K & M Steam Cleaning

We faced an unexpected disaster with my ceramic tiles throughout the house which, apparently, I have been cleaning with the wrong product. The wax film formed over the years and gave up one evening during a routine cleaning, revealing nasty streaks difficult to clean with just a wee steamer. I found the K&M Steam Cleaning because of their reviews.

It was easy to make an appointment, the communications were efficient. Josh and Mason arrived as announced and on time. At my request, they kindly and with no drama, eye rolls, etc simply offered to wear masks that we have available to all our house guests since it was our preference. They promptly measured the area to treat, explained the charges, explained what needed to be done, and started working.

Very kindly, they also moved some small furniture before and after the treatment. It has been a few hours, the tiles are dry and look good. Based on this job, we feel comfortable recommending this company, and this nice crew of Josh and Mason. Our floor looks almost like new.

Carpet Cleaning comes down to the quality of the people in your home and if they are proud of their work. Ben was the crew leader and did a fantastic job on all of our carpet. We have 3 dogs and a cat, so it needs cleaning and Ben is actually the best we have ever had. Great experience, so glad I was referred to your business by word of mouth.

These folks are awesome. This is the 2nd time they have done my carpet cleaning. Everytime they do an amazing job on my home. Super very easy to work with. They are a little on expensive side than others I searched for but I guess good folks are not cheap. Phil and Mike also helped me patch a part of the carpet.

This company provided excellent service and the crew were knowledgeable, speedy and friendly. I would absolutely use them again and refer others to their service. We had really bad ceramic tile with questionable grout, but these guys went right in and made it happen. We have "new" looking ceramic tile now. Our clients will appreciate it!

Repeat customer here, usually for carpet, this time for tile and grout. Excellent work, really brought the floors back to life. Before K&M, the grout was discolored throughout from different spills and cleaning products/care over the years. Aesthetically, rough on the eyes, as there was no uniform or balance to the floor pattern. After K&M, the grout has been restored to it's original color throughout and the pattern once again pleases as designed. Requested first available service and they were out the next business day, on time (actually 10 min early, which I LOVE) and their techs are very respectful and cordial.

They educated my wife and me on secrets for long-term grout care and there was no upsell pressure. Really put us at ease. If you are a homeowner who understands the importance of regular maintenance and preventive care, a landlord who regularly completes make-ready services for it's renters, a tenant who wants their deposit back upon move-out or a business owner who understands the importance of first impressions, I highly recommend K&M for your carpet, floor and tile care needs. Met the owner of K&M, Ken, for an estimate at my newly purchased home to have several services done before move in: clean/seal all tile & grout, clean seal all granite countertops, clean hard wood floor in dining, clean/seal natural stone around fireplace, oven, and outdoor kitchen, and clean front/back painted patios. I can tell you Ken is one of the nicest, honest, transparent people I've ever met.

He and his crew do excellent workmanship and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Ken kept me updated throughout the day with pics and videos upon completion which was very thoughtful. I will definitely be using K&M in the future for any other service they provide should I have a need. So nice when you find a competent contractor you can rely on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I used K&M for my tile grout cleaning and they were great. The service specialist that came out were very nice and thorough with the cleaning. It was a great price and would definitely use them in the future. They have a very user friendly online booking system as well. Highly recommend.

This was the first time we had our couch cleaned and it was well worth the value. We paid just over $300 for the entire couch and our main shower tile/grout. Definitely worth the price. The staff was friendly! I gave four stars for two small reasons, one it would be nice when someone is doing a cleaning service to cover their boots. They did track some dirt into the house. Also there was some chemical that got on our bath mat that left a small pink stain. Overall definitely recommend and would plan to use again!

The service was great in terms of promptness and overall thoroughness. The tile and grout look good after the cleaning, but where they failed was on the follow up after the cleaning solution they sprayed on the tiles penetrated underneath our wood floor and t-molding between our kitchen and dining room, which caused damage and swelling. I reached out upon finding the swelling but have yet to hear anything from anyone at the company. If you have wood floors transitioning into your tile, make sure to ensure the areas are completely dried to mitigate the same issues.

I dropped off my rug to clean and odor removal. Eventually after a week, I picked up my rug and notice that there is a brown strained that didn't able to remove. And odor are gone, which is great. And I was told that he cleaned three times to get rid of strained and not success. Of course I paid $300 is waste, will be nice if probably to get discount if it is not success.

So next day, I went to another company that need to clean my rug, I dropped off my rug and next few day, I picked up and my brown stained are spotless and all done! And cost me no dime because I explained to the owner from other company and he'd be happy cost me no dime. K & M cleaning is good review and i didn't got satisfied, no hard feeling.

K&M Steam Cleaning did a great job for us! They came out to clean our tile and they did a very thorough and professional job. Our tile has never looked so good! An added bonus was how great our house smelled afterward. Another added bonus was that they were also able to clean our rugs and our baseboards! All at an affordable price. We highly recommend them and will definitely have them back out to our house again!

I love that it’s a family-run local business & have used their services for years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when scheduling. And Rey and his team always do a great job of cleaning our carpet.

The service was prompt and well done. There were a few stains that didn't come off but we just moved in so no idea what or how long have been there for. Overall good service.
