All Surface Restoration

Paid Mario 1400 to wash and seal my patio. He put no sealer on the patio and told me it's "invisible". Lol. Sure is Mario like invisible almost like you didn't put it on. I have a surveillance recording of when he was here putting on the invisible sealer. Funny you couldn't see him put it on either. Must be magic. There are many other companies out there that are cheaper and do a better job. I will be posting before and after photos of his work compared to a professional company.

Mario and his team cleaned and sealed out back patio and did an awesome job. It was no small task as the previous owners didnt do a great job of taking care of it and we inherited a moss covered faded train wreck. We were impressed with the company from the start. After submitting our online request for a quote they were out within 24 hours. They were able to recommend a grout/sand filler for between the pavers and a wet sealer than really brought the brick back to life.

The 2-man team that came out for the job were quick and efficient and friendly. We also explained we were in a bind having to host a last minute Baby Shower that weekend thanks to COVID. They seemed generally concerned and help ensure the project was completed for the event. After the patio settled a few holes appeared in the filler sand/grout and I called and left a VM on Saturday morning.

I received a call on Monday afternoon and they were out to patch the spots. I've always been wary of getting companies/contractors for work since I feel like you hear more horror stories than good ones. But we couldn't be happier with the process, communication and results.

Mario's team finished our patio resand yesterday. Some delays because of all the rain but they did a beautiful job. Workers were careful of our landscaping and hot tub. Would highly recommend them.

We have been using All Surface Restoration for many years. They clean and seal our brick pavers and wood decking every couple of years. They always do a great job from start to finish. I am always kept up to date on scheduling along the way. Friendly and professional crewmen. Our brick pavers are still looking great after winter! Lo forward to having our decks done this spring. Would definitely recommend this company!

I have a large 10 year old brick paver driveway/patio. It was starting to look very dirty and weathered and all of the joint sand was gone. It was very frustrating to see it look like that. I did a lot of research and settled on Mario and All Surface Restoration. Mario provided a very professional quote and answered all of my questions. The crew completed the job last week in a timely manner and I am extremely satisfied.

The crew was very professional and the polymeric sand and stain cleaner used were very good products. My 10 year old paver driveway looks brand new again and I would 100% use All Surface in future and would highly recommend them.

We had our bluestone pool patio cleaned and sealed last fall. Still looks great and ready for spring. Thank you All Surface Restoration!

Sad- this was the second time we used Mario's company. They did a good job that is why we gave them more business. This time they removed all my furniture off my 2nd story deck and refused to put it back after the job was done. I even gave Mario $20.00 to take my grill down since he was going to just leave that on my deck while they did the work. When we called to ask when they would be back to put the furniture back on the deck Mario lectured me about his contract and how it's my responsibility to put it back.

I asked why he didn't just leave it on my deck and Mario said "I didn't want to ruin your furniture." Really! You were willing to ruin my BBQ and Umbrella you left on the deck- How about tarp the deck furniture and leave it alone- you lost a customer and referrals from us for life over a very small customer satisfaction issue. It will cost you way more than the time you told me you would lose coming back to move the furniture.

Poor customer service- PS why don't you be transparent with the customer and put a fee in your contract for moving the furniture back vs. just doing it! We would have paid you to move it back-

I was lucky to have found All Surface Restoration a few years ago online. Reviews were great. But after the prompt response from owner Mario, and the fantastic job his crew did on my paver horseshoe drive, I am now a repeat customer. I've had other companies in the past who had done terrible jobs.killing alot of grass and horrible results. ASR made my drive look brand new.

I have since had my back paver patio resurfaced and after several years, the front drive redone. Mario has the attitude that customer satisfaction is a priority.an attitude few companies today have. I can't say enough about ASR. High standards, professional and honest. Great company!

We have been using All Surface Restoration since 2003. They always exceed our expectations with their quality work. Very professional from start to finish. The estimate is very clear and detailed. We are always kept up to date with scheduling which can sometimes be tricky with the weather! The workers are mindful of the surrounding landscape and neat with their work and clean up.

Our brick paver driveway looks fantastic. Mario the owner goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done to our satisfaction each and every time. It's nice having a company that's been around for so long that you can trust to do a good job.

The cleaned and stained my brand new porches. They did the 1st porch very nicely. However, the second (larger deck) was terrible. They had uneven stain pool in areas and the deck was noticeably discolored. They had to come back and apply a second coat, which further worsened the problem because they again applied stain to 400 sq ft in less than 10 mins.

So again, the stain pooled and I had very uneven patches. Mario is not a responsive person and tried to convince me that it would be fine and that in time the deck would wear even. After several requests, Mario refused to come out and see the poor work his employees did. I had to have a professional come and strip the coats that all surface applied and reapply an even coat of stain so that my deck was useable again.

A mixed review: The first half of the job was excellent. They did a good job cleaning my deck and driveway. But the workers did such a bad job finishing the deck, they had to come out twice to complete it. They blamed malfunctioning equipment, and tried to say the oil soaked and became invisible (rustic TWP). But in the end, they finally got it coated, and the quality of the job was okay.

But it was not worth the extra money I paid for a high quality job. The driveway was worse. They used polymeric sand to seal the expansion joints, and refused to clean out the old material (with yelling by Mario, at me, on the phone when I first complained). They forced me to clean it out, and then came back and filled it with more sand. That was before I learned from the makers of that material that it is improper to use it for that purpose.

A teacher at a paving institute also agreed it was an improper use of the material. I have it in writing. since I am sure I will need it. So now I have had the driveway repaired by a professional licensed contractor, and the damage is undone. I do not recommend using ASR for anything but the most basic of services. And in that case, make sure you get multiple quotes, because they came in very high, promising high quality. But they did not deliver it. I cannot recommend this company.

This is a great company ! I have a natural stone and brick paving business and I recommend all surface restoration to all my clients to preserve the stone or brick work we perform . Mario is on his A game 24/7. He follows up immediately and pays close attention to detail. I have used him for the last 20 years I've been in business and plan on continuing this relationship! Completely satisfied! Mario was exceptionally responsive & set expectations for when the job would be done - he always called ahead to let me know that his crew would be arriving at the house. Our 17 year old Brick Paver Patio - Looks new again! The care taken when restoring our elevated deck was amazing - his workers protected our Grill and Arborvitae trees with tarps and took care not to damage them. The crew also moved all deck furniture. Lastly our play structure that looked warn and tired is fresh and new.

I was extremely impressed with is company! The guys that work for this company are very nice and professional. My pavers were power washed and I keep going out to look at them because they look brand new. I am amazed with the job they did. All the stains are gone from the bricks and they really look brand new. Guys were very careful with everything and did a great job cleaning up. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their services!

I just wanted to let you know that I will refer you & your company to everyone. Your crew did my paver front horseshoe drive two years ago & now the back patio, which was in very rough shape. If I wasn't astonished at the beautiful work on the front drive "which I was", I was even more happy with the back patio. It looks like a brand new patio now.

Your crews also must take great care to do no harm because no grass is ever ruined. When they leave there isn't any cleanup needed like there is with other companies. I truly hope you are going to keep your business going for many years & that you keep your wonderful crews. Thank You!
