Have been looking for a company to clean the ducts and Vents in our farmhouse for awhile. They were really dirty. I felt that the service they provided was exactly what we were looking for. Needed a last minute carpet cleaning and pet deodorizer. Quick and friendly service for such a great price! It smelled fresh and clean when they were all done. I forgot to mention a small hard to find space that had carpet. I remembered when they were all done but they were quickly on it as soon as I told them about it. Will definitely contact them again for any of their services!

Called to get our dryer vent cleaned out and got an appointment the next week. They showed up earlier than on time, and I really appreciated their punctuality. With the pandemic happening they were very professional and wore a mask unprompted while in our home. The service took under an hour to do. Everything was clean and easy. I highly recommend!

I had a rare day off work coming up so I called two weeks in advance to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. The person I spoke to was very nice. The day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I called and left a message and it was never returned. A full two days later, I got a text that said they had an employee no call / no show that day. I will be looking elsewhere.

I had Big Fish clean out my apartment when I moved out. Had great availability to fit into my busy schedule so that I could be home and was very fast, efficient, and did wonderful work. Will have them back to do cleaning at my future residences and even business!
