My experience with Pinnacle Peak Performance is both personal and professional. I own a home management company in Scottsdale and they are the go to people for all my clients carpet/tile/grout cleaning. I have used them for several years and they always do an outstanding job. They are punctual, professional and great to work with.
The biggest enemy of carpet is dirt. Soiled carpets wear out faster because foot traffic grinds dirt into fibers, causing them to fray. Then fibers unwind and mat together like dirty hair on a stray dog. The most effective defense against this kind of carpet wear is frequent cleaning. Carpets should be professionally cleaned at least once, preferably twice, a year.

Joe & Linda are really great. Stopped by for a quote same day as reaching out to them and had a super speedy estimate emailed by the end of the day! The results were totally worth it and am so thrilled we decided to have the entire place done (both carpet and tile) They worked quickly and were done before we anticipated. Would recommend to anyone for either a quick carpet clean or tile clean. they also sealed our travertine. We had them come out to prep the home for sale and we think it really turned it from a what could have been seen as a rental as a move in ready family home. Thanks guys!
