BA Cleaning Service etc is fantastic! It was very easy to set up an appointment over the phone with Ana. Tereza, who is a ray of sunshine, did a first time clean of our place and it is now perfectly clean. Called Ana immediately afterward to set up future cleaning dates. Hulai and Gondo did a fabulous job cleaning our apartment earlier this month. Everything I asked for was done flawlessly. Left the apartment smelling soooo good. I unfortunately didn’t take before photos but here’s the stove after they’ve cleaned it and one of the cabinets that I requested to be organized. Definitely will be hiring again!

I engaged someone from this agency recently to clean and help in the kitchen. The results were extremely disappointing in all respects. The worker did little else but dishes, putting the food away and very minimal cleaning She did not know even the very basics. I was forced to work the entire evening doing most of the work myself while tending to my guests.
She even overcharged me. The whole thing was truly unbelievable. I left a message with the agency shortly thereafter. The call was never returned. The episode was truly astonishing. I would never use this agency again. Period.

I hired BA Cleaning Service to clean my home for Mother's Day. They even did the windows as I requested and my kitchen and bathroom look brand new. My home looks and feels so clean. I even took advantage of the Mother's Day Special they offered. It is a great deal for the service you get. I strongly recommend BA Cleaning Service.

I don't make a habit of complaining at review sites and normally would leave pretty positive reviews, but I'll make an exception for BA cleaning services and do extend a fair warning here. I asked for a moving out cleaning service, including outside and inside window cleaning and I was assured by them that they could provide this specific service.
They weren't the cheapest, but I trusted them as their initial communications were good. However, the were unable to do the window cleaning and I was left with dirty windows and no time left to make other arrangements. They also did not bring al the utensils for moving out service, notwithstanding the fact that I clearly said that the house would be empty.
When I communicated to Beverly, the operations manager, she promised me to come back at this issue. I waited a full day, and send two follow-up messages, but nothing happened. The crew was nice and did their best, but the results are far below expectations especially noting that I paid over $300 for a six hours basic job. Don't ask for their services if you need a more complex job done.

Through a series of incredibly unfortunate construction related events had to have my new apartment deep-cleaned twice in the span of weeks two weeks earlier this month. Once we made contact through Thumbtack the team at BA Cleaning were professional, quotes reasonable rates and most important for me were responsive -- they were able to send people either same day or within 72 hours of my request. The business is run by and employs women and they are people who I was happy to give my business too and will again in the future.
