I reached out to EverClean to have couches cleaned after sitting in storage. They got back to me and had me scheduled within 24 hours. The tech was so kind and professional, efficient and respectful of the home. They did a fantastic job with the furniture, I would highly recommend them for steam cleaning furniture.

Sammy arrived to clean our carpets on time and was professional throughout the entire encounter. We hired EverClean to service carpet in our new home upon our move-in. Sammy promptly identified several areas of pet urine on the carpet and was able to spot treat them in addition to the deep clean of all the carpets. The service was efficient yet thorough and our carpets look amazing. We will use EverClean for all of our routine carpet cleaning in the future!

I had a big smoothie spill that consisted of chocolate and cherries, and a bedroom with dog urine issues. The spill was completely removed. For the urine, he used a black light to find it all. And, he was on time for the appointment. Very happy with the service and results!

Very happy with the service provided by EverClean. Sammy arrived on-time and walked me through the process before he began, and confirmed the price would be what was quoted over the phone. He was honest about how the carpet would look after the cleaning because of the carpet type and high traffic areas. The carpet looks a lot better after the cleaning!

He removed a ton of pet hair that I struggled to get even with our "pet hair" vacuum. He also gave me some good advice on what kind of carpet to install in the future that would last longer and look better, even with high traffic. Overall, very happy I booked EverClean!

His technician, Sammy, arrived three days later and did a great job. I live on the fifth floor of a mid-rise bldg, therefore a hose running from the company's van to my apartment wasn't doable. They have portable equipment so there was no issue. In just under two hrs, Sammy cleaned my living room furniture, 8'x10' living room rug, bedroom carpet & walk-in closet carpet and the hardwood/laminate floors in the dining room area & kitchen.

The price was a little higher than I would've liked but everything looks great, it was done in a timely fashion, Sammy was solid & not being able to run a hose from the van wasn't an issue, therefore I feel a little better about the price. I recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed!

I had EverClean clean my carpets today and could not be more pleased. I had a time window between 10 AM to 2 PM. I received a text at 9:30 saying they were 30 minutes away and arrived promptly at 10 AM. Sammy did an excellent job and was very informative on what needed to be done. He said the carpet should be dry in 4-6 hours. He suggested opening the windows to aid the drying and the carpets were dry in 5 hours. Great job and I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

We have had EverClean clean our oriental rugs twice per year for many years. Their service is always reliable and professional. We just tried something new for our hardwood floors and had EverClean deep clean them and apply a finish which should last about six months. My floors look amazing! I'm so happy with how bright and clean they look. I will continue to have more rooms cleaned in the coming months. The technicians are very knowledgeable and Brandon is extremely responsive and helpful.

Exceptional customer service! Brandon was informative and gracious when I first contacted. He was able to work me in to meet my schedule and did exactly what he said he would do. Sammy did a thorough inspection prior to starting and man did he do a good job! We had brand new carpet until our dog had several bowel issues. Even after our own attempts at cleaning and stains setting in over a few weeks, the carpet looks brand new again. THANK YOU EverClean!

Christian worked hard on some stains I had and freshened up our old carpet very nicely. Waaaay better than Stanley Steemer. I'll never use anyone but EverClean Carpet Cleaning.

We moved in to a new home and the previous owners apparently left a dog that urinated all over the carpets. The smell was horrendous and stained. EverClean gave us a quote on the phone and came out quickly. The service was outstanding and the carpets look practically brand new. They even went the extra mile to do our stairs completely, which we did not pay for.

The technician was more concerned about doing a great job and making sure we were happy then he was with trying to nickel and dime us on the smaller things. I will be using them again without hesitation. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for such great service. Your pride in your work shows!

Wanted to share my endorsement for EVERCLEAN CARPET CLEANING. I've used them for several years and they've done a great job always. Professional, courteous, timely, reasonably priced and detailed. If they have any concerns whatsoever, they try to be upfront about those. Today, I had them come in and clean my white couch. They were concerned about the fabric -- it can be tricky!

They checked the tags on my couch (polyester), discussed any possible reactions or outcomes the couch might and gave it a small test run before deciding to proceed. Not having high expectations, I was pleased with how clean they got it. They also leave you with fantastic care instructions, a spot remover recipe and just generally work hard to educate me about carpet products and the cleaning process. I'm sharing my endorsement because I feel they are a good, independently owned business I feel we should support. TL;DR: 10/10.

Would do again. PSA: if you think you're going to buy a white fabric couch. Don't do it. Just don't. That's what everyone told me and I didn't listen to them and now everyone around me is doing the TOLD YOU SO dance. Be ye not like me! But if you DO be like me, call EVERCLEAN!

We had them clean our steps and entire second floor and it looks AWESOME! We had some pet stains left from the previous owners and some heavily soiled walkways but they all came up with the cleaning. Highly impressed, will definitely use them again!

Great company to work with. I called early in the morning and they were able to make it out the same day. They were very upfront about cleaning our carpet that had dog urine in it. He did an excellent job. I like that they don't use all the crazy harmful chemicals and toxic junk. I would definitely call these folks again.

"Is that my rug!" I exclaimed as Clint rolled out an Oriental that's been in my family for three generations. "I had no idea its colors were so vibrant." The job deserves ten stars. What's more, rarely have I experienced such gracious service. I rescheduled the delivery three times. My rugs have survived three dogs. I am embarrassed to divulge that one of my rugs now holds the Everclean record for urine. (I never could train that pup!

He was a stray.). Suffice it to say that all five of the rugs I sent to Everclean now look like the works of art they were meant to be. (P.S. I shopped for price, too. Everclean was right in the middle of the four estimates I got.)

EverClean gets 5 stars for every element of their service. They are easy to work with and cleaned our rugs, couch & chair to the point where they are like new again. Estimate for cost and scheduling were easy to do on the phone with Brandon and we received several reminders from him for the appointment. Levy arrived on time, confirmed the composition of each item that was being cleaned and then explained their entire process.

We even discussed what the materials in our couch, chair & rugs were and how the stains happen - sometimes it felt like I was talking to a scientist who could explain things in understandable, civilian terms. Don't waste your time and money renting that Home Depot carpet cleaner. EverClean did a fantastic job and we won't hesitate to have them back next year for another round of service.

These guys are awesome. Not only did they do a great job on the carpets, but their customer service is second to none. When we called to schedule with them, we mentioned we'd originally hired another company, but they'd cancelled last-minute and we were looking for someone who could come out quickly. Brandon offered us a discount for the inconvenience (mind you, the OTHER company's fault) and said he would have someone out the next morning, which he did. Now that's customer service! Will be using them exclusively in the future!

I couldn't get to my computer fast enough to write this review. From my first call to EverClean to set my appointment, Brandon was more than accommodating. It was easy to get an appointment, the results were BEYOND EXPECTATION, and the price is totally fair. We just moved to town and I knew I wanted to get the carpets cleaned in our new place since our landlord wasn't covering it.

When we actually got in our place we realized how filthy it was. I called Brandon in the morning before my appointment to ask about dirty baseboards and he offered to vacuum those as well. The carpet was TERRIBLY stained and just filthy with traffic and dirt. Brandon and his partner arrived on time for our appointment, quickly surveyed the apartment, told me what to expect and got right to work.

We were finishing up some cleaning and they were happy to work around us for the first 20 mins or so. We left them to do their thing and came back about an hour and half later and COULDN'T BELIEVE OUR EYES! I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I got one. CHOSE EVERCLEAN for your carpet cleaning. The service is impeccable, the staff is totally professional, and the result is worth every penny.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful of this service actually is. To me, our carpets looked bad. Having a new puppy who is working on being house trained did a number on the carpets. After a couple of months, it was time to do something about it. Keep in mind that we have never cleaned said carpets, so I was thinking they were really rough. I found these guys online, and decided to use them based on the yelp reviews.

I found their website on a Sunday and asked for a Friday appointment. They gave me a reasonable quote and were able to schedule on short notice. Impressive! Today, they came by and cleaned our poor carpets. They did a walk through and assuaged the fear that our carpet was horrendous- it wasn't. They cleaned and rejuvenated the carpets. After they were done, no more stains and the carpets look fantastic!

They were super informative and they educated me on the proper way to clean per stains. Pretty much, we were doing it right, we just didn't take a wet rag to the stain afterwards. The detergent from our pet stain remover was actually attracting more dirt. I could not ask for a better service and will be using these guys on the regular. I highly, highly recommend them!

He took his time, treating spots and was even able to get out some rust stains and lighten up a other stains on our very light colored carpet.
