The customer service and response time was very good. They did a great job and showed up on time. The staff that did the cleaning was very friendly and appeared to go out of their way to be very thorough. When there was a problem, the supervisor took action and fixed the problem. Good company!

I booked their cleaning service without any expectations and I was very pleased at how detail-oriented they were. My place is CLEAN and MEAN. I highly recommend this to every busy New Yorker.

The absolute WORST! Do NOT hire them unless you want employees coming late, unprepared and talking on the phone the whole time. One of the employees said she had to leave early cause she had a doctors appointment. They did a terrible job with their "detailed" cleaning. Never again!

I call to booked my spring cleaning package and the staff were professional. on the day of my cleaning the crew and one supervisor arrived on time and they were prepared. They brought all natural/green cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning ladies were polite and pet friendly. They played with my dog as their own. The cleaning job was immaculate. They took their time and every thing was properly organized and cleaned. I do recommend the service and would use them again.

In the 25 years of our company this has got to be the worst cleaning service we have ever used. They could never get the job done correctly and it is not rocket science in my business. nothing difficult. In almost 2 years we have had no fewer than 10 cleaners from their company, one worse than the other. Then when we tried to let them go after so many complaints they had the nerve to hit us with a court summons to try to squeeze money out of the company for non payment. Avoid these people at all costs. If I could rate them with a zero rating I would. I gave them one star just so that it would register.
