Steam Clean versus Dry Clean. What's the difference? The dry cleaning methods - which are dry foam, dry chemicals, and dry compound - do not rinse your carpet in any way. You might say they clean your carpet only halfway. The most effective cleaning method is hot water extraction as the primary method of cleaning carpets, along with an approved firm. Carpet cleaners use one of two types of hot water extraction. If they use a large unit that operates from a van or truck outside your facility, it's called truck-mount extraction. If they use a small unit that can be brought inside, it's called portable extraction. The worlds largest textile manufacturer Shaw Industrys first choice is the truck-mounted unit-and it recommends the small, portable unit only in areas where the truck-mounted unit won't reach. Stop Dirt and Stains in Their Tracks. Over time the mill-applied carpet protectors can loose their effectiveness. This is due to the fibers being abraded during foot traffic. Although the fluorochemical treatments are very good, it is believed that they need to be replenished after approximately 2 years, especially in high-traffic areas. The fluorochemical applied in the mill can wear off over time, and portions of the fiber can be exposed during abrasion that were not exposed during the mill treatment. The application of Teflon Advanced after cleaning will ensure that the performance of the fiber will be maintained. We recommend that Teflon Advanced be applied after every cleaning.

Joe & Linda are really great. Stopped by for a quote same day as reaching out to them and had a super speedy estimate emailed by the end of the day! The results were totally worth it and am so thrilled we decided to have the entire place done (both carpet and tile) They worked quickly and were done before we anticipated. Would recommend to anyone for either a quick carpet clean or tile clean. they also sealed our travertine. We had them come out to prep the home for sale and we think it really turned it from a what could have been seen as a rental as a move in ready family home. Thanks guys!

Very Professional Team. Polished the marble flooring, polished granite counter tops in kitchen, also cleaned the carpeting in my Vacation Rental Condo. Highly recommend them for polishing & carpets. I was very pleased with their Professionalism, fair price, and great results. I will use their service every year going forward, absolutely!!! They quoted first, then scheduled the cleaning, arrived on time, stayed on the job start to finish. Did a fantastic job...we settled up and I asked them to send a reminder card to me regarding a cleaning in one year.

Pinnacle Peak Performance has been the only company to clean my carpets for 10 years now. The Owner/Operator "Joe" does an excellent job, he is punctual and professional, and never watches the clock or rushes just to get the job done. The carpets look like new when he's finished. We has a few areas with more dirt than normal and when he finished you couln't tell that one area has a lot more wear than the others. He has also removed stains that others said couldn't be removed. He treats my house like his own and is very careful about everything he does. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just had the carpet and tile cleaned at our home this week. The tile/grout had never been professionally cleaned and the grout was dark gray pretty much in all the high traffic areas of the house. Looked terrible and bothered me every day I had worked on it myself and made very little headway.
Joe and Linda Walters, a husband and wife team came out and spent a great deal of time pretreating both carpet and tile/grout, and making certain that all areas were cleaned thoroughly before they departed.
I have used Joe and Linda for over 10 years on my homes and rental properties. I will tell you honestly that the tile and grout look BRAND NEW!!! I cannot believe the difference and I cannot stop smiling when I look at the nice clean floor. The carpets came out great as well, and Joe got out two rust spots from an iron bed that a previous carpet cleaner (I did not hire!!) could not remove.
Joe and Linda also cleaned tile/grout at one of my rentals a few months back and when they were finished both my tenant and I were amazed to see that even the tile was a brighter/different color!!! I would highly recommend Joe and Pinnacle Peak Performance. In 10 years they have never done a less than excellent job for me or my clients.
