I had my carpeting cleaned yesterday and could not be happier with the results. The workers were professional, friendly, very easy to work with and they were meticulous about putting everything back exactly in place. The price was excellent for the amount of work that they performed.

These guys were absolutely amazing very fast response from initial call to actually performing the job. The two guys they sent out were rockstars! Rudy was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that would be performed and even why they do it the way they do! Thank you guys for a job well done I can't say enough! My parents had a floor issue and CJ was probably one of the most helpful individuals I have ever talked to. He provided exceptional advice and assistance to get my folks through a trying time.

We had floor medic out for carpet stretch and repair and cleaning. Although they couldn't repair one area ( no fault on there part ) they did the best they could if not better and got a few cat stains out that took me months to get rid of. They were professional and answered all the questions I had and price point considering everything they did, was amazing.

We had some pretty bad storms so the fact they came out and still did this small job considering the floods and damage done around our area said a lot about them as a company. We will absolutely have them back out for spring cleaning and installing for another project.

Due to excessive rain this past week water got into our house. It got into the master bath and toilet area as well into the bedroom, pantry snd laundry room. They came the same day and put fans and a humidifier in the bathroom. They came three times to check on it and each time took readings to measure the moisture. They have been very professional and answered all questions. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely perfect! I can only wish all businesses were as professional and accommodating. I recently had them clean my mother's carpet after an injury accident. Brian came out and did a spectacular job - the carpet looked like it was never stained. Unfortunately, the stains wicked back up from the carpet pad, but Floor Medic came back out, for no charge, to re-clean it again - plus they did my mother's small bathroom as a bonus! I simply could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Carpet medic is ABSOLUTELY the best choice for carpet cleaning in East Texas! I normally move around the country every year so I'm in a different apartment every six months or so. Before I move out I normally have the carpets cleaned myself. Out of the 12+ carpet cleaning companies that I have done business with around the country, Carpet Medic is miles above the rest!

My grandomther, whom I live with, recently had Floor Medic clean our carpets. The carpet has been through hell and back. It's at least 15 years old and was filled with years of stains, gum, dirt, cat hair, etc. I came home that evening after they had finished cleaning the carpets and it looked better than new! The difference is amazing! Every single stain was gone.

Even the really bad ones from where red drink had been spilled were gone. You wouldn't even know that carpet had been so stained prior. I am very impressed and she said the guy that performed the work was very nice, honest, and respectful. We will definitely be using Floor Medic again and I HIGHLY recommend them for all your carpet or rug cleaning needs! You won't be disappointed with Floor Medic!
