We use the state of the art equipment to clean tile and grout. We use the Hydro-Force SX-12, SX-7 Gekko Wand and Hand Tool and the Edge & Corner Tool. First we spray the concrete with a solution that contains a degreaser. We then use a Hydro-Force SX12 tool that sprays over 1000 PSI of hot water in circular rotation which 'scrubs' the concrete.

The SX12 is a self contained unit, which means water does not spray and splash all over the garage. As the water is being sprayed in the unit, the vacuum sucks all the water, grease and solution out of your garage. The typical dry time for the floor is about 15 to 30 minutes.
