This is a long but honest review, I spent nearly 2 weeks trying to figure out which carpet cleaner service to use. I've never hired this type of service so I was unsure of what to ask, or even what it would cost. I also found that there are way to many carpet cleaner services in Bellingham, over 20 so I took the top 3 with the best reviews and I called 2 of them and no answer.

So I called Gavin. I was impressed he picked up the phone. We chatted for a few mins and I went and booked an appointment on his website as I needed to figure out the time with my wife and didn't want to waste his time with more phone calls. The website is easy to use and has his prices listed for normal/basic services so we knew what to expect before he showed up, which for me is a huge plus.

I was not home when he showed up but my wife was. My wife had nothing but great things to say Gavin even went above and beyond what we paid for. Did some extra hallways. Now for the dirt! Our carpets were horrible. Even when we moved in they had stains but we have kids and had a dog prior so we said oh well. Well we had enough and wanted it cleaned man the carpets look brand effing new. He was unable to get all the stains out but like 99% of them are gone. It was like coming home to a new house. I've already gave his contact number to a few people

We had a great experience. The tech guy was here early and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home while I took my kiddo to the park. He did 4 rooms and stairs and was in and out in about an hour! It would have taken me forever if I did it myself. Will be using them in the future and would recommend to friends and family if they need this service. Also the carpets dried quickly and had a great fresh lemon smell!

Jay arrived a few minutes early and hit the floor running! We have area rug that are much loved by our fur-children, and they smelled like it also. Jay did a fantastic job cleaning them. Carpets looked and smelled fresh. They dried within a few hours so we were able to put furniture back quickly. Best thing, it was a holiday! Now my spring cleaning is complete. Never been a fan of online booking but Gavin's is easy to use and has great follow up emails to confirm and remind. I highly recommend Carpet Care Cleaners!
