Had carpeting, rugs and a couch cleaned thoroughly by David and he did a wonderful job. We have two small children and a 15-year-old smaller dog and after a while things were starting to feel like they needed a professional cleaning. After going out of town and coming home playing "find the mystery smell" I can say it is completely gone, my home smells amazing again and Just like last time he was on time, and did a great job.

Needed the carpet cleaned again before Christmas. Called these guys back up because of the experience I had last time. They showed up and told me they couldn't do it. Never really made it clear as to why. Very bummed out. I guess I'll have to find somebody else.

Great experience! Very knowledge and fair. Walked me though the whole process and explained the things I needed (and didn't need). At the end they even cleaned the tile in front of my chimney so everything looked fresh and new. Will definitely be using their services again.

My carpet is cleaner now than when I moved in and even after Stanley Steamer came in. His machine got up pet spots and set-in stains. The carpet looks NEW. Zero odor. Had high hopes due to all the reviews. Cleaner came and did the job. Looking at a spot on the couch that didn't get clean as well as one on the rug that's fairly large. They made a mistake on the quote and charged me for a room rather than an ottoman. The technician said that the room and the ottoman are the same price. Really? Nice enough guy, but fairly expensive and now I'm going to pay to have much of it done again by someone else.

Highly unprofessional, Scheduled an appointment online several weeks ago, received a confirmation email from them about our appointment. They never called or showed up. Tried calling several different numbers and they do not give the option to leave a voicemail. Will never recommend to anyone!

The owner Todd came to my rescue within 2 hours of me contacting him. I attempted to clean my own carpets with a rug doctor and that only made it worse…he came out and within a few hours he was in and out and I am extremely happy and will be using him again in the future! Very friendly and he took the time to explain the process to me and even left me some spot cleaner to use until I have to call him back out.

When I want a quality company to hire I always reference YELP because I value customer feedback. This guided me in right direction. I was fortunate to receive a quote over the phone site unseen.

The price that was given was more than reasonable. Regarding scheduling I said when I asked when I needed it done and they were there next day. They are so prompt, the appointment was for 11:30 they were ringing my doorbell at 11:30. The technicians we extremely polite. Oxi Fresh technicians must have waved a magic wand over my carpets because the before and after photos are simply amazing! Should my friends or family come over I definitely have to tell them Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning did such an amazing job.

We needed our carpets and upholstery cleaned and we were on a tight timeline. We called and they were able to accommodate us. We had two different appointments and two technicians came to our home. They were punctual, professional and wore face masks. We were pleased with the final results and the carpets were dry within an hour. I would recommend them, especially if you prefer quick dry carpets and no residue after cleaning.

Anthony at fresh sweeps was great. He is honest, very knowledgeable. Has additional training and certification, and great customer service. Actually taught me about my fireplace. Saturday appts, and he even brought coloring books for kids! He charged us less than we were quoted after he saw the chimney and told us we could go to Lowe's a buy a part we needed for $50 rather than spend $300 to have him do it. So honest! He also shared some personal stories and just seems like such a kind, remarkable guy. Young father who has overcome a lot- feels good to give him your business.

I have 19 year old, the original carpet to the house. It is a sculptured Berber. It is also light Gray. We had to have a place patched a few years ago. You cannot see that spot now and the carpet feels clean under your feet. I am so pleased
