Michael & Josh did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets yesterday. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable about cleaning solutions. They called prior to arrival and were on time. They were very detailed in their cleaning of my carpets. I really appreciate someone taking the time to aim for perfection. Because of them you have a customer for life. I highly recommed this company.

Mike and Josh showed up on the front end of a two hour window. They went right to work on an older swivel rocker that's at least 45 years old. It was very dirty and grimy, and Mike straightaway warned that it might not come clean. If it wouldn't clean up good I figured I'd replace it. They did a great job and it looks good as NEW! They also cleaned all the carpets in my home and the carpets look great too.

This was my first experience with Braxton's, and I couldn't have hoped for better. The guys were polite, professional (as was the office staff) and the price was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike Keaton was great. We had some dining room chairs that had some old stains on them. He said he would try and clean them but couldn't guarantee. Chairs look like new and even cleaned a spot on the floor by the table. Highly recommend Service: Upholstery cleaning

Nathan did a FANTASTIC job with our carpets! He was in and out quickly and the carpets not only looked great but smelled super clean too which I love! We had an issue with our older dog using the restroom in one small corner which (I thought) had all but destroyed the carpet but he was able to get everything out and even handled some other random stains from the kids! 10/10 would recommend!

I was very unhappy with Braxton regarding my carpet cleaning. I had scheduled my appointment at 3 pm due to us painting our new house in the morning/early afternoon. They called me around 10:30-11 asking to come sooner as they had a cancellation. I apologized and said no, as we were still painting and the carpets were covered with tarps. They called again around 1:30 saying they had another cancellation and asked if they could come then.

We were still finishing up painting but I said okay since this was already the second phone call. When they did come, the men were very nice but the carpet cleaning was terrible. My carpets did not look any better than it did before. Before they began, I pointed out several stains on the carpet that really needed scrubbed and they assured me they would pay special attention to those areas.

I was told that the appointment would be a hour-hour and a half and they were done in 15 minutes. It felt very rushed. After they were done and left, I looked over the carpet and they got out none of stains I had mentioned. They told me that the stains would not come out and there was nothing they could do. Well, we ended up using our own carpet scrubber and got out ALL of the stains that they were unable to!

I find it hard to believe that they weren't able to get the stains out with their professional equipment but I was able to with an average scrubber. I called the company to express that I was unsatisfied with the carpet cleaning and was hoping they would offer to come do it again or give me my money back and all the lady could say on the phone was that she would have to look into our invoice and she would call me back.

Well it's been a few weeks and she never called me back! I am highly disappointed in this company. Looking at reviews, they are all 5 star so I'm not sure why I had such a bad experience. My thoughts were that they were angry that I made them come at the end of the day when they were clearly looking to finish up their day earlier by telling me they had multiple "cancelled appointments." I truly believe this was just an excuse to come earlier so that they would go home sooner and be done, hence why it was so rushed.

I am hoping by posting this review this company will have some accountability and follow up when their customers are unhappy! Especially with services as expensive as carpet cleaning.

I recommend Braxton Cleaning Services for all of my home cleaning. I have had Gary Arlinghaus clean our tile and carpets. He did an excellent job, and was well informed. We will only use Braxton in the future.
