This was an incredible experience. From the free quote Heidi gave me over text in a personable and thoughtful manner, to the professional crew of people that communicated clearly, worked quickly, and left my home exactly as they found it, this company exceeded my expectations at every interaction. They worked really hard and were so coordinated and quick.

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to have friendly professional people helping make sure their work was minimally disruptive. Even text reminders! No one wants to talk on the phone! This whole experience was smoothly conducted via text and in-person (day-of). They're living proof that it can be done. Chase led his team really well at my home today and everyone was absolutely impeccably warm, competent, and professional. Perfection.

The technicians were: 1.) Very unprofessional (one was sleeping in the car during the service), 2.) Made an enormous mess (improperly sealing a vent before blowing into it, coating our kitchen in dust), and 3.) Did a poor overall job knocking loose a vent tube under our bedroom and claiming "it was like that when I got here") (not thoroughly cleaning the vent, we still have large dust balls getting trapped in our filters).

The scheduling was a mess (they rescheduled twice) and also billed us incorrectly. Overall, you can do better elsewhere. **Update:** The owner, Alan, gave me a call to apologize. He seems to genuinely care about customer experience and wanted to make things right. It seems like my encounter is not a representative experience.

I would recommend Air Duct Cleaners without hesitation! I had two other companies clean my dryer vent only to continue to have problems. Great service, very professional and friendly, and I have my dryer back!

We live in a 3 story townhome and had been having issues with our dryer taking 3 cycles on high to dry any load of laundry. I tested our electric dryer by taking the vent hose off the wall duct and letting it vent into the house and loads were drying in one cycle like they're supposed to. The air coming out was hot and nothing else seemed wrong with the dryer, so the vent duct in the wall was most likely the culprit.

Sure enough it was completely blocked at the top of the roof vent with years of lint buildup. Allan and Heidi are incredibly professional, communicative and timely and he fixed the issue quickly and completely. The before and after photos of how much buildup there was on the vent are incredible. I can't recommend this company enough! We were getting ready to buy a second dryer in one year because we assumed we were getting bad dryers, but thanks to Allan and Heidi, we don't have to get a new dryer and the actual issue has been resolved. I found Air Duct Cleaners on a local homeowners app that Heidi had posted in. I called and she was very responsive and got me on the schedule the next day. My dryer vent had never been cleaned in the 5 yrs I owned my home and I almost had a fire. Allan showed up on time, was very patient in explaining the process and very thorough in not just cleaning the dryer duct but made sure he cleaned the mess from the lint. I will continue to call ADC in the future and I'm thankful to Heidi for posting about this wonderful company. I highly recommend them!

This is an HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY company! Our dryers upstairs and downstairs were not drying clothes without running the drying cycle two or three times. I looked for someone who could clean our dryer vents and called Air Duct Cleaners. They came the next day. They had quoted me a price for cleaning both dryer vents, but when the job was completed, he gave me a discount because one of the vents wasn't very clogged. This is our only experience with air duct cleaning services so I have nothing to compare it to, however, the guys that came out were nice and professional and seemed to do a good job. Only two issues: 1. The office staff did not warn us ahead of time to move furniture away from the vents so I had to do that after they arrived 2. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my pictures and I've emailed twice about it. Outside from that, they seem good and fairly priced and nice people. Will use again in the future.

They did a fantastic Job! Did everything they said they would do an more! Found out they missed one of 48 vents, and they immediately showed up, covered any of the expenses the owner had to pay, and made it right! And then went above and beyond to make sure we felt all of our residents had been taken care of! Would definitely recommend!

Helpful in advance of planning. Useful for those that really have a lot of things in their vents. I had to message to receive the videos and photos promised because they were never delivered. in our circumstance it was likely a waste of money because there really wasn't much in our vents the house is 6 years old. I had to remind the workers to do the dryer vent even though I asked them and reminded them when they arrived.

He clearly communicated his price, what service would be provided (and any potential issues given the type of vents we have) before the work was performed. He worked quickly and efficiently. I chose to go with Air Duct Cleaners because of their great reviews. Sadly, I never got the chance to see them in action. We just ripped up our tile to put down hardwood floors, so we had tons of dust piled up in our vents from ripping out the tile. We scheduled ADC to come clean our ducts. They wee booked out about a week. The day they were scheduled to come, they didn't show up. Alan called and told me that their truck was broken, and rescheduled me.for over a week later.

During this time, we can't run our AC or furnace because the ducts are so full of dust from ripping the floors out. So our next appointment was on a Saturday. We had to do some major rearranging of our schedule so we could be home during the appointment. The appointment was set for noon. At 4pm, Alan called me to tell me that they wouldn't be able to make it, and asked if we could reschedule.for over 1 week later. Seriously? We're going with a different company.

I received a quote from Heidi for all of my vents and dryer last week. She was able to get me scheduled the 2nd week of August, but offered to send someone out today to take care of my dryer vent. It had never been done and I was nervous I would get a fire. She was also very thorough and explained what to expect. Allan was very kind & professional, showed up in a mask (thank you) and quickly got the job done.

THESE GUYS ARE THE VERY BEST! If you choose someone else to clean your ducts YOU'LL BE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE. Allen and his crew were absolutely amazing! I expected good service and quality work - I got EXCELLENT service and the work was better than I was hoping for! We had just had our carpets cleaned and they put down drop cloths and wore booties even though they had to go in and out of the house constantly.

They removed and replaced their booties every time. They spent the time necessary to clean each supply and return duct, the furnace, plenum and dryer vent. I couldn't believe how bad the ducts were! Their truck is the biggest in the state - there is NO ONE ELSE in Utah able to provide the suction power that these guys do and get amazing results. CALL THEM, you will not regret it and the money is well spent because you'll breathe better, you'll have a cleaner home, and your system will be more efficient for it. MONEY WELL SPENT! They took before and after photos. I will update this review when I receive them.

These guys rock! Scott was extremely personable and obviously knew what he was doing- and had the right equipment in hand to complete the task. My dryer wasn't working, and a service tech from another company only cleaned out the lint within the dryer but wouldn't touch the vent ducting. Enter Air Duct Cleaners. Exactly on time. Did way more stuff than I was charged for or expected to be charged for, and cleaned up everything afterwards! Scott and Ryan did a fantastic job of cleaning my air ducts. They were very careful as to protect not only the carpet but the corners along the wall as well. Scott is friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan and Devin were friendly and extremely professional. My house had never had the ducts cleaned before (constructed in 1976) and it showed. We hired them because they were a local business (not a national chain). We called them because the last owner had cats, and the whole family woke up quite often with stuffy noses and coughs.

Arriving on time the day of the appointment, Brian and his assistant were very caring of my home. They were able to complete the cleaning and did a great job making sure everything was in order when completed.

I called this company because of all of the positive reviews online. More specifically, I saw some that suggested that this company had more integrity than a lot of others in their pricing and the way they do business in general. My real estate agent subsequently suggested them as one of a few companies she recommends. They came on time, worked fast, and gave me a fair price.

He also thought of small things like asking if we wanted to move our cars in case we had to take off while he was working. I replaced all of my vent covers after, and I can definitely tell the difference. Thanks!

They explained the process step by step, provided a quote that held firm, kept everything neat and clean, and sent 25 before/after photos later the same day. The pilot for the hot water heater went out as they worked, so Scott returned promptly to resolve the issue. He went the extra mile to address additional questions. The vents were pretty bad, and are great now. My husband, when he first came in afterwards, literally felt the air was less dusty (20 year old home that hasn't been up-kept super well). I've never had this service before and wish I had sooner. This company did a great job: they were timely, efficient, professional and kind. Excellent job. Ryan, Chase & Devin were courteous, friendly & professional. They answered all my questions. The house had never been cleaned (46 years). It took 2 hours, the 8 inch vacuum tubes went from their truck to the furnace in the basement. Some other vent cleaning hoses, they also laid carpet protection throughout the house. They left the house very clean.
