I was very nervous using this firm after reading some of the negative reviews on this site. However, I was surprised. Alanna showed up, on time and with a smile. She cleaned my one bedroom apartment and it looks great. I am very happy. I will definitely be using this company again.

And greate price. They were the best, most professional, caring girls who really did an excellent job on my entire home. I have referred them to friends and family. This Company was by far my favorite cleaning services. thanks.

UNACCEPTABLE. I scheduled an appointment with these people to clean my 1BR apartment. The housekeeper calls me and tells me she can't find parking. I come right downstairs and tell her there are several parking places near my downtown apartment and that I will reimburse her for any parking fee. After I was told by my concierge that parking is free in my building for housekeepers, I inform her that the valet will take her car and park it.

The woman then informs me that she doesn't feel comfortable and speeds off. This all took 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as she arrived at my front door she had had a nasty attitude and cursed profusely. Completely unprofessional, unreasonable, and irrational behavior. Seeing that 4 separate reviewers have all given this company a one star rating, I'd say 'Save your money, save your time, save your nerves'.

I had them scheduled to clean my new home the day I closed and was supposed to move in. They were supposed to arrive between 12-1. After sitting in a vacant home waiting for them for an hour and a half, at 1:15 I still hadn't heard from anyone and called multiple numbers, emailed, texted, etc to find out if they were and if they were coming. The original crew had an "emergency" downtown which was why they never showed up but they never bothered to call and let me know.

They seem to have little regard for people's time and I should have trusted all of the other 1 star reviews before I booked them. It also is telling that they only accept cash. Not exactly a business on the up and up. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They STOLE money from us. We had $49.37 in our coin jar. They took every last penny. This was the first (and last time) letting them come into our home without us there. So disappointed.

Horrible. I wanted a deep clean which I made clear when I scheduled them. I went through and showed them what I wanted done, they just nodded their heads and said ok, ok, ok. When they were done I went through and asked if they did the things I asked and just got an 'of course' The barley gave me a surface clean, and didn't touch the things I pointed out. And left early to boot.

Hired CCS, Inc. to do a move out cleaning for my daughter apartment. It was a same day service. Cleaning lady arrived in time and was absolutely nice and professional. We showed her around and left. When my daughter come back to check how place looks after cleaning we was absolutely impressed. The place looks amazing. Now I have the same company cleaned my own house every other saturday and very happy with service.

I live in the downtown Denver and my place gets very dusty. Hired CCS crew to clean my loft and was so happy I found them. They did an amazing job, the best cleaning I even had. I am happy to have CCS clean my place on bi-monthly schedule now. I get a great deal as well, which is important too. Would definitely recommend this business to my friends and co-workers.

Fabulous job!!!! I am very thankful for job CCS did a my house. Was last minute thing, since my in-laws called me and tell that they are coming to visit us for Holidays, so I was not very prepared, call few companies, but no one would like to come same day, so I find CCS on Craigslist and they come to clean my house next day. Crew has arrived in time and was so nice and fast, I have a lot of things to do, so it was very important for me that I just let them in, show the around and leave run some errands.

When I get back they was finishing up and I was so impressed with the work CCS have done at my house. I don't know what they use for stainless steel, but it looks so good, like brand new...its never looks so good, especially because I have 2 dogs...I can tell, my house and my appliances never looks so good before...and I was very proud to invite my in-laws at my such a clean an sparkling house...just amazing. I am greatly appreciate very good job and more then that honestly. I was moving out from my apartment to a new house and there was so many thing to do and remember of...just crazy time...and I over paid to the cleaning by mistake, because I have so many thing going on...and left them a check and leave. When they done cleaning and pick the check they saw that I over paid them and called me to let me know about that.

When manager explained to me how much more I paid...and ask me if I would like to write them a new check for smaller amount or just use the difference on my next cleaning...I was choked...They are so honest! Of course I tell them I am going to use their service again and will use the difference that I over paid them on my new place. So now I enjoy the cleaning and know that I can fully trust my cleaners. Highly recommended for deep cleaning. Have them do my townhouse and was very thankful for the service. The crew was very friendly and professional, get in and after I showed them around they get started right away and were working very hard for the whole time that I paid for. The results was awesome, cleaners did everything that I ask them to do and even a little bet more, since they are professional, they can see more details, that I did not pay attention. Very decent service and very nice people.

I am very pleased with the job you guys did at my house/office. Since I have my office at my house its very important to have it clean and tidy up for my customers. Have been very busy and was not able to keep up on that...and tired too, so I just hired Colorado Cleaning Service, Inc. to do that...I can tell how much I appreciated their job. They were in time, very nice and sweet, ask me about every detail that I would like them to focus on...and did not leave until I check everything and tell them how happy I am...its actually was obvious, they did a terrific job. Their cleaning is great, very fast, efficient, detail oriented. Did not cut corners, cleaned all my baseboards, behind furniture and under sofa. Very professional. I love the way how they vacuum the carpets and floors, very professional back pack vacuum, get to every corner and under furniture, very good on my floors, since I have 2 dogs. My bathrooms was scrubbed very well, did not even know the tile can be that clean and shine. Seriously, very pleased and satisfied, already recommended them to few my friends. Highly recommended to everyone who want their house be spotless and very deep cleaned.

Do not use this service. Worst housecleaning I have ever had. There was cleanser residue left in my tub and shower, Shower door was not cleaned at all. Dusting was poor. They didn't dust anything that wasn't at eye level and what they did dust they didn't pick up or move to dust behind. Toilets were still dirty. Cobwebs were not swept. Window sills and blinds were never touched.

They didn't pick up the dog food dishes and clean underneath them when they swept and mopped (not sure they even mopped). Did not clean behind canisters or small appliances on kitchen counters. Vacuuming was poor as well. They basically just vacuumed the middle of the room, did not use the hose to edge or pick up any small items that could have easily been moved to do a thourough job.

They promise all this in their ads but do not deliver. When I called to let them know it took me 2 days of messages to get a hold of someone and they were not able to come back until the following Tuesday. (my house was cleaned the Wed before). Tuesday morning came and they did not show up. They lack professionalism and practice poor business ethics.

Simply the Best!! Hired them to clean my house before wedding day and was very happy with the job they did. Amazing job!!!

I got my house cleaned and carpet shampooed just for $105.00 ( $55 for cleaning and $50.00 for carpet). Was very happy with the service and absolutely happy with the cost...My landlord liked how they clean the place too, so I got my security deposit back. Very appreciate everything! Best service I have used so far...

I like the way how Alena clean my house. She scrubbed every tile very hard and clean corners. Was very surprise with the price $54.99, so now I can afford to have them come every other week. Highly Recommended !!!

I received a gold package from Colorado Cleaning Service and I am very pleased with the service performed. It includes house cleaning, carpet cleaning and window washing. They did an excellent job and crew was very nice and quick. They charged me $190.00 for everything and I even got $5.00 gift card for Starbucks ( special offer). It was very good experience and now I am enjoying a nice clean house.
