And other options are available above that height for taller buildings.
Pressure Washing is another service in demand that we offer, and can do anything from a small driveway, roof, or house washing; to larger parking lots; or even 2 to 3-story commercial buildings or warehouses. I can also remove graffiti, rust, and calcite stains from brick or concrete when needed.
In addition to my hugely popular Awning Cleaning Service, I recently added “Awning Recovers” to my lineup - Where we make a brand new awning for you, using the highest quality Sunbrella fabrics to produce a highly versatile, long lasting awning that is basically an exact clone of your existing awning. And then simply reinstall it over the existing aluminum tube framing. However, I will say, I am capable of creating magic in cleaning dirty awnings, and making them look quite good again. So from the scheduled maintenance cleanings, to the once in a great blue moon cleaning as an afterthought because they are now so dirty, you will be very satisfied with whichever decision is best in your situation; either cleaning them, or replacing them. And on recovers, I guarantee the lowest price in town.
And then we come to chandelier cleaning. And I will tell you I have tons of patience. (Even more than a doctor. “Hehe. Chandelier cleaning humor.”) Which is quite necessary, as it takes a steady hand, and the ability to stand on a ladder for hours on end, cleaning one crystal at a time, to get through this type of job. And when I am finished, your chandelier will be nice and clean, and the crystals shimmering the way they should.
