my rug I was horrified at the work. The binding was so poorly done, the rug rolls in multiple places on both ends and will not lay flat at all now. The binding was so uneven it was ridiculous. They said they would take it back and redo it but at that point I didn't trust them to touch the rug again.
I was at a loss to figure how it even left the workroom in that condition. I can't figure out how they could possibly fix something they clearly demonstrated they have no idea how to do. I'm still just sick looking at my once beautiful rug that left with damaged fringe but came back looking worse. And I paid for it! Do NOT use this company.

We cannot believe how good our kitchen floor/grout looks. The price was well worth it, wish we had more cash to tip better. Wasn't expecting such excellent service, Harold and Seth went above and beyond and their a good team. They were honest and hard working. Thank y'all very much! Feels like we have a brand new floor!

We asked them to put all belongings in the garage of the house. The person we spoke to agreed to do so. They then threw EVERYTHING away. We had very personal items, boxes that were packed, furniture, collectibles, etc and they claimed they took it all to the dump. Then tried to charge us $850. Stay very far away from Dalworth. ZERO STARS.

We have used Dalworth for years to clean our couches. We have Microfiber couches, and Dalworth generally makes them look brand new. We call for their service every 6 months, and it generally runs about $300 each visit. They clean our two couches and a recliner. I work from home, and my wife took off the week and asked me to clear my schedule from 2-4 so that they could come and clean the couches during the day for a discount.
I agreed, and he showed up promptly at 2 pm. That is about the only thing that went right. When Jose came in, he immediately said to my wife that it is not a "chair" but a recliner. We told him on the website where we set this up; there was no recliner option. He said that he could do the work, but it is not likely to do much good. The couches are too dirty.
At the same time, saying that he walked to the door to leave the house. My wife said, "is that it so you are not going to clean it?" He just said that it would not do any good. These couches are not soiled beyond belief, and they have some spots from our little girls spilling their water on them, but other than that, we keep them clean and vacuum them all of the time.
I was shocked. I called Dalworth, and they stated they might be able to get another appointment; and I told them I cleared my schedule for this, and I could do it again, but the way the tech handled the situation was unsatisfactory. They agreed and said that if we rescheduled that they would give us 10% off. I asked if they could get someone else out today.
They checked with dispatch and said that that was not available. While with dispatch they spoke to the tech, and he said that there were too many animal stains on the couch ever to clean it. There are no animal stains on the couch. We decided not to use Dalworth and decided to have Zerorez come and do the work. They are coming tomorrow. I will post pictures of the work to show the couches were cleanable.

Vent cleaning. I would like to share my experience with Dalworth vent cleaning. I hired them in late June to clean all my a/c vents and my dryer vent. They charged me $600.00. Shortly after they were here I noticed an increase in dust. I thought maybe it was dust they stirred up that was settling. Then I noticed that my dryer was having a lot more lint in it and it was taking a long time to dry my clothes.
Unfortunately then we had COVID IN our household and had to quarantine. I contacted Dalworth twice and told them what problems I was having. Both times they said someone would call me back. No one ever did. Next I turned to my credit card company. They said I had to file a claim within 60 days. So today we pulled the dryer out and removed the vent hose.
All this water stated rushing out. We managed to get it outside and pour the rest out. There was easily 10 inches of water in the hose. They we used a dryer vent kit and hooks to a drill motor to run up the wall. We pulled out at least a foot of packed hard lint. What a scary fire hazard. The vent was not cleaned by Dalworth and evidently not by the company I hired 2 years previous.
The packed in lint was blocking the moisture from escaping and it just built up in the hose. Then we moved to the return vents for the a/c. They had at least 1/2 of dust built up and didn't appear to have been disturbed in a long time. We used a brush and a vacuum hose to clean them ourselves. It doesn't appear I got anythng for my $600. I just wanted to warn others and ask if anyone has a recommendation if we have any other recourse.

Never again. I hired Dalworth to clean two chairs and a sofa using their 'economy' service. As explained to me, economy vs. whatever they call their other (more expensive) services differed on the 7 vs. 10 day 'warranty' (really, why a warranty on cleaning? It's either clean or it's not). Tech did a great job on the areas where you 'sit'. Did not clean the sides, front, or rear of the furniture (doesn't help when you have a sofa that 'floats' in the middle of a room). Dalworth called me today asking for feedback.
I expressed my extreme displeasure and was offered to have the tech come back and 'offered' me to pay the difference between 'economy' vs. the next highest price of service. Sadly, my call disconnected prior to coming to an agreement (my fault, I don't have great coverage). Also, tech wore a mask, but left his nose uncovered. Really? Breathing is a pretty simple concept.
Cover your nose so those boogers (or COVID?) don't fall on my newly 'sanitzed' furniture. Those areas that were cleaned (where I sit, not the areas where I expected to be cleaned) need to be protected! I now have two chairs and a sofa that are still unclean on three sides, and possibly COVID boogers floating around my home. Uggh. Never again, Dalworth clean.

Called to have some area rugs cleaned onsite and was quoted a fair price after they added a $50 off coupon. Scheduler says the carpets won't be wet underneath and will dry in place. Great. Then the tech gets here and suddenly he says he shouldn't clean them while they are on my wood floors because he's afraid he may damage the coating. Don't know where he was going with that but I thought we figured out a solution that he would clean each rug on top of my main largest rug and then we would set outside or whatever was needed.
He then proceeded to haggle us over neutralizers and protectors for the next 40 mins. This after he was already 30mins late. The price has doubled at this point. He keeps knocking down the price until we finally agree and then proceeds to clean them on the wood floors like he claimed he shouldn't; doesn't move furniture until ASKED; sprays water on the floors and wants me to sign off on it that he's not responsible for damage; and didn't clean up any water after he said he would.
When he finished 3 rugs in less than 15mins I had to watch him cleaning the last 2 to make sure he was doing what he claimed. So far rugs look and smell good but still need to dry. A couple are a little wavy in places from the water. I hate the haggling, the extra, unexpected expense, and not really knowing if I got everything I paid for. Too much stress. Best to use a locally owned carpet cleaning company that is owner operated and doesn't contract out to jack of all trade types.

After doing much research, we chose Dalworth to polish and refinish the concrete floors in 1960s architectural home, which we purchased in November 2019. Since completing this process and after paying thousands of dollars to Dalworth, I would not recommend anyone to bring Dalworth into your home. We walked through the process with our sales rep who promised a few basic deliverables for the finished product, including, among other things: the floors would be glossy like glass, that they would repair and fill any carpet tacks / cracks in the floor, and that they would score the finished surface to mimic the original style of the concrete. Dalworth did not deliver on these promises at all, despite repeated representations that it could. We're not floor experts, so we naturally relied on their representations about their abilities.
Since we have an older home, having the floors be like glass was an unrealistic expectation that was sold to us over and over again. They even up-charged us for this "service." Dalworth did not fill the pores in the surface of the floors, so the floors are anything but glass like. They grinded our floors so low in some places, that there is now an opening between the floors and the outside.
The concrete in our kitchen has a hole that continues to chip away, and the carpet tacks were never addressed. Then there is the scoring. Our house had 3x3 scoring on the concrete throughout the house. Dalworth promised to us that they could replicate it, to keep in line with the original style of the floors. The result was nothing less than unprofessional, messy, and DIY looking.
The scoring that Dalworth did not only added 2 extra days to this process, but is incomplete in areas, nonexistent, or double scored where they didn't bother to measure or make sure the lines lined up. It now creates dust because the "decorative scoring" they did is not properly sealed or grouted. Our sales rep bragged about how durable and permanent this finish would be for our floors. Now--after paying thousands of dollars--we have to live with irreparable damage to the floors of our house caused by Dalworth. Dalworth and our Sales Rep have completely ignored our prior communications to them about these issues. Buyer beware!

Had an area rug that I didn't want to spend too much time on but desperately needed cleaning. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable for services provided. I dropped it off but had it delivered when done. I definitely recommend the pick up/drop off as the location was a bit out of my way. Rug was very clean. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again in future.

This company has had an ongoing misrepresentation regarding pricing. When you call they will quote you an estimate for in home vs. drop off based on approx. square footage. Drop off is obviously cheaper. However when you drop off the carpet the price is no where near the estimate! I drove in from Denton to discover this untruth! What a rip off! Apparently this has been going on for a while and hasn't been resolved! Hummmmm I wonder why? I would not recommend them in the least!

Sent two subcontractors who immediately held me up. They said due to "dog oils" in the carpet they'd have to use some special rotator brush. Added another $65. Left the carpet soaking wet with a circular pattern. I have no idea who these jackleg subcontractors were. The company did come back and redo it only after I raised a huge fuss. I'm still upset about this. Don't trust these people. They don't use their own employees but rather sub it all out to independents you have no idea who you're dealing with!

I've used this company in the past and they always done a good job. The initial phone call was very professional and Tiffany answered all my questions and got me scheduled. We are preparing to sell our home and I knew I could count on them to take care of cleaning our carpets and big area rugs. Well done

I had them come out today for duct cleaning in Bedford. I suspect this team was a subcontractor as the arrived in an unmarked van. The service was great! The technicians were professional, courteous and meticulous about not damaging or getting dust on anything by laying out plenty of plastic drop clothes. Before leaning a ladder up against the wall they were careful to take the time to go out to the van and get a towel to wrap the ends to not smudge the wall. Based on the dust clouds I was seeing generated in the return vents as they worked it was obvious the cleaning was effective. They explained everything they were doing and left me with no questions. I was glad to finally have our systems cleaned.

Our experience was horrible. For the countless years we have used this company we have never had someone walk in and measure. The coupon that we had was 3 rooms for $99. On the coupon it DOES NOT state the sizes of the room. We have always used that coupon (when they come in the mail) and have always done the SAME ROOMS with that coupon. Today he proceeded to measure which they have never done and once we called the manager, the worker then said he needed to call his manager.
The manager then proceeded to tell the worker TO NOT CLEAN OUR ROOMS. It is disgusting and beyond hurtful how the manager and worker just simply do not care about their customers. We will not be using this company again and we will further this complaint to the news station regarding their company and how they handle their business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I wish I could give them -10 stars. They will promise you the world but once they have your money the service goes to hell. They were ordered to clean my entire house 4000sf+ and clean the all the ducts as well. Well they left all of the upstairs carpet with a residue and a CRUNCHY texture! It's feels horrible! They barely cleaned the vent covers, as they are full of dust to the touch.
It gets WORSE, 3 days after the initial service I call them, (promised a 30 day guarantee) there response is that the can redo it FOR A FEE! 313$ more on top of the 1500+ already paid! I have never ever had to deal with such a rude technician talking smack to a lady who is 9months pregnant, shame on them.

We have them out every few years to deep clean our tile in the main living areas. The tile has lots of nooks and crannies, so the dirt seems to settle in despite mopping. The Dalworth team always does an excellent job getting all the dirt out. Super pleased with the results and the only extra charge we've encountered has been tax.

The Dalworth team of Buddy and Kristina did a great job doing a full clean on my home - it had a lot of build up so not an easy task but the extreme clean team including duct cleaning were professional and thorough. The air exchange gave a noticeable difference. They were great with the pets and offered useful suggestions for ongoing maintenance. Thanks!

I know the reviews said their carpets looked new after the cleaning...in my case..positively true! My carpets are 11 years old and have never been cleaned...Wow! New carpets again and a great clean smell! Brian Marshall knows what he is doing and doing it very well! He is very eager to please his clients! He is the only person I will call for carpet cleaning and will be the one I recommend to family and friends! Thanks Brian!!

Always impressed with their professionalism. On time and easy to do business with. Their knowledge of the carpet business shows years of experience in detecting causes of stains, age of carpet, water damaged foundation seepage areas, lots of tiny clues the average person would not know to look for nor understand the resulting impact. Thanks Dalworth!
