Healthy Carpets took they time cleaning my home today. The best thing I loved about this company is that both employees put on them shoe covers. That means a lot to me, it tells me they actually care about what there doing. What took my last carpet cleaners 30mins, took Healthy Carpets 2 hours, everything dose done down to spec and we appreciate a company like that.

Ann Arbor Carpet Cleaning - Healthy Carpets is by far the best carpet cleaners I ever hired. I have been living in Ann Arbor MI for 13 years, and this is my first time have this carpet cleaner to my home. I made the appointment for the weekend and that's what I really like to see- A honest hardworking company that meets my expectations. Trent and I believe his partner Matt were really helpful, they came prepared and ready to get to work.
They walked in my house and the first thing they did was put on a pair of shoe covers and then gave me a pair. I mean this company really worked hard and we will for sure be calling them back for all our cleaning services.

So Marshall came as planned to seal the floors a week later and as promised here's an update to my review to reflect that. Not surprisingly. that follow up visit was also 5 stars! He did everything by hand and even touched up some of the slots that needed a bit more of a scrub after the first round of cleaning. Two coats of grout sealer on our floor later and it looks incredible.
We had to wait about 5 hours to step on the floor then 24hrs for it to be completely dry to put our rugs and such back on the floor but it was a small price to pay for beautiful clean floors. I'm so excited to have clean bathroom floors again and for the work to be done so professionally and thoroughly. It really was worth every penny. From the communication to the work to the follow-up, it was all aces. I highly recommend them, for sure!

After putting off the cleaning of our white wall-to-wall carpeting for too many years, I googled for a local Ann Arbor company to see if the now-grey carpeting could be resurrected. Marshall at Healthy Carpets appeared to be one of the higher rated cleaners and his ad did guarantee that he is the best in town. He just finished up after about two hours and I am elated. Marshall was incredibly professional and very helpful. The online process was easy and seamless. Marshall showed up on time and explained things well--his attention to detail was great, and he gave me some suggestions on stain removal products (including a free sample to try). I will absolutely use them from now on. The product they use has a nice citrus scent, and it dried exactly in the time he said it would. He was in and out in the time frame he estimated. If I could give them something higher than five stars, I would.
