First Class Building Maintenance has provided janitorial service at an office building in Bellevue Washington. They did a great job and have been very responsive. We use Balmore on a daily basis to clean our offices and they always do an excellent job. Tony, one of the owners, checks in with us frequently to make sure that his cleaning crew is being thorough and not missing anything. He often stops by to evaluate the cleanliness of the office and if he notices something that he decides is not up to par he cleans it right on the spot. Tony is always available to come in on short notice as well. Yesterday, our refrigerator broke suddenly and hot sauce was spilled all over it. Tony was here within an hour to clean it and he also fixed some other things up while he was here. He has incredible work ethic and we are very happy with the services that Balmore has provided us.
