All Pro Lawn Service

Summary: They cancelled service April 2022. See attached photo of email. But! In the same email, they offered to keep you on their mow schedule if you agree to pay an additional 69.00 a month fertilization package for the entire season. $1800 total. I would have appreciated an email in February before all other lawn services in Boise have their routes filled. Im stuck doing it myself or hiring an un-established service.

This is the 3rd big complaint against All Pro. 1st, they ran over one of my large plants. Then they complained to me the remaining root bent their blade. I requested they send someone to dig up the root. They wanted to charge me 69.00 an hour until I pointed out they destroyed my plant. Two months later, and many email requests, they sent a general manager who pulled the root and said their office mgmt sucks. 2nd I hired their fall clean up crew to prep my yard for winter.

They showed up in the second week of December, cut my roses to the ground, chopped branches of my trees making them lopsided, left hanging debris on my trees, gutters, ground, and bushes. The overall look was better, but I didnt know how much damage they caused until the Spring. There is damage. Alsi, it took me hours to clean up their leftover mess. 3rd The late season cancellation notice - and accompanied request for 69.00 a month fertilization package to be kept on as a customer.

I hate to be so bold but, . kinda feels like a-rock-and-a-hard-space extortion move on their part. Im forced to pay the additional price or be left without services for the season. If you are struggling, I get it allpro - but your lack of planning does not precipitate an cry for victim on my part. This review is my way of refusing to accept your poor manners, mid level service, and bad communication. Definately, not 'All Pro' about anything. Except Brandi. Brandi deserves a gold star for having excellent response time and problem solving skills. Thank you, Brandi.

Today All Pro Lawn Service trimmed all my bushes, trees and shrubs. They raked all of the debris out of the flower beds and finished the job by a final cut and leaf removal. Our home looks absolutely beautiful. Talk about curb appeal! My house is beautiful! Your team is a true blessing because my husband and I are unable to do that hard work ourselves anymore! I am so thankful for their hard work. Great team! Thank you!

All Pro is the best! I originally started using them to put up / take down my Christmas lights (which is an awesome service they provide) and then I used them to do an entire reconfiguration of all my sprinklers. They did such an amazing job at an affordable price! I love these guys! So nice, so easy to reach, so affordable! From now on I will use All Pro for anything to do with my lawn, including my lawn maintenance! Call them today!

My experience with this company has been one of frustration and disappointment, primarily due to the fact that while they continue to advertise for new clientele, they seem to do so at the expense of their current clients. In my case, I didn't receive follow through or call backs as promised, and services were continuously cancelled and delayed for various reasons. In the end it felt like this company treated us like a number, rather than a valued customer.

Very professional with an attention to detail. We left another company due to poor service. First impressions are lasting and these guys rock

I had appointment for Monday they missed they rescheduled for Wednesday they missed and finally came out Thursday. It's so hard to contact them by phone it just rings then voice mail.

My Mom was so impressed by there service she called me twice to say what a great job they did.

Called to set an appointment to have sprinkler work done. I was informed that they were out at least a week and that someone would call me to confirm an available appointment. The following day I received an email stating that I was in fact in the que. Myself and a co-worker had a laugh about this as it seemed I was in line number 2, for the. appointment.

In the meantime, because I was having a flooding issue and could not wait a week for someone to help, I decided to tackle the project myself. Turns out I had a sprinkler head that was buried and was it was flooding the flower garden. I rectified the situation in a matter of minutes. problem solved. A week later I received a bill for 65.00.

They have came two weeks in a row, the don't pick up the grass I call the office. And she said they should be picking up the grass, they just hit a drip line. In the back yard as I was watching out the window. It cut it in half he just looked at it and kept mowing. 10/10 would not recommend

My lawn looks great now that I hired All Pro Lawn Service, for they have great customer service as a hard working crew to help welcome in spring with style and I look forward to the new seasons with their great helpful care!

These guys were so easy to work with and so accommodating! I have the biggest, prettiest Christmas tree in the neighborhood!

All Pro did a yard clean up for me and the guys did a great job! They scheduled my appointment promptly, called ahead like I asked them too, and did an amazing job trimming, removing, and cleaning up my yard! They will be doing all of my yard cleanup from now on!!

I have used some great companies before, but Brandy and the gang over here are some of the nicest and most accomplished workers I've met in a while. They regularly mowed my yard and landscaped/summer cleaned up my home for it to sell - which they did wonderfully.

I decided to give all pro a try because of the reviews and i have been very happy with the service i have received. They have communicated with me every step of the way and they fixed something that seemed very overwhelming. I know this is the busy time of year for sprinkers and they were able to get me in and took care of everything, they went above and beyond, both the tech and office staff, they are my go to for all lawn and sprinkler issues.

We have used All Pro Lawn Service for over six years and have often recommended them to others. In all that time we have been very pleased with their service. Whenever we have had a special request they have promptly followed through. Their workmen are friendly and knowledgeable but really get down to business.

For the past 2 years or so, it has become more and more difficult to keep up on my yard work. It was reaching a point that cumulatively I was loosing the battle with mowing a very large yard and still trying to keep up with the general yard upkeep (weeding, watering, spring and fall cleanup). For my Mothers Day gift this year, my daughter called All Pro Lawn Service and had them come out and get everything caught up.

They blew in here and got all the work done in about 30 minutes! It would have taken me a month to do the work they did. And it was a big job. It is amazing how much better a person feels when you can walk outside to a nice tidy yard. I was so happy with the job they did, that I called All Pro Lawn Service to become a regular customer. In hind site, that initial 30 minutes really was a big job for them, because they show up once a week and do the mowing, weedeating, and cleanup in 15 minutes or less.

They have a good working system with a 3 man crew and they are in and out like lightening. I also very much appreciate that they are careful to never leave a gate left open when they leave. When you have dogs, it is pretty important not to have to worry about that. I LOVE All Pro Lawn Service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
